How to remove pimples without ruining your skin

If I have one goal as a beauty crusader, it is to help people break the naughty habit of squeezing blackheads from their noses and cheeks every day. But what can a nervous face do? I’m glad you asked. Before we get close to those clogged pores with hands poised to pinch blackheads, which could exacerbate the problem, let’s learn how these seemingly never-dying facial creatures operate.

Blackheads are the result of the oils that come out of the pores that harden and oxidize within the skin. Imagine the pores on your skin as a pipe that allows oils to flow freely. When the oils crystallize into hardened blackheads, this puts a limit on the much-needed oil flow from the skin. With this lock, the acorns continue to pump oils that simply accumulate under the surface of the skin, giving it a rough, rough skin texture.

And so with blackheads, your skin problems are not the oil or even the blackheads, but the need to maintain what I call the “ecology of your skin.” Your face needs the oil to rise through the pores, coat the skin, and protect your face from bacterial and environmental damage and premature aging. Not having your skin properly lubricated makes your face vulnerable.

Now to end the cycle of seeing a new crop of blackheads on your skin, you want to remove the embedded blackheads. Next, daily remove wax build-up in your pores so blackhead-inducing oils don’t build up in your pores. You can run the blackhead prevention treatment in five easy steps

Step 1: cleanse the skin

First, wash your face with a basic soap like a mild glycerin soap.

Step 2: steam your face

To help “melt” blackheads and facilitate dislodging of trapped blackheads, use “Melt Blackheads”. To do this, moisten a clean cotton cloth and place it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. This will create a smoky cloth. Gently smooth the steam-moistened cloth over your face and allow it to sit on your skin for 60 seconds to help remove and “melt” deep blackheads. Re-steam and apply cloth to congested skin.

(Note: Make sure the cloth is not too hot or you could burn your skin.)

Step 3: dissolve pimples

There are more ways to remove blackheads. You can squeeze or dissolve them. One trick that I like to use to dissolve blackheads is earwax removers. But before using a wax remover, put protective gloves on your hands. Gloves will prevent the wax remover from seeping onto your fingers and irritating your skin.

Apply earwax remover only to areas plagued with blackheads. Let the wax remover stay on the skin for a minute or two. Rinse off the wax remover with warm water.

What you should see after removing your earwax remover are little yellowish-white chains of oils rising from your skin. This happens because you have removed the “cap” from your pores and now the oils from your skin are starting to flow again. This is what you want, a natural oil flow on your skin.

Step 4: extract the remaining oils from the skin and moisturize the skin

To deeply cleanse excess oil, give your skin a warm moisturizing treatment. Get a thick, thick face cream like Ponds cold cream or a generic thick moisturizer at your local drugstore. Apply a thick layer of cream to your skin. Make sure to cover your lips (or apply a layer of lip balm) to protect them from the heat.

Now, take your hair dryer, set it on low heat and heat the cream on your face for a minute or two. The heat from the dryer helps the cream to attract excess oil that floats in the pores. Plus, this heat treatment deeply hydrates your skin so your pores don’t produce more oil simply because you’ve removed excess oil.

Remove heavy cream with a warm cloth.

Step 5: remove oil build-up daily

Here is the key. To stop the accumulation of blackheads, every day, you will need to remove excess oil from your skin. Repeat steps one through four daily for a week. This should get your blackheads under control. Then use this treatment as needed to make the blackheads stick.

In short, using natural skin care to get rid of blackheads means working with the laws of physics – items under pressure tend to go from areas of high pressure to areas of low pressure. Remove hardened oils from your skin and trapped oils will flow into the upper layers of your skin where they are, making blackheads a thing of the past.
