Works by photographer Candida Hoffe and contemporary art pieces from the London Art Gallery make the dining room stand out among all the restaurants. What makes it more special is that all the dishes are created by the owner of the house after her experience of her travels and her daily life. It is reasonable to say that Bangkok is the cheapest shopping center in the world. It was somewhat planned to go shopping at the largest mall in Southeast Asia. However, I was in for a surprise when I went to enjoy the delights of Zense. Zense is located in Zen, a department store.

It was sales season, so before I realized my bad stomach, I had bought a lot of things for a long time. Thinking of a Zense introduction in a magazine, I decided to have dinner at this trendy restaurant on the 17th floor of Zen. I can appreciate my newly bought stuff by the way. Standing on the oval balcony, I was stunned by the sunset before my eyes. This restaurant is designed by an architect from Thailand. It costs more than 4 million dollars. The designer is inspired by 4 natural elements: soil, water, air, fire. The restaurant is equipped with 5 kitchens, offering different dishes. The White Cafe offers Thai cuisine, Gianni Italian cuisine, Kikusui Japanese cuisine, Red Indian cuisine and Zense Patisserie desserts.

While in Thailand, do what the Thais do. Therefore, I choose to eat a Thai rice dish with a mackerel. Also, I ordered a famous White-Cafe dish: a salmon. When the music played, everyone danced in the fascinating Bangkok night.

Sitting in a revolving restaurant on the 47th floor of the Marriott Hotel in Time Square, I realize that the city can provide a dream for everyone.

Fortunately we reserved the seats two months ago, so we can sit by the window. The name of the restaurant is View and it offers customers the best view of New York. In addition to the famous skyscrapers, there are sunsets from the Hudson, colorful lights from Broadway, and dazzling lights from faraway New Jersey. Looking down, pedestrians and automobiles can be seen on the Avenue moving in an orderly fashion. This image jumps into your eyes and makes you see a vivid New York.

The dishes carry the characteristics of the New York style: the French Fried Foie Gras, the Russian Caviar, the Japanese Sushi and the Thai Curry. You will feel hungry when you see the menu. In the evening, you can order a cocktail called Cosmopolitan at the bar. Rotating with the restaurant, you get to know the 100-year-old Manhattan better. It’s a precious moment in my life, a moment when the American dream came true.
