Brothers Michel and Dominic Bohbot’s first novel is a dynamic fantasy tale inspired by the love of speculative fiction instilled in them by their father. This is seen not only in the dedication of ZINTARA Y LAS PIEDRAS DE ALU CEMAH but also throughout the narrative.

They take us to another world, one that contains mythical and imaginary creatures along with human characters. There is a synopsis of many of the characters at the beginning of the novel and I admit that I had to resort to it several times during the reading, as there are many names and relationships for the reader to juggle. The Prologue finds a young Zintara, human in all features, apart from the large black wings that protrude from her back, being driven away by her mother when her family and empire fall violently. The antagonist of this story, Korban — human warrior and sorcerer — is in search of the three Stones of Alu Cemah that supposedly will give him the ability to rule over everything.

M’Hancha, her late father’s best friend, takes Zintara, who raises her and keeps her safe. We see Zintara grow into a young woman, her magnificent wings now displaying a powerful wingspan. She is confronted by Korban, in possession of one of the three stones, and threatens to kill her the way he took her mother’s life if she does not give him the location of the remaining stones. Zintara escapes, but the battle with Korban costs him his hand, a fact that he will undoubtedly seek to avenge to the fullest.

While Korban plans to find the other two stones, M’Hancha is doing his best to protect Zintara from further confrontation. He also seeks to keep her away from Prince Ardelann, heir to the kingdom of Takla, and the burgeoning romance that seems inevitable between them. It isn’t long before a member of his kingdom, the infamous Duke Galhuri, overtakes Zintara and calls her a winged demon and a traitor. She holds as evidence a coffin containing a bloody feather supposedly from Zintara and evidence that she attacked the ailing prince Ardelann. Zintara has no choice but to flee, on a mission to clear her own name and prevent Korban from obtaining the remaining stones.

M’Hancha advises Zintara to hide in the islands where she will be safe but still within reach. It is here that she literally finds herself and this includes an encounter with an ancient dragon that helps her recognize her destiny. Meanwhile, Korban has been successful in his evil search for the Alu Cemah Stones. To show the power they wield, their first act is to create a monstrous warrior in armor – a small sample of the abilities the insane wizard now possesses. The narrative moves toward the anticipated showdown between Zintara and Korban. He arrives mounted on an impressive dragon steed and, wearing a glove reminiscent of Thanos from the Marvel comics, displays the three stones that give him such powerful power that Zintara may not be able to defeat him. The Bohbot brothers are said to be working on the next novel in this new series that should continue the Zintara saga. ZINTARA AND THE STONES OF ALU CEMAH is an entertaining first effort as a novel, but for me the real winner is Michel Bohbot’s exceptional artwork with illustrations that truly bring the story to life on each successive page.

Most of today’s children suffer from weight problems and the rate is increasing day by day. The dilemma is given by the fact of not really doing physical exercise in children and poor diet. Today, many of the children want to have fun in their free time by playing video games, watching television or reading. Previously, young people acquired enough physical activities that they accomplished while playing soccer, baseball, or even climbing trees and building tree houses.

Energetic children have been found to be much healthier and physically fit. A good activity program incorporates exercises to build power and flexibility. The program implemented by children is completely different from the versions adopted by adults. The main explanation for children who do not like physical exercise is that they generally find it repetitive and boring. To get their attention, you have to make physical exercise a little more interesting. That can be done by including fun in the form of games. In other words, several games can be changed by adding much more physical activity to them. In the beginning, moms and dads or instructors should organize these kinds of games. They have to be involved with them in such games. When they get interested, they will invite their friends to make it a group activity.

A great way for kids to get the exercise they need and have fun at the same time is by walking the dog to the park. Bring a Frisbee and let your child and your dog have fun. While chasing each other, your child will get the exercise he needs and the fun he wants. The key is to get them to do something fun, that way they don’t even realize they are exercising!

Take your child for a bike ride to the library instead of driving, or take long walks and hikes through the woods. Children love adventures and this will help them exercise their mind and body. A great way for young children to exercise is by playing with the wheelbarrow. The child doing the wheelbarrow will develop upper body strength and the child holding the wheelbarrow will develop excellent strength in every way while having fun at the same time. Organize this into a competition and turn it into an obstacle course with a reward for the winner; This gives children more incentive to do their best. Easy training!

One of the funniest and easiest activities to implement is capturing the flag. Divide the children into teams, each with their own territory to protect. Give each team a flag to place deep within their territory. Dress the teams in different colored jerseys so they know who is who. The objective is to try to steal the flag of the other teams by running towards their territory. Make it even more fun by putting someone in charge of “tagging” the opposing team. This makes them run more and strategically plan their escape route! When someone is tagged, they can be released by another team member by tagging them. The game is won by capturing the flag and will provide hours of endless fun.

It was in 2005 that Shadow of the Colossus appeared on the PS2 and became one of the best PS2 games, if not the best. Thirteen years later, this timeless classic has been reintroduced with a fresh coat of paint for today’s generation of gamers.

So how does it hold up?

In this review, we will go over all aspects of this game in detail, such as graphics, gameplay, story, and overall experience. However, to understand the pedigree of what we are looking at here, we need to look at one more aspect of this game which is its Legacy.

When it comes to timeless classics in video games, very few games have the impact of Shadow of the Colossus. I remember the first time I booted up the original SOTC on my PS2, back in 2005. I entered completely blind, not knowing anything about this game. There are no reviews or spoilers back in the day. After the initial hurdle of trying to figure out the mechanics of climbing, it was a moment of awe that only a few games could provide at the time.

Fast forward 12 years, the second colossus was released. I knew this was a rare masterpiece that needed to be savored. And I was not the only one who shared this feeling. Almost everyone who has played this game has had it regardless of whether they liked it, finished it once, or, as in my case, at least a dozen times.

But games have come a long way since 2005. And the wide variety of genres and advancements in mechanics that we’ve experienced in these 2 generations of consoles since PS2 is astounding, which is why I am speechless when I see how good the game is. PS4 version. of this game remains today.

Story

The main history of SOTC can be written in a few sentences. The man tries to save the beloved Monkey. Man is offered the opportunity to do so by killing 16 colossi. The man does. And then the end. But there is much more complexity to this simple story. You can’t help but fall in love with all the characters. From Agro, your faithful steed, to the tramp, the protagonist and each of the 16 magnificent colossi. All of this only leads to an emotional punch every time you kill these colossi. And not to mention an ending that is both outright heartbreak and beautiful.

Graphics

Part of the charm of SOTC lies in how simple everything is, and the underlying complexity is born in the mind of the player. It may have been due to the limitations of the PS2 that things were kept so simple, but Bluepoint games have used that simplicity along with the graphical fidelity of the PS4, delivered in spades. This game is one of the best PS4 games right now. Everything in this game, from the landscapes to the towering colossi, has been redone from scratch. And the result is phenomenal. There is astonishing attention to detail in every nook and cranny of this game. And these images play a vital role in the overall experience of this remake.

How to play

The main gameplay of SOTC is to travel the landscapes of the cursed land on the back of your horse, in search of the next Colossus. It remains for you to discover where to go with the help of your sword, which reflects rays of light in the direction of the target. Once you find the Colossi, you need to figure out how to take them down, as each of them needs a different strategy and planning. This keeps the game fresh until the end. Reminiscent of the simple theme of the game is your arsenal, consisting only of a sword, a bow and an arrow.

Despite all the praise this game gives, there’s no denying that the controls were a bit quirky. Even in the days of PS2, we’ve had games with much better controls than SOTC. While we can’t say this has been fully resolved in the remake, here are some notable changes. The button layout is mapped to appeal to today’s gamers, who can be reconfigured to the original settings if desired. In addition to this, there are now also in-game collectibles and some clever Easter eggs that reference other Ueda games.

While the main game can be finished in about 10 hours, longevity is provided through other difficulty settings and quirky rewards. And a mirrored mode that, well, mirrors the game screen and feels surprisingly cool. Add to this a Photo mode that allows you to take screenshots of the game, with various filters and tools. Honestly, I spent hours here and the end results are incredible.

general

The original SOTC on the PS2 took gamers breathless and added to the notion that video games are indeed an art. It was timeless in its own right and didn’t need a remaster. But this remastering was still done and the result is a masterpiece. If the PS4 had come out in 2005, this could have been Fumito Ueda’s original vision. We may never know, but as gamers, we can only thank the creators for making this happen. SOTC on the PS4 is not just an essential classic, but a timeless classic that sets new standards for remakes.

Score

10/10

I’m a huge Resident Evil fan. I remember paying more, just to get the first Resident Evil installment on my original PlayStation a week before anyone else. There have been many episodes and reincarnations since then, and while I had gotten a bit bored with the series in the years after the original, Resident Evil 4 totally updated the game for me and I loved it. I played Resident Evil 4 on my PlayStation 2, and since Resident Evil 5 was going to be the first version of the game on “next generation” consoles, I was looking forward to this game with anxiety.

I remember drooling over the graphics in the trailer, which was released shortly after I completed RE4. Although that was a few years ago, and the graphics have naturally improved over time, I was still eager to see what the Capcom geniuses came up with graphically, for my Resident Evil-hungry eyes to feast on.

I was not disappointed, as my first impression when I put the game on was that the presentation was elegant and the graphics of the game were very impressive. In fact, some of the best I’ve seen on the 360. That said, I was a bit unsure of the game itself to begin with. Initially I thought it felt a bit slow and the chunky characters took up too much space on the screen. I also thought turning to aim was a bit slow and therefore frustrating. So while I was initially satisfied graphically, in terms of gameplay I was a bit dissatisfied.

However, having persevered for the first hour or two, my opinion completely changed. I got used to the controls and menu system again and also got acquainted with the new partner interaction system. This game can be played completely in cooperative mode; a nice touch that means you can enjoy this great game with a good friend (or even a complete stranger if you want).

On the subject of your partner, Sheva, she can be a hassle at times as she will collect things before you get to them, use your first aid supplies, get in your way, and block your vision at times. That being said, she will save the bacon for you on more than one occasion, so you tend to forgive her. It’s an interesting and colorful relationship, as one minute you’ll be cursing her and the next minute you’ll be praising her.

You can choose to have your partner have a more defensive or attacking mentality, selecting attack or cover respectively. I opted for her to be more defensive, so that I could do most of the shooting and she would heal me if I needed it. This worked fine for me, but you could play the game differently if you prefer. To do this, you would simply make Sheva attack and let her do the dirty work for you. However, there are times when you are overwhelmed by enemies, when you will have to form a team and then you will be grateful that your partner is there to take out his share of the bad guys.

Changing the subject back to the graphics, I would like to emphasize that they really are excellent and at times quite sublime. The lighting effects at different times of the day are very realistic and one of my favorite atmospheric moments takes place in an underground tunnel where all you have to see is the limited light provided by a torch. All of these effects help to increase the overall atmosphere of the game.

There are a wide variety of enemies, some more difficult than others and, in typical Resident Evil style, there are certain enemies that can take you out with a single try. You will find that there is a bigger Boss type enemy at the end of the levels to give you a bit more difficult challenge. You often have to work out the particular weaknesses of these enemies, for example you may have to target a specific part of their body or figure out how you can use your environment to defeat these larger enemies. Nothing too strange or unnerving, but a decent challenge and cosmetic gift awaits you when you reach these end-level bosses.

The game in general is a smooth experience with a good mix of normal gameplay and occasions where you will be asked to press certain buttons to avoid danger one way or another. These button prompts can appear at any time, so they’ll keep you on your toes.

The controls are great, and while I found it a bit slow and restrictive at first, once I figured out the buttons to reload, control Sheva, switch weapons, and flip quickly, I was laughing. You can place a weapon or item at each point on the d-pad, so simply press up, down, left, or right to instantly equip it. Something that I found very useful during the game.

You will be rewarded for your actions throughout the game, and the 360 achievements awarded are fair and satisfying. You can expect to get a decent player score if you simply complete the game once, however, those who are interested in getting the 1000 points will have to work a little harder and complete the game multiple times to score all of the achievements of the list.

The longevity of the game is decent for a game these days, but don’t get me wrong, this isn’t Fallout 3. Just going through the story won’t take you too long, maybe 15-20 hours or so. There are 6 chapters each with 3 stages. However, there is a lot of replay value in this game, as you will find that you cannot do everything you want to do in a single match. Additionally, XBox Live’s cooperative mode opens up another dimension of the game and will add a few extra hours of playtime to this game.

By the way, I have not revealed any of the story, as I think that would ruin the game for some people, I prefer to know what is the good and the bad of a game, and a general opinion before deciding to buy it. Another way to test the game is to test the demo on XBox Live, however keep in mind that I personally didn’t really enjoy the demo level very much, but I ended up loving the game.

This to me is a no-brainer. Resident Evil 5 is a cracker and therefore a must-have! I would consider it one of the best games available right now and probably one of the best in 360 to date. I give it 9/10.

The first thing you need to know are the rules of the particular enduro event you are going to participate in. Here in central Vermont, you will find two types of enduros.

8 cylinder enduro racing is as rare as the “old boats” that you would like to race in one. My old 1979 Ford Thunderbird was one of the best cars I’ve ever driven in a race.

4 and 6 cylinder enduros are more common. Small cars can be found everywhere. I drove a 1997 Ford Escort Wagon last year.

The 3 things you should keep in mind when choosing your enduro car.

1) Price. You don’t want to spend a lot. The car is very likely to suffer serious damage during the 200 laps of a typical enduro. I paid $ 50 for that little Escort car.

two) Solid car. Not only do you not want to spend a lot on a car that you know is going to go broke, but you want to find the strongest car for your money. Driving a rusty junk in an enduro race is asking for disaster. I’ll use an example from one of my previous careers …

It’s 1994 and I’m driving a 1979 Buick LeSabre in the annual Enduro 200 at Thunder Road. It’s only been about 100 laps and I’m caught in a big crash. A yahoo who was looking the other way crashed into my car and my trunk lid popped open.

Once the wreck was resolved and the survivors started rolling again, I realized they were pointing a black flag at me.

“Why the hell are they calling me in black? An open boot lid shouldn’t be a problem on an enduro, right?”

I decided to ignore the black flag for a couple of laps. The flaggers got quite frantic and leaned over the cars trying to get my attention.

“They really want me to go to the pits. I better go get the trunk lid on.”

When I got to the pits, the guys on my team told me to turn off the car.

“What? Put the lid on and let me out.”

“There is nothing to hold it to!”

My car had completely disintegrated from the rear wheel wells. One of the frame rails was bent 90 degrees and protruded straight.

The gas tank had been crawling down the runway. That’s why those flaggers were so frantic.

The moral of the story. Choose a solid car for your enduro rider.

3) How much will you have to invest to prepare your racing career? If you are starting from scratch, it will cost you around $ 500 to turn a tram into an enduro racer. That is materials. If you are paying someone to work for your broker, plan a lot more.

How well does the car work? Choose a car that performs well and requires very little mechanical work to be ready for the race.

Enduro racing can be a lot of fun if you build a strong car that can survive the chaos of enduro racing. To build a strong car, you have to start with one and that’s what this article is about.

It is always best to start at the beginning. On January 1, New Years Day, my finances woke up feeling bad. We thought it was something from last night’s dinner or maybe the flu, but her pain was just too bad. Simply put, he had appendicitis. He spent 7 days in the hospital and a week at home recovering. He used up all his sick time, personal time, vacation time, in the first month of the year. Good way to start the new year. However, he thanked me for saving his life. If he hadn’t arrived 2 weeks earlier, he says he could have died in bed with a burst appendix, refusing to go to the hospital.

Rob recovered and we were married in March. Everything was fine, except that his boss kept firing people and giving them their workloads. After doubling his accounts and threatening to fire him as well, he quit his job in July. After calculating that we had a reserve of 4 months for him to find a new job, I gave him my blessing. I was so stressed all the time and it didn’t help our new marriage. I was working in the mortgage industry and things were not going very well, but they were good. He did not return to work for 22 months. The only good thing that happened during this period was that you lost 60 pounds, walked 6 miles a day, and felt healthier than in years. Our relationship had its ups and downs, but it was actually stronger than ever.

The new job was great! The pay was excellent and the staff small. He was given a lot of responsibility and flexibility. Life was good again, although my mortgage business was suffering. He was hired in May 2005. In January 2006, the company sponsored a management conference in Niagara Falls, Canada, and when he got home he thought he had caught a virus; the flu or a cold, nothing to worry about. On Valentine’s Day we went to dinner at his favorite restaurant. After the main course he told me we had to go, right away! I was surprised because he loves their desserts. He couldn’t feel his legs from the knees down. He said they felt like they were asleep. We went home and he went to bed.

The next morning, he stayed in bed all day. I repeatedly tried to get him to go to the doctor without success. He has no recollection of that day. At 6:30 the next morning, he told me that his arm was now numb as well. I immediately took him to the hospital where they started testing him. You know it’s serious when doctors rush to get tests done in the first half hour you’re there. The doctor came in and told us that he had spoken with a neurologist and that they believed it was one of three things: muscular sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, or Guillain-Barre syndrome. They believed it was Guillain-Barre syndrome, or GBS, and that they had to do a lumbar puncture to be sure. Six needle sticks later, they finally got the fluid they needed. The test was inconclusive. The proteins they were looking for were higher than normal but not as high as they expected. By now, Rob’s tongue was numb and he was having trouble speaking. They decided that they should give him the treatment for GBS and that they would know quickly if they were right or wrong.

GBS is an immune system irregularity that affects people after they have had a viral infection. The immune system goes haywire and after the virus kills it continues to search for more, thus attacking nerve endings, usually starting in the legs and arms and moving into the respiratory system. Many people affected by this end up on ventilators, sometimes for months before treatments change the situation. Some die. Others receive treatment, but have chronic recurrences for the rest of their lives and need monthly treatments. Rob was lucky he was caught so fast.

Rob was admitted and told that the treatments were an IV / IG solution. It was a plasma-type treatment that was performed in 12-hour segments, once a day for 4 days. IV / IG is extremely expensive and there was a shortage across the country at the time. Getting the treatments could pose some problems, but we were told that that hospital had 1 1/2 on hand and would immediately begin ordering the rest from other hospitals in the area. They were able to locate the rest and they could complete their treatment. He was feeling better and was able to walk in 2 days. After 5 days in the hospital, we went home. Doctors told us that she would have symptoms similar to chronic fatigue, possibly for 6 months to a year. We later found out that residual symptoms can last up to 5 years and may never go away completely. Some of these are tingling in the limbs, loss of balance and coordination, tremors of the whole body, numbness in the tips of the fingers and toes, slurred speech and difficulty speaking, finding the right words, many that resemble alcohol abuse or stroke. Little did we know that February morning that Rob would not go back to work full time for another 9 months.

Our home life started a new routine. We were still newlyweds and Rob slept up to 20 hours a day, sometimes waking up long enough to eat, watch TV and then go back to sleep for another 6-8 hours. This continued until June, when he suddenly began vomiting for no reason. He vomited profusely almost every morning and produced large amounts of bile. He suffered from diarrhea, abdominal cramps, acid reflux, headaches, tremors, and body aches. One morning, while we were making love, a rare event in itself in those days, she suddenly jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom to vomit. I didn’t take it personally, but I knew I needed to get some tests done.

We saw our family doctor who agreed that something was wrong and ordered a bunch of tests: blood tests, 24 hour urine collection, pancreas, enzyme and adrenal gland tests, everything you can imagine. Everything came out negative. They sent us to a gastroenterologist to determine if it was an ulcer. Rob was scheduled for an endoscopy procedure, in which they stick a small camera down his throat into his stomach to see if everything is okay. The initial results told us that there was no ulcer, but that it would return in 30 days when the pathology of some biopsies would present.

In late July, Rob was told that he had Barrett’s esophagus, a result of acid reflux, and that the lining of the esophagus had worn away. When the tissue grew back, it was intestinal cells instead of esophageal cells that caused what they call dysplasia. This can be mild to severe and severe indicates a cancerous or precancerous stage. Rob was severe. The doctor told him that he was lucky that they infected him because normally when it becomes very serious, there is nothing they can do; that the person cannot swallow and that the cancer has invaded nearby organs. After 4 more endoscopies, they determined that the cancer had probably been contained in the esophagus and that if they removed it, it would be fine. REMOVE HIS ESOPHAGUS? !!? We were stunned.

During this interval between testing and diagnosis, Rob had been cleared to return to work 24 hours a week from home. We were very grateful for this as we were beginning to feel the hardship financially. Since my main job was so irregular, I had accepted a second job that was very stressful and I often worked 9-12 hours a day. However, due to his recent illness, his doctor did not allow him to return after 40 hours. I was still having a hard time staying awake and focused for more than 4 hours straight. After the diagnosis, she went to the office and explained to her boss that she needed surgery and that it was scheduled for the end of September, within a month. I would be out for 3-4 weeks. His boss put him on medical leave without pay right away. This was a great blow. We expect that you will continue to work your 24 hours until the surgery date, but we needed to focus on your surgery. We had no idea how things would be after that.

The surgery lasted 9 and a half hours. They removed his esophagus, disconnected his stomach and stretched it to find the remaining 2 inches of esophagus. So now her stomach was a tube behind her rib cage and she had a feeding tube in her abdomen. He spent 5 long days in the ICU on heavy medication before finally being discharged to a general flat to finish recovering. After 4 more days, he returned home. He was allowed to eat whatever he felt comfortable swallowing. It was 2 more months before I went back to work full time.

Rob still suffers to some extent to this day, balance and coordination problems, numbness, and a lack of small motor skills, such as typing on the computer keyboard. Eating is still a challenge a year later. You have learned to eat smaller portions more often throughout the day, but you are thankful that you can eat. We both thank the doctors who diagnosed him and the speed with which they treated his illnesses. Since both diseases were completely unforeseen and not lifestyle or genetic, we were financially unprepared to deal with them. His employer continued to keep him on his health insurance and, although we did not have disability insurance, we did purchase supplemental hospitalization insurance after Guillain-Barre syndrome struck. Life changes fast, get ready.

Imagine that you are looking for something and you are being guided by the criticism of “hot” or “ice cream”. But now imagine this post being postponed before listening to it. You may receive “cold” criticism when approaching the object or vice versa.

Can’t find the question, and are also disappointed by the irregularity of the input? Imagine how much less demanding this task would be if criticism was given with the correct planning.

In the preparation of the training it is essential that you ask for attention with a clicker, at the moment when your canine performed effectively. Try not to reward 5 seconds after the fact, as it can compensate for a totally different action, an alternative behavior.

A typical planning mix-up is totally wrong for the can, and in all likelihood the hood won’t get it. Something like; You request that your canine sit, sit, now you have to discover a treat to reward the canine. This is believed to be a serious error in dog behavioral training.

Most canines learn tricks as they need to satisfy the dog’s owner. Nothing wrong with that! Be that as it may, it is imperative to prepare the canine in unforeseen situations of the day to challenge the canine and ensure that the canine understands the reason for the grooming.

Keeping your canine’s extra attention by taking another cheat by rewarding him with a treat the canine has never received before, yet you know the canine loves the treat. Try not to give the whole treat at once, only a small portion is enough to satisfy the canine.

You may wonder, do I need to pass on goodies for the remainder of our life together? Yes and no, before leaving the treats we have to make the behavior a programmed reaction. Regardless of how it is carried out, in the event that you advise your dog to “sit” ten times in a row, he should “: sit” right there.

The motivation for a treat is to reward a worthy effort. In kindergarten, children get a shining star for writing their name. In the first grade, they only get a gold star on the off shift that imprints their near-perfect name. Along these lines, yes, compensating is of fundamental importance.

Once the canine masters the demand, you can hold the treat and see how the canine responds while waiting for a treat. This is an impeccable approach to evaluating your dog’s behavior.

Getting your dog tested is one of the keys to achieving behavioral readiness behavior. Try not to stop making more than one mistake at once, just make an investment back to where you started for a short period of time, just a little update never hurts!

Good luck and cheers!

With the advancement of technology, it is not very difficult to realize what the future of gaming is. In the last few decades, games have reached a whole new level. Starting with 2D games, today our video games are getting closer to reality. And video game consoles are focusing on that.

With that idea come virtual reality devices like the Occulus Rift and Project Morpheus. Occulus Rift is owned by Facebook, while Project Morpheus is owned by Sony. These devices aim to provide users with the premium gaming experience by allowing them to interact around them in the gaming world. You can experience flying, walking, dancing, shooting like never before, in virtual reality of course.

Virtual reality aside, there are gesture recognition devices like Leap Motion. While its focus is not virtual reality, Leap Motion allows users to play video games or even work on their computer using only hand gestures. This also enables a rich experience for users working or playing games.

Other than that, there is an increase in online gaming with popular platforms like Steam. And platforms like the Google Play Store, Appstore, and others are seeing steady significant growth in mobile games. And with Google Glass, there is a huge possibility of augmented reality (AR) games. More on that later.

In this article, we will focus on the future of gaming, with devices such as Occulus VR, Project Morpheus, and Leap Motion. We will also talk about online gaming, mobile gaming, and augmented reality (AR).

Virtual reality For those who don’t know, Occulus Rift and other virtual reality devices are head-mounted devices, allowing you to look around in a virtual world.

Occulus Rift is the new buzz in the gaming world. With everyone excited about virtual reality, the question is: will virtual reality live up to your expectations? Will it be the next big thing? Well, we like to think so.

If we go back in time, it seems incredible that we had virtual reality devices and 3D glasses decades ago. They were never successful back then due to the high cost and lack of availability of resources. But now the moment is different. Technology is becoming more affordable and we have the resources to make these devices successful.

There is a whole new perspective for futuristic gaming devices because the demand in the consumer market is increasing. And with devices like the Occulus Rift and Sony Prometheus, the foundation seems more solid. While they are not completely in public, they will be successful once they are out.

Motion detection through hand gestures Leap Motion allows us to work and play using only hand gestures. Just plug the Leap Motion device into the USB port of your Mac or PC and you’re done. After easy setup and syncing, you’re ready to play video games using hand gestures or even hand drawing. Leap Motion allows precision up to 1cm when designing or drawing. And the device handles gestures quickly and smoothly.

Leap Motion even has its own app store. It’s called Airspace Appstore. Although Leap Motion is in its infancy, developers have already started working on applications for it. And you will find a lot of fun apps in the app store. Currently, it only costs $ 99.99.

Online games A large audience regularly plays popular online games such as Dota 2 and World of Warcraft. The amazing thing about online games is that they regularly add more and more mods to it, causing it to never end and get better. Well, if the developers decide to continue. And what is really exciting is that you are playing against all the real life players, an experience that everyone wants.

For all those benefits, online games continue to gain popularity. Since most of the major games come with the online multiplayer option, the future of gaming seems to be based on that. And all you need is a good internet connection.

Augmented reality (AR) While augmented reality, you are part of a physical world that interacts with non-physical entities. In virtual reality, the virtual world is simulated. In augmented reality, the player remains in the real world, while non-physical objects on the device are positioned accordingly using motion detection, object detection, and other AR technology. While there are few apps in AR, there really isn’t a huge game database.

With Google Glass, there is a whole new possibility. This eye-wearable device can be used as the perfect AR equipment. Augmented reality video games on Google Glass can be played very fluently as Google Glass is worn on your eyes. The developers have already started work on augmented reality applications for Google Glass. So expectations are that we will have some fun new AR games to play as soon as Google Glass comes out in general. Google Glass is currently priced at $ 1500 in beta.

There are many areas for the future of gaming. It could rotate in any direction or in many directions. All of these devices add new dimensions to games. So, it is impossible to know exactly which one of them would become an important medium. It all depends on the speed of development, availability and user experience.
