When I think of flying monkey games, I immediately think of one of my favorite arcade games. Flying Monkey Delta 8 is a game that I played many times when I was younger. The graphics and music are very cool and the physics system really has just the right feel to make the player’s excitement peak. In the Space Race sub-enario, you’re actually flying a real airplane and trying to get it in to the correct set position for taking off. There are many obstacles you have to overcome, but they really aren’t that difficult, and are very rewarding when you get them all taken care of.

Once you do finally get your plane into the air, the challenge then becomes to stay afloat throughout the flight. It’s possible to perform multiple tasks throughout the course of your flight, and each one will help you gain more points. For example, earning the most points at the end of the mission wins you the game. The tricky part is completing each task within a set amount of time, as well as earning all the bonuses during the course of your mission.

There are a total of eight flying monkey tracks that can be selected from, and take you through a variety of airports. Each one varies slightly, and has a distinct look and sound. I especially like the “High Speed Fly” Airport, which is rather fast, and at times actually feels a bit like you’re flying a helicopter. It also has a green canopy that seems to block out most of the noise of the airport. There are also some “B-Tech” airports where you have a choice of flying a Cessna or a Blackbird, so you really have to choose which one you’d rather be doing. In addition to airports, there are jumps to try, trees to crash into, balloons to hit, and numerous other challenges.

Each stage has a time limit, and when the time runs out, the game re-spawns you with a new challenge. This makes each attempt to complete the level more challenging! You also earn money, which can be used to buy upgraded Monkey Bars, such as the powerful “Chrome Destruction” bar which increases your defense. If you manage to clear all the bars on each level, the screen will turn red, and a message will appear: “You have surpassed the limits of the flying monkeys!”

Overall, the game is very arcade like, with simple controls, and a great sense of humor. It’s not a game where you have to think too hard, and it does not take a long time to play through. My favorite part of the game, however, is the sounds that accompany the action. They are very funny, and I find myself laughing every time I hear them. The challenges are also very varied, which makes them a lot of fun to complete as well.

Playing this game was just a little bit different than I had anticipated, but I thoroughly enjoy it. It takes a lot of skill, strategy, and trial and error to become good at it, but once you do, the Flying Monkey Delta8 Shop is definitely worth trying! It is very addictive, and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend it to people who like games with a little bit of humor, action, and physics, mixed with the cute character and unique flying design. Play it now!
