Get Buff: How to Get Buff in 3 Easy Steps

Creating a muscular, sculpted body was one of the best decisions I made. It all started when I saw a photo of me with some of my friends; I couldn’t believe how good they looked and how scrawny I looked in comparison. Standing around 5 feet 11 inches, he weighed only 121 pounds (55 kg).

Looking back, I can’t believe I was so skinny.

I decided right then and there, no matter what it took, I was going to become one of those amateur guys. I was going to get fond of it. Someone who boys want to look like and girls want to be with.

Over the next 12 months, I accumulated over 55 pounds (25 kg) of beautiful, lean muscle. Now I am the type that all my friends can advise on how to make a profit.

I always tell them the same things:

1. If you want to be big, then you have to eat big. If you are as slim as I am and want to get muscular, then you have to understand right now that a lot of your results will simply come down to what you eat. You can train as hard as you want in the gym, but you won’t get that chiseled, lifted look unless you eat over 3,500 calories of good food each day. It’s as simple as that. Eat a lot of brown rice, tuna, chicken, whole wheat bread, vegetables, steaks, protein shakes. With the goal of dividing 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% essential fats in 6-7 meals a day. My progress, energy, and strength all skyrocketed when I started eating right.

2. Get a proper exercise routine and stick to it. I saw a lot of guys in the gym doing the same exercises or not making much progress. As I kept adding extra weight and looking better every time I hit the gym. This is because most men never put together a proper exercise routine or change their routines before seeing any progress. It is very disappointing to look back over a year of training and see only a couple of pounds difference.

3. When you get to the gym, make it count. Avoid all distractions – talking to friends, big water breaks, etc. and focus on your goals. You’re in the gym for one reason only: to get fit really fast! There’s plenty of time to socialize before and after a workout, but when you’re in the zone, make it count. Always try to do better than your last workout. Reaching the limit in each exercise and set.

Okay, if you follow that advice you will be able to accumulate muscle in no time and change your body from pathetic to amazing.

Now is the time to make a decision. Everyone always talks about how they want to look good and look good, but very few people do anything about it. Check out the link below and follow the additional meal plans and workout routines you used to put on over 55 pounds of solid muscle in less than 12 months.
