WHY IS THE TEACHER ALWAYS IN THE EAST?

“And yet you are a man and not a god,

however you believe yourself

Like a god.”

Eze. 28:2

God rules the world by authority and not by force. If it were not so, there would be no freedom and no rule of law. One is free to be a believer or an unbeliever. Nothing and no one can force any of us to have faith. No scientific discovery, no argument from logic, and no torture of body or mind can force us to believe anything, not even to accept the authority of the Supreme Architect of the Universe. However, once that authority is recognized and embraced, the powerless become powerful reminding us of the parable Jesus spoke about the mustard seed: a grain of faith is enough to move mountains.

The Master of a Freemason lodge represents that authority. During a segment of the ritual in a Masonic degree, the candidate is instructed that the Master is always stationed in the east, while the Greater and Lesser Wardens are always stationed in the west and south, respectively. The ritual does not explain why this is so, and most veterans of the Masonic degrees are quick to suggest that it is simply because it has always been so. While that explanation is true to a point, it is incomplete and totally ignorant.

Being something, knowing something and being capable of something is what empowers a person with authority, such as the Master of a lodge. After all, it is the authority that is the true and only power. Compulsion or force is simply a resource that can be used to remedy a lack of authority. Where authority exists in its purest form, one can feel and feel the breath of holy magic filled with the fire of mysticism, the essence of what is divine.

At his installation, the master of a lodge is issued a gavel and is told by his installing officer that it is an emblem of his authority which he can exercise in the name of acts of great good or greater evil. The point symbolized here is that the true masonic authority is exercised by the scepter and not by a weapon. The first Most Excellent Grand Master of Freemasonry, Solomon, King of Israel, is reported in Masonic ritual to have wielded the scepter over Israel, not another weapon, and thus stands as the foremost example of how it is wielded o Masonic authority must be exercised.

Kabbalah teaches that all authority has its source in the ineffable name of the deity -YHVH- and that all law derives from that name. The clear implication here, as in all Masonic lodges, is that the human authority bearer does not supersede divine authority. Rather, he renounces his own will and allows himself to behave as a conduit of divine authority. Always stationed in the East, the Master renounces action in favor of obedience, comfort in favor of duty, and movement in favor of the permanent sentinel. In other words, the Master is a guardian of his post and essentially guards the scepter.

The scepter is symbolized by the mallet, which is also a symbol of the restraint that a Master must exercise if his authority is ever to be effective. The Master who shouts opposition to him, shouts to make his point, cunningly politicizes his lodge, or gleefully issues orders without logic or reason, has not exercised that restraint. Instead, he has taken measures designed to deprive the brothers of the freedom of the deity’s loving guidance. A Master who is aware that the mallet represents the scepter retains his naturally impulsive nature from stepping in and replacing God as head of the lodge.

The lesson of such a restriction is not new since it applies to the Master, it simply applies equally to the brother in authority, as well as to the brothers forced to follow. Therefore, he is not the individual that predominates when considering Masonic authority: he is the Supreme Architect of the Universe. Candidates are instructed throughout their Masonic journey that the compass is a valuable instrument for teaching that in dealing with other men, particularly other Masons, you must circumscribe their desires and keep their passions within proper bounds. This form of restriction redounds to the direct benefit of the brother or individual who comes into direct contact with a Mason. The form of restriction applied to the Master is intended to benefit the entire lodge, the entire body of brothers and, in turn, all those outside the lodge with whom each brother has contact.

When he obeys the responsible duty to always remain at his post in the east, the Master means that he has made a place within himself for the divine name, YVHV, which is the source of true authority. He also means that he has not only given up the freedom of physical movement, but also the freedom of intellectual movement. Within each Freemasonry lodge it is intended that the resulting void be filled by the divine, that is, physical and intellectual movement should only occur after prayerful consultation with the Supreme Architect.

By remaining in his post, the Master also signifies that he has given up any personal mission or effort to promote his own esteem. He has become literally anonymous. His name has given way to the ineffable name of the divine, and thus he has become the embodiment of enduring law and order.

A Captain’s obligation to exercise such restraint may best be supplemented by the following mandates:

(1) be humble and you will remain whole;

(2) wear yourself out and you’ll stay new;

(3) are empty so that they can receive much from God;

(4) don’t chase rewards lest you be ashamed;

(5) avoid approving yourself and getting noticed;

(6) give glory to those around you so that you can excel; Y

(7) do not compete with your brothers, because there is no one who can compete with you – you have authority.

The weather has turned from hot to colder and this guy has his yearly case of prostatitis. He has had problems with IBS and yeast infections for years. Last year, prostatitis came with a yeast infection on his penis. She is getting frustrated and knows that when she calls her doctor, she will only give her 10 days of doxycycline. She therefore wants any suggestions and input to make. Another friend asked me the symptoms of penile thrush as he may have that since he has thrush in so many places.

I bet it was a yeast. I have a yeast problem, but if I didn’t use condoms on my husband, he would get a red rash on his penis. She would eventually leave with him after a few days.

You could try a topical application of undecylenic acid or caprylic acid in addition to internal supplements. Natural substances should not have any effect on the skin, only on the surface yeast. Also, more antibiotics will only add to the yeast imbalance in your system, especially if you don’t do massive implants of positive bacteria during and after doxycycline.

But, if it’s “just” prostatitis, then it’s basically the nutritional deficiencies you have. You could try some products, like MoodMax, which balances hormone production, testosterone-progesterone ratio, improves blood circulation, etc.

The symptoms of yeast infection on the penis would be similar to those of a vaginal infection or thrush, which are white, creamy or scaly. The color, however, is mainly white. You probably want to check with a doctor to confirm that it is, in fact, yeast, rather than a different infection or bacterial strain.

There are literally millions of starting hands in a game of poker, but only 169 different starting two-card combinations, assuming 7p, 8c is the same as 7c, 8d. We assume this only because both hands have identical hand strength before the flop. So we can classify these starting hands into the following groups:

  • Torque: 7.7; 2.2.
  • Connected Cards: 3.4; 5.6.
  • Suitable connectors: 3d, 4d; 5h, 6h
  • Cards with gaps: 3.7; 5.10.
  • Suited spaces: 2d, 8d; 6c, 10c

A couple of observations to keep in mind:

Connected cards make more straight. The closer the two cards are to each other, the more likely they are to form a straight. that is, with 7.8, you are more likely to make a straight than with 7.10.

Cards with gaps are the worst types of cards to play. Cards with gaps of the same suit are the least valuable, followed by cards with gaps of the same suit.

This is a bit tighter than Krieger’s starting hands, because I think his selection is too loose, especially in late position. This is still a pretty liberal preflop payrate, and you can adjust a bit beyond this to improve your overall EV (expected value). This table is only a guide, and players should only see the BB (big blind). For raises, you should probably only play the front line of each category per position.

While investing in Non-Performing Real Estate Notes, or NPNs for short, can be a great way to earn above-average guaranteed returns compared to the roller coaster stock market or 1% on a CD. Although like all investments, there is no guarantee that you will make money. In reality, if you are not careful, you may lose some or all of your investment.

We have put together a list of all the ways we can tell you can lose money in the Distressed Asset Arena.

Ten Ways to Lose Money on Real Estate Notes:

1. Paying too much

We believe the #1 reason you can lose money on NPN is paying too much for the note by not researching the actual as-is value of the property compared to comparable move-in ready prices, or offsets, and adjusting your price accordingly. consequence. There’s a saying; There is no bad note, just paying too much for a note.

Typically, the property is not move-in ready, so it will be priced lower, and if you don’t account for it, you’ll be forced to make a lot of profit when you go to sell it. The solution would be to see if putting $3-10,000 in light repairs would give you a raise of $10-20,000.

Other options are to rent it out to get cash flow while hopefully appreciating. Then, in a few years, it can be sold at a higher price. Either sell it with owner financing to people with lower credit scores for a higher price, or sell that “loaded rent” with the tenant to an investor like a cash flow machine.

2. Wrong location

When buying an NPN in a rural, run-down, or crime-ridden location, even if it’s in excellent condition, you’ll have a harder time selling it when you need it, and you may have to drop the price to get rid of it. No family wants to live in the middle of nowhere, in a war zone, or without basic necessities like grocery stores, gas stations, or general merchandise stores.

3. Not visiting the property

Imagine if you buy a ticket and find out that the house is no longer there! It could have caught fire, or the city could have condemned it. This will result in the loss of most of your money, and the only thing you can do is sell the land for a much lower price than what you paid. At least it won’t be a total loss, the land does have value. It just depends on whether a builder will find the location good enough to invest in.

Or if the property is damaged, knowing the extent of the damage before you pay is invaluable in saving you a lot of money. Sometimes it’s better to get out of a bad deal than to risk the investment if it doesn’t make sense.

4. Not confirming your link status

They tell you that you are buying a higher or first lien on a house, then find out that it is actually a second or lower lien. This could be due to the seller’s incompetence or negligence in knowing what they were selling, or a lesser lien could have foreclosed on the mortgage and, if left unchallenged, is now the master lien holder and you are now a minor. You still have the right to claim the debt, although now you are not the first in line.

5. Do not look for demands or links

One of the first things we do after narrowing down a list of NPNs or REOs (real estate or owner holds title) that we are considering buying, and before paying for it, is to run an O&E (occupancy and liens) report that shows how many liabilities are linked to this property.

The owner may have been sued in the past, or owed federal, state, or county taxes, and a lien on the property. This would result in him now being responsible for paying that if he gets them to sign a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. Only a foreclosure on the property would possibly remove most or all of the liens or liens on it, considering that IRS liens have a 1 year redemption period in which they can pay off the mortgage if they want, even though they really don’t want the House. .

6. Not checking taxes

There are a myriad of taxes, penalties, and fines that can be imposed on a property at all levels of the governmental hierarchy. From city fines for not mowing the lawn or leaving trash, there are a number of agencies that can penalize you, from water, power, garbage, and schools. You also have county property taxes and the fines you get for not paying them. If you ignore them, the county can sell the tax lien to someone else and, after a redemption period of usually one year, you could lose the property.

The state can also put up a link for income taxes, child support, and any number of issues. Then there is the federal government that can put a lien on the property because you did not pay your income tax. We just purchased a promissory note that had a total of $67,000 in taxes, penalties, liens, and penalties. We intend to foreclose on them, and possibly sell the house back to the owner.

7. Not verifying bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is not the end of the world for the note investor; they are often a good thing. A Chapter 7 will eliminate all unsecured debts like credit cards, etc., leaving more funds each month to pay for your house that would have gone elsewhere.

A Chapter 13 is a payment plan, and house payments are usually part of the payment plan. It takes 5 years to complete, and many people don’t complete it, leaving them still in debt.

If you have a smaller lien and no principal, you can generally lose your entire investment if the lien is removed in bankruptcy. They still owe the debt, even though it is not secured, and you can get a judgment against them that will be in your favor. If they tried to buy another house or because in the future, that debt would still be there, and they would have to work something out with you in order for the court to mark it as paid in full.

8. Land Leases

Failing to verify land leases means you could lose your entire investment when the lease expires, under the surrender clause. It is not your land, and if the owner wants to do something else with it, well, there is nothing you can do. Condos and townhomes can be considered a form of land lease in the sense that you do not own the land, only the building.

9. Buy Joker Brokers with Daisy Chains

We have seen people offer to sell notes that are number 5 or 6 in a chain of what we call “Joker Brokers”, and our policy is not to avoid them for many reasons, #1, they don’t own the note. , and not dealing with the owner is asking for trouble. #2 is that they usually get it from someone else. And then that person will most likely get it from somewhere else, and so on, and this can go on for a bit, with each link in the “daisy chain” adding a cost to the purchase price.

10. Buying from people who will rip you off.

Unfortunately, there are people who will rip you off in this business, and some still call the ticket business the “Wild West.” A dishonest employee may convince you that he owns the note and send you the money from him. To prevent this, the use of an escrow to keep funds safe, combined with a document clearance service from a document custodian, ensures that you “sign” that the document’s guarantee or file identifies the seller of the note/mortgage really is the owner, and they are not trying to rip you off. Then the escrow can be released, that is the only way to prevent this fraud.

Here are ten different ways that we have seen that you can lose money in the Delinquent Real Estate Notes space.

Paid Powerleveling is a service where a person (usually from China) is paid to level up a virtual character in games like World of Warcraft. The customer gives the business or individual the account username and password, and after a period of time, the account is returned to the customer when the level is reached.

Powerleveling has been viewed with some controversy in the past, with some claiming it’s almost as bad as gold farming. Angry players have claimed that powerleveling attracts “newbies” with high level characters who were ineffective and unable to play their characters well.

Regardless, the industry has been growing, with more and more providers offering these paid powerleveling services. Many powerleveling services operate out of China, where the cost of labor is extremely low.

Blizzard Entertainment, developer of the acclaimed World of Warcraft MMORPG that has more than 8 million subscribers, banned 100,000 accounts suspected of in-game leveling. This number also includes suspected gold growers. Blizzard can easily track this type of activity by looking at the IP, since most powerleveling companies are Chinese.

One website, powerlevelingsucks.com, has a forum where users can discuss and share their stories about websites that have tricked them or gotten their accounts banned.

Most of these power leveling companies are either unscrupulous or unwilling to resolve complaints after an account is banned. They also do a good job of projecting a much bigger online identity than they actually are; when in reality they are quite small.

This is easily accomplished with a sophisticated website and exclusive use of chat-based customer service. Using multiple identities allows some employees to appear like a large paid staff, adding to the illusion of legitimacy.

Recently, the number of accounts banned due to powerleveling has hit an all-time high. With relatively accurate methods of tracking users, Blizzard bans these accounts almost daily, even if they don’t advertise it on their website. A large powerleveling company received almost 500 complaints when their accounts were blocked.

When fraud occurs, the customer has little recourse to recover their money or their account. Since they have already paid, there is little they can do. Even if the account is returned to them, it is usually banned or stripped of items by then. And since most are in China, there’s nothing most people can do about it. Appealing to the game creators is even worse, as they clearly state that they do not condone this type of activity.

The 1970s represent one of the last decades in which high-risk Thoroughbred breeds dominated the public mind as they had during the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s, when great horses like Man O’War, Seabiscuit and Citation went from being sport horses. Page celebrities to bonafide culture heroes, and Quote went from sports page celebrity to bonafide culture hero. Take a look at two great horse racing stories from the ’70s: the rivalry between Affirmed and Alydar, and the life of a horse that was second to none: Secretariat.

The Rivals: Asserted Against Alydar

Although there is a natural link between aristocratic lifestyles and equestrian pursuits, the most famous horse racing stories (at least in the United States) tend, ironically, to be rags-to-riches stories. Affirmed (1975-2001) is as good an example of this trend as any. The colt of Exclusive Native and Wo n’t Tell You, this Florida-born racehorse seemed to be in the middle of the pack in his first few races: a horse with some potential, but not a world conqueror.

Even after his emergence as a serious competitor, many racing fans pinned their highest hopes on Alydar, the impressive, tough Calumet colt with whom Affirmed developed a fruitful relationship between Rogers and Shorter in the late 1970s, beating him in the Youthful Stakes. but losing to him in the Great American Stakes (one of his first meetings).

What Affirmed lacked was muscle (giving up five pounds to his rival) and advantages that he often made up for in heart, with wins late in the 1977 season in the Hopeful and Futurity stakes. Although the rainy winter of 1978 hampered his training, Affirmed gained pounds of muscle and emerged in early March as a mature and impressive racehorse.

All eyes were on Alydar and Affirmed when the 1978 Kentucky Derby flashed before their eyes. The larger of the two horses was the 6-5 favorite, but Affirmed got off to a strong start that propelled him to victory. Although he continued to be perceived as a bit of an underdog even in light of this success, with Eastern sportswriters dismissing his impressive performances as a fluke, or perhaps luck off a good start, he did score another win, albeit much closer, in which Affirmed moved into range of Alydar’s famous (but thankfully absent) final kick in Preakness.

But there are three races in the Triple Crown, the last being the Belmont Stakes over 12 furlongs. A horse that seemed stronger over long distances, Alydar posed a greater threat here, and the race played out just as Alydar’s trainers expected: a fiery head-to-head duel in the sun. But Affirmed responded to this unprecedented pressure with a grace under fire that could make Hemingway blush: locked on the rail in the final stretch, he rampaged around his rival in one last burst of power and, by a nose, won Belmont – and the Triple Crown.

Years later, the two horses were reunited at Calumet Farms, where they were both put to stud.

Secretary

Thoroughbred racing doesn’t always get all the headlines. Basketball players, quarterbacks, even football players and Olympians get most of the glory, TV biographies, Sports Illustrated covers. But twice during the 20th century, a horse became not just a media star, but a universal symbol: a galvanizing, galvanizing metaphor for legacy.

The first time, it was Seabiscuit. And in the early 1970s, when the country seemed on the brink of a second depression, when civil rights were in the dust and Watergate was slowly beginning to unravel, there was Secretariat (1970-89).

From his earliest days, when he refused to cling to his mother like most grazing newborns do, he was recognized as a special horse. The names submitted by his owner Penny Tweedy to the Jockey Club reflect this early sense of his uniqueness: “Something Special”, “Deo Volente”, “Scepter”. All of these names were in use, and it was a secretary at Meadow Stables who finally suggested “Secretary”.

In his two-year-old season, he took eight first-place finishes in a row, after an embarrassing debut in which he was shoved at the starting gate with the hands (hooves) of the other horses. This mostly bright start marked him out in the eyes of fans and speculators.

Secretariat’s owners syndicated him in a record-breaking $6,080,000 settlement, one of the conditions of which was that Colt’s racing career ended and his breeding career began after the following season. So, Secretariat began his three-year-old season with special stakes, having a year to make his mark.

The circumstances were special and required special actions. He had won the previous races in the Triple Stakes, with one rare exception, at Wood Memorial, which only served (according to his owner) to infuriate him and increase his determination. In the Kentucky Derby he earned a come-from-behind victory, while in the Preakness, the rising horse earned a 2 1/2-length victory over his closest rival. Now the anticipation increased. Would Secretariat give America the first Triple Crown victory of the TV generation? Or would he be the victim of injury, illness, or the kind of inexplicable weakness that had hurt him at Wood, but this time with much more at stake?

At the event, the Secretariat met the expectations of the viewers. But what no one could have predicted was an almost embarrassing margin of victory that established him as not just a great horse, but possibly the greatest ever. In the Belmont Stakes he entered the stretch with 20 light lengths between him and his closest competitor. Then, in the complete absence of competition, he ran just himself, extending that margin to 31 lengths and setting a world record of 2:24.

Perhaps noted writer George Plimpton put it best, in an interview with ESPN’s Classic SportsCentury series: “He was the only honest thing in this country at the time. This huge, magnificent animal who ‘just ran because he loved to run.’

BOOK OPINION REVIEW: Let me say this up front (in case you didn’t know), Jane Austen is the greatest author of all time. I suppose some might dare to call that an opinion, but we Janeites of the world know much better. At this point, one or two of you might be thinking, “who the hell is Jane Austen?” or “Jane Austen – total girl writer.” If these sad thoughts are, in fact, running through her brain, rewatch Orange County Choppers.

Anyway, naturally, a movie about the world’s greatest author would attract the attention of her most ardent fan (that would be me, by the way). Becoming Jane is a basically fictional account of Jane Austen’s early adulthood and her relationship with a young lawyer named Tom Lefroy.

The film is controversial on two points, and I will touch on each one. Initially, there is some disagreement as to whether an American actress (Anne Hathaway) should play England’s beloved Jane. Hathaway’s portrayal of Austen is wholly candid and brings to life the author’s warm and witty personality. Her accent was well done, some flaws to be sure, but overall quite believable. As an American, I argue that I can be less particular about this issue.

The next problem depends on the credibility of the movie’s plot. No one knows for sure the depth of the actual relationship between Austen and Lefroy. The film makes several leaps of faith, creating a deep love between the two main characters. Of course, there is little substantial evidence that Austen and Lefroy were as close as the film suggests. By her own account, she was fond of him, and the general consensus among Austen scholars is that Lefroy was the basis for Mr. Darcy (for those of you who continued reading up to this point instead of reading The Deadliest Catch, Mr. Darcy is a hero of Austen’s classic Pride and Prejudice).

I, for one, refuse to dwell on these controversies. Anne Hathaway is a charming and talented actress, and I’m not such a purist that I can’t bear to take a few liberties with my beloved Jane’s life story. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire movie. You really get a sense of Jane as a person, and it was obvious how much of her life inspired her work. Her relationship with her sister, Cassandra, was beautifully portrayed, the two of them clearly the best of friends. After watching the film, one feels a deeper understanding of her novels, and perhaps most importantly of the time in which she lived and the limitations placed on women, especially, but also on men of the time. I encourage all Austen fans to join Becoming Jane.

And for the record, I love watching The Deadliest Catch. Those guys are great. I have a new appreciation for crab meat.

For those unfamiliar with Austen’s work and wanting to gain an appreciation of this wonderful writer, here are my suggestions in what order to read the books.

Pride and Prejudice – Read it first, because it’s not only wonderful, it’s his most famous book. In fact, truly one of the most famous novels of all time. The characters are so full of life that they almost jump off the page. This is especially true of the heroine, Elizabeth Bennett. For the best film version, try the 1995 BBC epic with Jennifer Ehle (another American, no less) as Elizabeth Bennett and Colin Firth as the quintessential Mr. Darcy.

Persuasion – In my humble opinion, this is his best book. I first heard this one on CD (Juliet Stevenson is the goddess of Austen storytellers, if you get the book on tape or CD find one of her versions). There is a part of this book towards the end where Anne Elliott, the protagonist, receives a love letter. It’s not just a love letter, it’s THE love letter. I stopped the car, reversed the CD and listened again. So, I caused a seven-car wreck, it paid off. The 1995 film with Amanda Root and Ciaran Hinds is excellent.

Sense and Sensibility: I think this is his darkest book, but you’ll get a lot out of it. I see many parallels between this book and Becoming Jane. Elinor Dashwood is an exceptional heroine, her strength and determination are inspiring. To choose a movie, I chose my nerd with Emma Thompson’s version. He takes some liberties with the stories, but good ones. She carefully edited parts and added a bit here and there to enhance the audience’s understanding of this complex novel.

Mansfield Park – The heroine of this novel is the subject of much debate among Austen fans. Some find Fanny Price lukewarm and boring, but I think that’s a low estimate of her value. If you really give this an honest and thorough reading, you’ll find that Fanny is a wonderful character. It is true that she is not as flashy and funny as Elizabeth Bennett or Emma Woodhouse, but not all of us can be lively and vivacious. This is a great book on morality, honor and discretion. I have no movie recommendations for this one. The 1999 version with Frances O’Connor featured some good actors and the art direction and cinematography were top notch, but this heavily rewritten version is almost an insult to what Austen was trying to achieve with her wonderful novel.

Emma: I put this one near the end, not because it’s so undignified (in fact, I named my dear daughter Emma), but because it seems so different from the titles mentioned above. Emma is a flawed character, more so than most of Austen’s heroines. But I still love Emma, she learns a lot about herself and longs to become a better person. Don’t we all do it, I ask? As for the movies, I personally love Gwyneth Paltrow’s Emma, although they cut some parts. Kate Beckinsale did a cute Emma, but they added a few things that she could have done without him. Even the silly-but-sweet update “Clueless” is worth checking out. Alicia Silverstone is very Emma.

Northanger Abbey – This is just a fun read, I had more laughs reading this than most other books. It’s one of his earlier works, so it lacks the depth of the other five novels, but it’s definitely worth reading. There are no movie versions I’m interested in recommending.

As a side note, ITV recently turned several of Austen’s novels into TV movies. I haven’t seen any yet as they are not available in the US.

Also, although it may be sacrilegious to mention it, several people have tried to imitate Austen’s style, writing sequels and prequels to her works. Obviously this is just for fun and one cannot expect these books to be as exquisite as the real thing (or even as close to it), but I have enjoyed a few.

One I recommend is Presumption: A Julia Barrett Entertainment. It’s a nice sequel to Pride and Prejudice. It is the story of what happens to Mr. Darcy’s sister, Georgiana.

Jane Austen’s Sanditon and “Another Lady” is another interesting example. The first 11 chapters of the novel were actually written by Austen shortly before her death. The rest was added by the other lady. The first section is undoubtedly the best part, but the rest is a fun read. The “Other Lady” does an admirable job of finishing what promised to be another great Austen novel.

There are countless other imitation books, countless books on Jane, more Austen movies to speak of, and I could go on for almost an eternity on all of that, but I’m too busy listening to my CD of Piano Classics from the World of Jane Austen and putting together a special white soup from my Jane Austen cookbook to take the time to write more.

Kidding, but on a serious note, everything you really need to know can be found in the works of Jane Austen. They’re not just silly little romances (not that there’s anything wrong with a silly little romance), but commentaries on the human condition, filled with humor and vivid characters.

And yes, to sum it up, the movie was really good.

Quality content is key to great writing and publishing with a reputable establishment is essential for your writing momentum to succeed! The internet is a wild wild west of illegal activity that happens to people who post their intellectual property on websites and blogs. It’s no wonder fewer and fewer people are posting anything entertaining on their blogs. There are other writers, publishers and big business companies who steal ideas, slogans and phrases, as if they wrote them! Verbiage that was written by a humble writer who wanted to express his heart on his own blog.

This doesn’t just happen to writers for people or companies residing in other countries, but it is usually done by people the writer dealt with at one time or another, and usually within their own country or border, local intellectual copycats, stalkers and thieves.

Make sure you are aware of what and where you publish and publish your writing. If a friend asks you to blog, politely decline and offer a link they can use to redirect readers to your website, book, or business. Often times, companies are crafty and desperate for GOOD WRITTEN CONTENT, and will lie, cheat, and steal to get freebies from good writers. If you are going to post your writing, please do so in a credible, trustworthy, long-standing and well-established forum. Take the time to make a business plan for where, who, and when you plan to write and get the right kind of writing exposure. There are crafty little companies that make a living stealing and stalking writers on the Internet. These businesses get into the pay-per-link porn business because they have gone way down in their business ethics and are probably struggling financially, so they turn to porn links to pay. Be aware and report these businesses to the proper authorities and make the world a better place without these low level businesses and writers.

I think you still need to go through the proper chains to get your writing published. I have seen so many books that are absolutely TERRIBLE, with no punctuation, not having any desirable content to read. Unless you really know his story or really want to read something good, I suggest you find a good author and follow him. Good authors are known for where they publish their books, their attention to detail, and QUALITY CONTENT, every time they write. ***

It’s easy to write a substandard article simply because you have a swollen ego and feel like you can do no wrong. FALSE, even someone who has been published before can write a lousy article, book, or advertisement because they feel entitled and did a subpar job on a task.

Take pride in the work you provide readers, take pride in the time and effort it took you to write your ad or article. Feel embarrassed reading plagiarized articles, and know that low-level writers will be exposed for their effortless laziness and enthusiasm.

*I have written so much that it has been published and is on the Internet, that I automatically know when my work is plagiarized, once again. I used to get mad, now I just pity low level writers who are dark inside, lacking original creation, content, and artistic acumen. They probably made their $25.00 per article by copying and pasting the words posted from another writer’s hard work, investment of time and passion ~ they haunt other good writers on the internet. Karma hits EVERYONE ~ even low-end small businesses and lazy, mean-spirited, plagiarizing writers alike.

**Remember, writers, it takes hard work, a good work ethic, and using your own discipline to prepare your creativity, organization, and publication-ready writing skills. You want to get organized before you sign your name to any book, advertisement, or article ~ YOU WANT to be proud to put your signature, out in the world, for others to read behind a high-quality brand. Your writing is your brand, make sure your signature shows a great mark of character and quality of writing.

If you are offering a service or giving advice in your writing, be sure to provide thoughts based on your own life experiences, research, or knowledge base. I can’t count how many times people have plagiarized articles, some of me, that weren’t theirs, on topics beyond their knowledge base and expertise.

**Writers have a mission in life: to write good, quality, distinctive, engaging and beneficial content. I wish you the best in all your writing adventures and writing endeavors! If you enjoy writing and expressing your thoughts from pen to paper, there are plenty of wise forums to entertain you! First of all, it’s not crazy to expect to get paid to write. After all, someone using your writing is getting paid, so why shouldn’t it be you?

I enjoy learning from you and from others continually offering me knowledge!******

Writing especially for you, inspiring heartfelt passages every day!~

Why are black kitchen cabinets so popular? Black seems like an odd color for a kitchen, doesn’t it?

After all, when you think of cabinets, you usually think of light-colored wood cabinets, as they are usually much easier to find and tend to blend in well with the rest of your interior design. Black, on the other hand, doesn’t go well with many designs, and it can seem hard to understand why many people would want them.

Having said that, getting black kitchen cabinets can definitely give your kitchen a unique look, and it goes really well with kitchens that have a lot of windows. However, to get the black look you want, you’ll need to paint your cabinets black, either yourself or by a professional.

You will not be able to stain it, as even the darkest stain on the market will not be dark enough to appear black. If you plan to paint yourself, be sure to use a primer beforehand to ensure surfaces are paint-ready.

Another thing to consider is that if you have a kitchen that is not that big, black kitchen cabinets will not work well as they usually have the effect of making the room appear smaller. So, if you have a spacious kitchen, go ahead and do it, but if not, it can give your kitchen a very cramped and unpleasant feeling.

Also, black works best if you have a kitchen where a lot of white is already used, as the contrast provides a nice look. Of course, you can also go for the all-black look, by painting the walls black, getting black countertops, and of course, black cabinets too.

However, it has to be one or the other. Trying to make black cabinets work with some in-between colors won’t work.

Black has the effect of highlighting other things in your kitchen and tends to go well with white or lots of windows, as I mentioned earlier.

Black can really give your kitchen a modern, technical look, especially when paired with stainless steel. However, the above conditions need to be met before you get black kitchen cabinets, because black is a relatively difficult color to achieve, in all honesty, and if any of the above conditions don’t exist, you should probably stay away from them. .

The definition of motivation is to give reason, incentive, enthusiasm or interest that causes a specific action or a certain behavior. Motivation is present in all functions of life. Simple acts like eating are motivated by hunger. Education is motivated by the desire for knowledge. Motivators can be anything from reward to coercion.

There are two main types of motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is internal. It occurs when people are forced to do something for pleasure, importance, or desire. Extrinsic motivation occurs when external factors force a person to do something. However, there are many theories and labels that serve as subtitles to the definition of motivation. For example: “I’ll give you a candy bar if you clean your room.” This is an example of reward motivation.

A common place where we see the need to apply motivation is in the workplace. In the workforce, we can see that motivation plays a key role in leadership success. A person unable to capture motivation and apply it, will not become or continue to be a leader. It is critical that anyone seeking to lead or motivate understands “Howlett’s Hierarchy of Work Motivators.”

Salary, benefits, working conditions, supervision, politics, security, affiliation, and relationships are all externally motivated needs. These are the first three levels of the “Howletts Hierarchy”. When these needs are met, the person moves up to level four and then five. However, if levels one through three are not reached, the person feels dissatisfied with their work. When satisfaction is not found, the person becomes less productive and eventually quits or is fired. Achievement, advancement, recognition, growth, responsibility, and the nature of the job are internal motivators. These are the last two levels of the “Howletts Hierarchy”. They occur when the person is self-motivated (after external motivational needs are met). An employer or leader who meets needs in the “Howletts Hierarchy” will see motivated employees and see increased productivity. Understanding the definition of motivation and then applying it is one of the most frequent challenges employers and supervisors face. Companies often spend thousands of dollars each year hiring outside firms just to give motivational seminars.

Another place where motivation plays a key role is in education. A teacher who implements motivational techniques will see increased participation, effort, and higher grades. Part of the teacher’s job is to provide a motivating environment. This environment accounts for students who lack their own internal motivation. One of the first places people start setting goals for themselves is at school. Ask any adult: “What is the main thing that motivates you?” His answer will most likely be goals. Even the simplest things in life are the result of setting goals. A person may say, “I want to save $300.00 for a new TV.” Well, that’s a goal. School is where we are most likely to learn the correlation between goals and the definition of motivation. That correlation is what generates success.

So as you can see, motivation is what drives life. It plays an important role in almost everything we do. Without motivation, we simply wouldn’t care about results, means, achievement, education, success, failure, employment, etc. So what would be the point?
