At the rear of the temple was a space thirty by thirty that had been reserved by King Solomon for the holiest place on earth; the Holy of Holies, the abode of the living God. Finally, after 400 years (since he brought them out of Egypt), there would be a permanent home for the Almighty God of Israel. No more dusty old store, no more moving from here to there; finally there would be a house worthy of his God. The walls from floor to ceiling were sheathed with cedar boards from Tire north. There was gold everywhere you looked; on the walls, ceiling and floor. Two fifteen-foot-tall cherubs carved from olive wood stood magnificently in this, the innermost sanctuary of the Temple. The wingspan of the two gold-plated angel-like figures was fifteen feet each; their tips touched each wall and each other in between. Beneath the Cherubim was placed the Ark of the Covenant; where the most sacred objects of the Israelites were kept. King David’s dream had finally come true through his son Solomon.

This glorious room, beautifully adorned, intended to house the living; The loving and approachable God of Israel was terribly hidden behind a thick curtain never to be seen by Jewish eyes again. The High Priest was the only Israelite allowed to enter the Holy of Holies and only once a year on the Day of Atonement. There is a question that has intrigued scholars and thinkers throughout the centuries; If the High Priest was the only one allowed to enter this Holy of Holies, then who cleaned the Holy of Holies?

Granted, there are a million other more relevant and pressing questions in the world than who cleansed the Holy of Holies. It is not even a relevant issue in today’s society; after all, the Israelites’ Temple was destroyed in AD 70 and has never been rebuilt. What do we care about the Holy of Holies, or who cleaned it? This place no longer exists; or does it? Maybe we should ask some other questions first. The first question obviously is where is the Holy of Holies today? If there is, who is allowed to enter the Holy of Holies? Finally, if it exists, is it necessary to clean it? Let’s take a closer look at these questions.

Where is the Holy of Holies today? The Bible tells us that the Holy of Holies was located in the Temple in Jerusalem, but the Temple was destroyed in AD 70. So where is the Temple today, has the Jewish people rebuilt it elsewhere? No, they haven’t; Jerusalem is the holy city, building anywhere else would not work. So where does the living God reside? The Apostle Paul reveals the location of the Temple in I Corinthians 9:16 when he says, “Do you not know that your body is the temple of God?” The Temple is our bodies; therefore, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the Holy of Holies is located within our bodies (the Temple). The Holy of Holies, after all, was meant to be a place that Israel could look at and know that her God was with them. It was a place where they could physically see and feel God’s presence (for more information, see the Exodus story and look for the cloud).

If the Holy of Holies exists, who is allowed to enter? We have determined that the Holy of Holies does indeed exist and that it is located within our bodies, or as Paul put it, “the temple of God.” In the old days, only the High Priest was allowed inside the Holy of Holies and then only one day a year. So who is allowed to enter this holy of holies now? God is first allowed in; it is where he lives after all. Second, the High Priest, who is Jesus Christ, the High of High Priests. And you? In the old days you wouldn’t have been allowed in, but what about now? Definitely, the Holy of Holies was initially established, by God, as a place where He could be close to his people, where they could be close to Him, and where we could have that personal relationship with our Father. The man and his arrogance and his fears kept him out of the Holy of Holies; God has always wanted us to be with Him. When Jesus died on the Cross, you will remember the story of the ripping of the curtain, which was an invitation to enter.

Finally, who cleanses the Holy of Holies? When Paul spoke of the temple being our bodies, he did so to make us think twice about what we let into the Temple. He was, in fact, stating that we must cleanse the Holy of Holies. What Paul fails to remind us of is that if we cannot be responsible enough to cleanse the Holy of Holies; then God will do it. The truth of the matter is that God does not like a dirty house and He has been cleaning his house from day one. Who cleanses the Holy of Holies? You do; or God will.

Indian head massages have been around for over 1,000 years. Apparently it grew up in Asia and was used by women to do their hair and has matured and grown into an extremely popular form of therapy that relieves tension/stress and improves circulation in the upper back, neck, scalp Scalp & Face – Great for combating the stresses and strains of the modern lifestyle – there’s no limit to potential clients! It is also comfortable for the client, since they do not even have to undress. So if you want to learn this therapy by taking one of the many Indian head massage courses, how would you go about it? What entry requirements do you need to meet? What might the course entail?

Not sure if Indian head massage courses are for you? – Well, you could take an introductory course. There are a number of beauty and massage therapy schools that cater to this need. Normally, if you can stand up and use your hands, there are no other entry requirements to participate in one of these therapy courses. Typically attends for a few weeks in the evenings and by the end is able to answer simple questions about the anatomy of the skull, show a level of proficiency in massaging a subject’s head, use all the basic therapeutic movements, and explain the origins of therapy . These are not difficult courses that result in some kind of accreditation and in order to practice you would need to take more courses.

This massage therapy can be learned around your life with in-house massage therapy schools and distance learning schools that provide courses. Indian head massage courses are generally geared towards the already qualified therapist who wants to add more strings to their bow. Don’t let that scare you off if you’re just starting out, though, because you may be able to do other courses at the same time (see below).

Distance learning is typically studied through videos, textbooks, and practice with family/friends, while in-school training involves hands-on demonstrations and frequent practice with other students along with lectures and self-centered learning. Because in-depth courses challenge you more, you’ll need to prove you’re capable by meeting certain entry criteria, so what are they likely to be?

Because you will need to study things like anatomy, physiology, psychology etc, you will be expected to show that you can cope with the academic level, but you will occasionally need to show that you already have at least a qualification in this area. You may also need to have a comprehensive health and safety course under your belt, for example. To enter Indian head massage courses, you will need to have excellent presentation and possess excellent communication skills. You will often find that Indian head massage courses will be aimed at hairdressing, beauty or holistic therapy postgraduates, but if not, you may still be able to attend the course if you are pursuing another related degree at the same time.

The exam at the end of Indian head massage courses is likely to come in various forms, from written papers and assessments to formal practical exams where you may be required to prepare for and perform a massage on a paying client and help qualify it. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of the types of oils/lubricants you use and how you would adapt techniques based on the condition of people’s hair and skin. You will also likely have your aftercare advice assessed and may need to produce a portfolio. Finally, an additional expense to the cost of the course could be the textbooks and the uniform for the practical sessions.

In light of the assassination of the man who would likely become the next president of the United States, the man in the Oval Office declared a national day of mourning on June 9. Out of sadness and to share their respect for the slain senator, a group of gamers decided to boycott their games scheduled for that day.

Although such a situation sounds like something that could be happening in today’s sports world, when protests are often in the headlines, this case happened exactly fifty years ago. Robert Kennedy, the leading candidate to vote for the next president in the upcoming election, was assassinated on June 9, 1968.

When Johnson announced a national day or mourning, members of the Cincinnati Reds urged baseball officials to postpone the doubleheader scheduled for that day. Because his words fell on deaf ears, the players decided that they were going to boycott the games.

The protest was led by a multiracial tandem, white pitcher Milt Pappas and African-American All-Star outfielder Vada Pinson. The two managed to get enough votes from their teammates to approve their idea of staying in the clubhouse instead of going to the ballpark, as a statement about the assassination of the leading Democratic presidential candidate.

Like front offices in the sports world today, executives in Cincinnati expressed anger at players’ refusal to participate in games. General manager Bob Howsam was especially upset and asked captain Dave Bristol to find nine volunteers to play.

Future hitting king Pete Rose soon left the clubhouse glove in hand, along with Rookie of the Year Tommy Helms and starting pitcher Jim Maloney. Not long after that, the rest of the team showed up on the field and the games were played.

As hesitant as those players may have been, the Reds jumped out to an eight-nil lead in the fourth inning. St. Louis rallied in the fifth, compiling ten runs of their own to win the first game 10-8.

The Cardinals built on that momentum until Game 2, leading 6-1. Cincinnati, like the Cardinals in Game 1, rallied in Game 5 to tie the game.

In a deadlock for the next six frames, the score finally turned in a twelfth inning involving three future Hall of Famers. Left-hander Steve Carlton, in his third inning as a reliever for the Cardinals, gave up a leadoff single to Cincinnati first baseman Lee May.

Third baseman Tony Pérez reached on fielder’s choice but had to wait to advance because Carlton struck out catcher Johnny Bench. Pérez made it to second, and all the way to the plate, after shortstop Leo Cardenas doubled him with the game-winning run.

Although the Reds managed to split up, Pete Rose might have wanted to stay in the clubhouse that day. The perennial .300 hitter managed just one hit in times at the plate.

Vada Pinson, on the other hand, was probably glad to have noticed her boycott. He went a combined four for ten with a home run and five RBIs during the twin bill.

(General Norman Schwarzkopf-ABC News)

General Norman Schwarzkopf, Jr. would recall and use his own version of the “49 Lombardi Sweep” during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. This football play from his youth helped play a crucial role in the victory of the United States Coalition. United in Desert Storm.

Ron Kramer, a former Green Bay Packer football player under coach Vince Lombardi “was watching the news about Operation Desert Storm when he noticed General Norman Schwarzkopf detailing an assault by his forces on Iraq, using arrows and diagrams to illustrate the manoeuvres.

Kramer had played tight end for Green Bay from 1957 to 1964, squinting at his television screen. “He remembered that play. He had seen those arrows before!” Kramer remembers yelling at the television screen.

Captain Schwarzkopf, Jr. worked as an advisor to the South Vietnamese Airborne Division and was promoted to commander.

He returned to teaching at West Point:

Schwarzkopf, after completing “his tour of duty in Vietnam,” returned to teaching at West Point.

Lieutenant Colonel & Marriage:

Major Schwarzkopf was promoted to lieutenant colonel in 1968 and married Brenda Holsinger. They later had three children.

In Leavenworth, Kansas, Schwarzkopf continued his training at “the Command and General Staff College.”

Colonel Schwarzkopf “as American casualties mounted in Vietnam, he became convinced that it was his duty to apply his training and experience there, where they could save the greatest number of lives.” (achievement.org H Norman Schwarzkopf)

Returning to Vietnam in 1969:

Colonel Schwarzkopf returned as a battalion commander to Vietnam.

Doing the Right Thing Ethically: Courage Under Fire: Vietnam:

During the Vietnam War on May 28, 1970, when General Schwarzkopf was a lieutenant colonel, “he ordered his helicopter to descend to rescue his troops who had gotten into a minefield.

Some were airlifted out, but he stayed behind with his troops. One soldier tripped on a mine, breaking his leg and injuring the colonel, who crawled on top of the victim to prevent further mines from exploding. Three other soldiers were killed by a mine explosion, but the colonel led the survivors to safety.

Lt. Col. Schwarzkopf was willing to risk his life for his men.” (New York Times article by Robert McFadden)

Whether you are a smaller or new business looking for information on how to get a business loan or a larger established business looking for growth financing or acquisition opportunities, we highlight 3 mistakes business loan applicants like your business should avoid making when address, obtain and negotiate your cash flow/working capital and business financing needs.

1. Understand the true condition of your business finances – These are almost always successfully addressed when you spend time on your finances and understand how your financial statements reflect your access to business loans and business credit in general.

If any food company decides to introduce modern kitchen equipment into their system, then they have a wide range of options available to improve their performance. It is quite natural that commercial kitchen equipment is technologically much better than that used in domestic households.

The best examples of places where these equipments are used are restaurants, hotels, hostels, etc. The latest invention in the field of kitchen equipment is the chapatti maker, which is known for its hygiene because, the less human effort involved; the lower the chance of germs getting into the dough. Germs were previously used to contaminate food even through the open hands of the cook. There are so many varieties of chapatti making machines available in the markets today that are energy efficient and quite easy to operate. Being energy efficient definitely means that they are helpful in reducing the total cost incurred by commercial setups. The other advantage of this equipment is that it produces flatbreads of the same shape and size, while it is not certain that the flatbreads made by hand will have a uniform shape. There are three types of these machines available in the market: semi-automatic, automatic and fully automatic chapatti makers.

This range is not only limited to the Roti maker, but there are also a wide variety of omelette makers available in the market. A commercial tortilla maker has become a necessity for any restaurant that has to make this dish on a large scale. Without a machine, the job of mixing, rolling, and cooking tortillas is labor intensive. Now these machines save a lot of time and labor that can be used to provide good services to customers. Tortillera composed of mixers, tortilla presses, tortilla cutters, dough dividers, counters and packaging equipment.

Kitchen equipment manufacturers have also introduced the Papad manufacturing machine which saves a lot of time and energy to commercial industries, both small and large scale. The great popularity and demand for South Indian foods such as dosa has led to the invention of dosa machines which, unbelievably, can produce up to four hundred dosa in an hour, which would never have been possible if the same work It would have been done manually. The process of various operations to produce doses such as dispersing the dough, spreading and depositing on the hot plate and roasting is organized in a very systematic way. This device is available with the function of time setting, temperature control and various other features. They are very useful in industrial canteens, festivals, hotels and meetings that take place on a large scale.

There is a machine that is very similar to a Roti machine called a Poori machine that produces small size poori in commercial settings. Therefore, we can conclude that modernization and commercialization are not only limited to the outside world, but have taken over our traditional practices of cooking food and have made life easier for human beings.

To be hungry? Fire up your mobile app. Do you want to book hotels? It’s on your mobile. Looking for a home? You also have mobile apps for that. Basically, we are surrounded by smart apps and there are dozens for every civic need.

With the New Year, mobile and web technology went through new resolutions, strategies, goals and objectives. Therefore, it cannot be denied that they change rapidly. On the one hand, we have various mobile applications like streaming video, messaging, music players, daily schedulers, mail organizer and online games. On the other hand, the expansion of consumer awareness online has resulted in picky and unpredictable choices. This demands that you quickly learn and embrace the latest trends in mobile app development in 2017. Here are some of the trends you should be aware of:

1. Drone apps conquer the market

Drones are new on the block, but they have already hit the latest business trends. Amazon Prime Air is set to launch the world’s first drone delivery service and we can’t wait to see how the technology works out. Alphabet, the parent company of Google, is also clinging to the excitement as its new drone delivery program: Wing Marketplace is on track to deliver food via drone. Drones are also used in agriculture, homeland security, and healthcare. Therefore, web design and development courses are teaching students to create applications that will control drones. Such applications must have the functions to control, analyze and manage the activities of the drones. The drone industry is growing rapidly, so we suggest diving into it as soon as possible.

2. It is the year of small and medium-sized companies

Mobile app analysts predict that the presence of local retailers and small businesses on the Internet is greater than ever before. They are leveraging apps to drive sales and improve brand image in a short period of time. Therefore, there is a high demand for application developers who would develop simple yet efficient web applications for these local retailers. If during all these years you have been in the dilemma of taking web design and development courses or not, this is the right time to do it. Industry experts are focusing on structuring a curriculum that covers the latest trends and topics.

3. Applications for portable devices

Whether it’s a fitness tracker, a smart watch, jewelry or a digital pen, the wearable device market will grow in popularity in 2017. This indicates that there will be a growing demand for mobile applications integrated with these smart devices. Wearable technology provides vast opportunities, primarily for the sports and healthcare industries. Machine learning will also kick in with these apps. To learn what machine learning is, take web design and development courses that cover the latest degrees in technology.

4. More demand for secure apps

We are often hesitant to download apps that ask for access to pictures, contacts, and more from our phone. We hesitate because we are concerned about security and protection. Therefore, app developers must earn people’s trust by ensuring data security for businesses and individual users. Along with the notable increase in the number of online shopping and mobile app usage, cases of hacking and misuse of sensitive information are occurring more frequently these days. This alarming statistic places a high demand on more secure technologies, complex data encryption, and authentication algorithms.

Trends are changing, as are techniques. Live on the cutting edge of the latest trend by improving your skills with web design and development courses, otherwise you won’t be able to outsmart your competitors. The future of mobile applications is very bright and challenging with innovative and revolutionary possibilities. If something remains constant, that is Quality. To stay in the hectic world of app development, embracing the newest techniques is the key mantra.

Aerobic training is exercise that involves or improves the body’s oxygen consumption. The word aerobic means with oxygen. In addition to utilizing and improving the body’s oxygen consumption, aerobic training also increases the body’s ability to burn fatty acids during an exercise session. An example of an aerobic exercise session would be one that consists of a warm-up, then a moderate level of exercise for an extended period of time that engages large muscle groups, and is then followed by a cool-down. No matter what the type of exercise, it’s important to know that aerobic exercise is highly beneficial from fat burning to cardiovascular health and wellness.

Anaerobic training involves exercise intense enough to trigger anaerobic metabolism. Greatly increases the body’s functional capacity for explosive force development and maximization of short-term energy systems. An example would be non-endurance sports such as bodybuilders who use anaerobic training to promote speed, strength, power and muscle mass. This leads to increased performance in activities of high intensity and short duration.

Several physiological responses the body will go through with aerobic training. The aerobic capacity of a person will be higher. There will be an increase in trained muscle capacity which is due to the ability to utilize and mobilize fat resulting from high amounts of fat metabolizing enzymes as well as increased blood flow. The body also experiences increased development of slow-twitch muscle fibers, increased content of myoglobin, which is essentially an iron protein compound within the muscle that acts to store and transport oxygen to the muscle. Aerobic exercise improves the body’s use of oxygen, thereby increasing its ability to store and transport it, resulting in slower muscle fibers.

There are also a number of physiological changes with anaerobic training, and will show the vast difference between the two and the benefit of each. Anaerobic training increases the size of fast-twitch versus slow-twitch muscle fibers. It creates a greater tolerance to higher blood lactate levels and increases the enzymes involved in the anaerobic phase of glucose breakdown. Anaerobic training also results in increased resting levels of ATP, CP, creatine, and glycogen content. High-intensity weight training in sessions of 45 to 75 minutes will increase growth hormone and testosterone levels.

Because aerobic and anaerobic training focus on very different outcomes in the body, it is easy to assume that there are many different adaptations the body must make if one chooses to train exclusively aerobic or anaerobic.

If one were to choose to do only aerobic training for more than a year, they would see better overall cardiovascular health. The body would adapt to using fatty acids for energy and target the development of slow-twitch muscle fibers. Those who choose to train aerobically are typical 5k, 10k and marathon runners. Aerobic training will build endurance and those who train aerobically will be able to maintain exercise at a certain level for a longer period of time. What the body will not experience is a gain in overall strength. Aerobic training will not give a person gains in general strength, power, or explosive strength abilities. The body after a year has conditioned itself to use oxygen, burn fatty acids and be an endurance machine. After a year, it would be difficult for the person to attempt anaerobic training such as weight lifting. However, it can be done with changing fitness and training goals.

If someone decided to do anaerobic training for more than a year, the body would adapt to using glycogen for fuel instead of the fatty acids used in aerobic training. The body will use training to build fast-twitch rather than slow-twitch muscle fibers, as well as build muscle mass, explosive strength, and overall power. Choosing to use anaerobic training would allow for muscle growth and fitness, but not overall cardiovascular health or endurance. Bodybuilders are your typical anaerobic training clientele. They have tremendous explosive strength and their bodies have adapted to a large amount of force for a short period of time versus resisting force for a long period of time. Many bodybuilders use anaerobic training and not aerobic training and therefore it is not uncommon to see an extremely fit bodybuilder who cannot run/walk/jog even ¼ mile as he has not had any aerobic training to build his health cardiovascular and endurance skills.

After Oracle’s acquisition of JD Edwards in 2006, Oracle has been touting best-in-class production scheduling (PS) software for all the obvious reasons. While more customers are adopting Oracle Production Scheduling to eliminate bottlenecks and improve production performance, some manufacturing companies are still wondering why they should switch from Oracle Production Scheduling to Production Scheduling.

These are the main reasons:

· Oracle PS is a versatile application that can be stand-alone or integrated with manufacturing planning and execution systems, unlike manufacturing scheduling, which works primarily in conjunction with the manufacturing execution system – work in process (WIP). With Production Scheduling’s closed-loop integration with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), shop floor jobs can be better scheduled to optimize resource planning and maximize service levels.

· Oracle PS with its powerful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be used as a tool to ensure that the schedule scenario meets the corporate end goals. Comparison of different scheduling scenarios is instantly displayed in Oracle Production Scheduling KPIs with details of service level, inventory, resources, and manufacturing utilization. This makes decision analysis quite straightforward. Many expert schedulers using Oracle Manufacturing Scheduling have long desired such powerful functionality.

Oracle Production Scheduling can automatically detect floating resource bottlenecks as they move within a schedule. This understanding helps PS Solver implement the most appropriate

Scheduling strategy to maximize performance and optimize resource utilization.

On the other hand, resolving the bottleneck required a lot of constant rule tweaking in previous Oracle Manufacturing Scheduling.

· Production scheduling provides a number of views that can provide users with powerful analysis to support their decision making. Some of these views and user interfaces are:

o Production traceability (supply/demand traceability with easy to drill down alert and root causes)

o Gantt of resources and operations

o Chart of resources and elements

o Resource Gantt and multi-capacity resource chart

Performance: Oracle PS uses smarter constraint-driven search technology that achieves the benefits of constraint-based programming with much better performance than traditional tools like Oracle Manufacturing Scheduling. This is another reason why production scheduling becomes a tool of choice when production volume or production constraints are higher.

Oracle PS is much simpler to configure, but offers powerful scheduling strategies to optimize production without much trial and error. This lowers the total cost of ownership.

CONCLUSION

Oracle Production Scheduling is truly the best next generation software offering huge advantages over Oracle’s previous manufacturing scheduling tool. There are a number of extra PS capabilities (not covered in this short blog) that, if implemented well, can make programming really productive.
