Video calls for businesses have come a long way. No longer is it an expensive system in a large conference room, requiring IT staff at every step. In fact, today businesses large and small are making video a part of their daily operations.

These are the main benefits of video conferencing for HR professionals:

1. Job interviews – Group video calls, better known as video conferencing, is one of the best HR technologies that can be used to attract, retain, and develop millennial employees. According to Redshift research, the majority of HR professionals use video calls as their preferred method of communication, more than emails and phone calls. The survey says that video interviews are just as good as in-person interviews and outperform phone calls when it comes to making good hiring decisions. Video interviews remove the limitations of geographic boundaries for talent acquisition. Niche companies often require candidates with unique skill sets, and video calls make it possible to recruit the best talent for the role from anywhere in the world.

two. Employee training – Employee onboarding comes with its own challenges. Most of the companies have to bring a trainer to remote areas to provide training to new employees or relocate their new employees. These traditional ways have serious drawbacks: they are very expensive, inefficient, and involve stressful travel. Video conferencing is cost effective for providing hands-on training to employees located in different areas. It requires no travel and results in better engagement and learning for new hires.

3. Product marketing – Providing engaging and interactive live demos, but has its own drawbacks, such as reaching a smaller audience, leading to limited sales. On the contrary, marketing your products through video calls has many advantages. Your market is huge as you can reach a larger audience around the world through video calls. Live video demos, like video conferencing demos, give you an advantage over traditional methods: the reach of a pre-recorded video and the grip of a live demo.

Four. improved collaboration– Video conferencing not only has huge benefits for companies but also for employees. Oftentimes, recruiting top talent can be challenging due to daily travel to faraway places. The traditional workplace is disappearing as global collaboration and remote teams become more common. Many big brands like Amazon have seen the great benefits of allowing workers to work remotely with the support of a good video conferencing system.

The advantages of free video calls, conferencing and video calls are huge. There are many video conferencing and chat apps available in the market that bridge the gap between employers and employees, leading to a productive workplace. Video conferencing has become a daily necessity not only for organizations but also for people all over the world.

We netizens are constantly yearning for a new obsession and these animated and sarcastic images have certainly become an integral part of our culture. It is said that a picture says a thousand words, and companies use these visual assets as various forms of communication in social media marketing, newsletters or blog posts. It is being embraced as a perfectly acceptable mode of communication for brands, political leaders, official emails, and social media.

What is a meme?

Memes refer to a piece of digital content that has photos with captions that are linked in a very effective way to convey responses or situations. Anything and everything can be turned into a meme, like; a photo, a video, a person, an animal, a fictional character, an action or even a GIF.

What is a GIF?

A GIF is a form of meme, which can move. GIFs’ animated styles make them more effective for communicating digital content.

Creative expression takes a leap:

Memes and gifs have paved the way for non-verbal communication in digital mediation environments. They offer concise and flexible expressions for various complex verbal and visual sentiments. They simply make it easier for communication to happen, reducing the problem of misunderstandings when reading a text message. Various sentiments, such as sarcasm or exaggeration, can be easily captured by memes or GIFs.

The growing preference for GIFs:

GIFs are the perfect middle ground between classic images and heavy video and offer the best of both worlds value. They attract attention for moving images, with or without sound, which makes them quick to consume and easy to digest. An idea can be expressed better and broader compared to a single photo.

Why do we use memes and GIFs?

The richness and nuances of various sentiments can be condensed into a single post using memes or GIFs. It is fast becoming the most efficient form of cultural expression, even in mainstream marketing communications.

When a YouTube video takes some time to watch, these GIFs can serve the purpose in less time. They take up less file size because they are shorter and do not require Flash Player. They can autoplay on various platforms and can be implemented in multiple ways. They add meaning to something written or even to express better responses to various scenarios.

Education and marketing using GIF:

GIFs are used not only to make you laugh, but also to convey serious meaning to your content. People use GIFs for educational purposes such as; drawings, illustrations, and slow-motion videos to describe scientific concepts.

Brands have popularized GIFs by using them in various advertisements and modes of internal and external communication.

What does the future hold?

These GIFs and memes are here to stay. They will be used in an even broader sense to promote marketing content, drive more traffic, and create more interest from marketers. There are various websites and blogs that use memes and GIFs to enrich the experience of their visitors. It is suggested that GIFs are the future of photojournalism.

Everyone on the internet has fallen really, deeply, madly in love with GIFs and memes, and I look forward to seeing many more in the future.

All is well with the use of subliminal messages for healing and motivation. But when these mind control techniques are applied in the wrong industry and for the wrong purposes, people tend to ask, “Are subliminal messages bad?”

Now there are a lot of subliminal messages hidden in the ads that are being flagged. Some people are even surprised to find that the subliminal messages displayed by Coca-Cola and other advertisements are not at all in keeping with the image of these companies.

These subliminal messages have become quite the novelty because the conscious mind doesn’t usually notice them, but some are so obvious that when pointed out, people can’t believe they didn’t see the hidden messages at first. And in most cases, people can feel violated, offended, disgusted, deceived, or manipulated when they recognize hidden messages. This is why hidden messages in advertising have become such a controversy.

So what’s the real deal with commercials with one or two hidden messages?

Are subliminal messages in advertising real?

Some people still wonder, is this “subliminal message” real? Are some of the messages intentional, or are people simply attaching meaning to certain items they see and dismissing it as a hidden message? Are some of these supposed codes just accidentally placed in ads?

This discussion is based purely on individual opinions. Some experts say that subliminal advertising is the product of the stimulated mind. They assume that people can find hidden messages in any ad if they are asked to look for one. Some, on the other hand, believe that these messages are placed intentionally, and for the reason that they are effective and can actually lead to increased attention and sales.

However, this last point of view seems to hit the nail on the head. The financial value of subliminal advertising is increasing. Placing a hidden message in an ad supposedly increases the cost of producing the ad.

Are subliminal messages ethical?

In terms of ethical concerns, if subliminal advertising is real, more people think that the use of hidden messages in advertising is unethical. According to some experts in hidden subliminal messages in advertising, these can affect purchasing decisions, perceptions about brands/products and the response to images and suggestions. Because of this, subliminal advertising is like misleading and manipulating the sales of unsuspecting consumers. And the fact that the subliminal message is intentionally placed is proof that there really is an intent to deceive and manipulate.

Though opinions differ, many people frown on the use of subliminal programming in the advertising world because it causes people to buy things they don’t really need, so eventually they don’t have enough to spend on things they do need.

Are subliminal messages legal?

Now, here’s the biggest question of all: are hidden messages legal? This decision differs from country to country. Subliminal ads are banned in Australia and Great Britain and those who violate the ban are subject to severe consequences.

In the United States, however, advertising is a very confusing hodgepodge of advertising techniques, making it difficult for the industry to actively do anything against the increasing use of subliminals in ads. Although there are laws that prohibit such advertising techniques, the enforcement of these laws is not so effective that you can still see a lot of subliminal messages in ads.

The people of the planet have used Twitter marketing to promote their businesses. Basically, Twitter allows you to generate website traffic, improve your internet business, and most importantly, help you make money online. Other than that, millions of registered users are tweeting and networking here. Using Twitter for commercial advertising purposes is a good option that you should not ignore.

The Twitter site allows all users to post tweets. This is actually the purpose for which Twitter was developed. You will be able to update your friends, family and even strangers through your tweets. So how can you make effective Twitter marketing through published tweets? The single best answer is to provide significant value in every tweet post you make. Posting tweets that are catchy and informative is what can get you followed and, apparently, help you drive website traffic.

The second basic element that you must manage in your Twitter account is your profile. Your profile should highlight what you are marketing. Clearly state your business description in your bio. Also, choose an interesting and eye-catching background and default image. Personalizing your profile with direct, comprehensive details and a good photo can help you please people, giving you more opportunities to win clients.

On Twitter, you can only tweet up to 140 characters. That means you try to keep your tweets short but to the point. It is also imperative to add a URL in every tweet you post so that anyone can click on the link that brings them to your business website. This is what Twitter marketing is. Linking to your main site within your post is a great way to get buyers and make a profit.

The fourth key is to find extra time to respond to the direct messages or replies you receive. You should make sure to check your Twitter account if people are asking questions and queries. Any query manifests that these users are interested in your business. Communicate as quickly as possible with warm responses will persuade people to patronize your products.

Doing these four keys to marketing on Twitter allows you to expand the way you promote your business. You should always keep all these tips in mind when you advertise your products. Using Twitter to get clients and of course to earn money is not a bad choice.

True to form, Jeff “Tain” Watts displays his gift for acting and improvisation on Folk’s Songs; is a chameleon of the world of music, Tain becomes the music.

Popular songs: Samo ©, Rotation (Jarrett), Ling’s Lope, Seed of Blakzilla, Laura Elizabeth, Galilee, Blues 4 Curtis, Rotation II (Jarrett), Same Page…, Blasphemy (Kirkland)

Staff: Jeff “Tain” Watts – drums, percussion; Marcus Strickland: tenor and soprano sax; Christian McBride: acoustic and electric bass; David Kikoski: pianoforte; Juan Tainish: vocals; David Gilmore: guitar; Henry Hello: keyboards; Samuel Torres: percussion

Tain & the Ebonix – Folk’s Songs released on Dark Key Musiclabel contains songs dedicated to friends and influences of Jeff “Tain” Watts. Giving back to their fans, friends and influences is just one of the many endearing facets of Tain. An extraordinary musician, an in-demand drummer, an innovator of sound, tempo, and rhythm, and in some circles has been called one of the most important drummers of this generation, but with all that said, Tain remains approachable. humble, and all about the music. To add to the excitement of Tain’s latest release, which he had been telling me about for almost 2 years, I had the opportunity to experience Tain & the Ebonix live at The Living Room in New York in April 2007 for the release party for Tain. his Folk’s Songs CD. .

Folk’s Songs begins with ©, which Jeff has dedicated to Jean Michel Basquiat. Born in the same year, their rise to fame seemed parallel. The influence of Jean Michel Basquiat, an artist of the neo-expressionist movement who died at just 28 years old, shows that Tain’s creativity draws on all of his senses and experiences. The groove between saxophone and drums contains the feeling of rebellion, creativity and peace, which may have been the mood of Jean Michel Basquiat as he spray-painted his way from graffiti, with the now famous spray-painted “Samo” (the same as always…), to fame. Track 2, To turn, is dedicated to Tain’s former bandmate, saxophonist Dewey Redman. What better tune than a flowing Keith Jarrett song to play in memory of one of America’s foremost free jazz musicians. Tain showcases his skills in tackling Keith Jarrett’s improvisational style with his trademark deviation from standard tempo and chord changes, and Marcus Strickland and Tain are up to the challenge. Ling Lopez shows some swing and slows down as Tain dedicated this song to his old friend Branford Marsalis. Blackzilla Seed it’s definitely a fun and upbeat track that fits the bill as Tain dedicates it to comedian Dave Chappelle. Passing tracks, as only Tain can with his rhythm and music, he continues Blackzilla Seed with the romantic laura elizabeth, which is a tribute to trumpeter Laura Kahle. Keeping with this tempo change, the band progresses to the ghostly ‘anthem-like’ track: galilee, this track is in memory of pianist James Williams, another young talent who passed away early. The release is complete with Blues 4 Curtisa tip of a hat to Curtis Mayfield; same page, which is a tribute to the Citizens of the Earth; Y Blasphemywhich is a double tribute to drummer Don Alias and songwriter Kenny Kirkland.

Websites where you can get Tain & the Ebonix – Folk’s Songs are Amazon, Chamber of Tain, and CD Baby; for digital download at Digstation.com.

“Government of the people, by the people, for the people, will not disappear from the earth.”

Unfortunately, these days those words and goals are not yet implemented and probably never will be implemented. There are too many interests involved in establishing such an ideal government. Too much ego, prejudice, and conflicting economic, social, and many other interests are involved in the basic ingredients to merge such a government. Perhaps it should be so in the name of democracy and freedom of choice; perhaps the people do not deserve such an ideal government.

The biggest problem is generating the desired balance between all those ideals and desires. The two extreme possibilities are a government with too much power and a weak and divided government that is incapable of making crucial decisions. A government or organization with sufficient resources can do almost anything. Not only that, they can even publicly justify their actions in the name of preserving and protecting democracy. They will support your actions, which may be illegal, immoral, or even criminal in the name of justice, for the people and the nation. Balancing between a completely open society where everything is transparent, visible and known to all and a closed society where certain actions and information are known to few is a very difficult task. “People don’t have to know everything” may be justified in certain cases. Surveys have already shown that people’s moods can be easily manipulated and changed direction over time, events, and advertising.

Governments can, if they so choose, eliminate certain groups or individuals that they believe are opposed and hostile to their policies. The elimination of a terrorist or a political opponent is as easy to achieve as it is easy to hide from the public. The death or disappearance of these people is explained in categories such as natural causes, accidents, mental hospitalization or death during emergency surgery.

All agencies, official and unofficial, such as the CIA, MI5/6, KGB and Mossad, were and will be doing “it” in the name of national security. The popular public reason may be: “To protect, preserve, or even enforce Democracy.” In certain cases, those actions may be truly justified; the problem is where to put the limit. Many people have disappeared around the world in the name of national security.

The national security reason for not disclosing certain information or imprisoning an unwanted subject is used too often by many countries and organizations.

Governments mainly operate at three levels. While level one is the clean, white level of activity, reserved for heads of state and highly exposed political figures, level two is the gray area. This is an area of unethical activity that stinks but is still legal. Killing, eliminating, removing, and counterfeiting are part of level three. Normally “we the people” are exposed to level one and occasionally level two, but rarely level three.

At level three, I can mention, for example, Gerald Bull, the Canadian engineer who developed the Babylon long-range artillery or “super gun” for the Iraqi government. Bull was assassinated in Brussels, Belgium, in March 1990.

It is very interesting to note the evolution of language regarding the use of politically correct terminology. Word washing is quite fascinating. Terms like “terrorists” or “freedom fighters,” “guerrillas,” “political assassinations,” or “remove from power” depend on which side you ask or talk about.

The United States is a superpower with a global presence and intervention. In general, they are a stabilizing factor. Many Americans do not understand the importance of their support for certain countries, and at the same time, many supported countries simply hate their presence.

To better understand the above, try to imagine a world without the involvement of the United States. Suppose the US is not a superpower or evolved from an empire to a regular republic primarily interested in its internal affairs.

What would the world be like without the intervention of the United States?

Oil is one of the main energy resources of most modern countries. Oil was one of the main reasons for the wars and the invasion of Kuwait by Saddam Hussein. It was not a territorial dispute; it was about oil. Americans are one of the biggest consumers of oil, so it’s obvious why the US was interested in helping Kuwait.

However, this is not the whole picture. The involvement of the United States throughout the world is not only for oil and monetary interests. Most people believe that there are other reasons. In the age of a globalized economy, world stability is essential, and according to Chaos theory, even a small problem in the Middle East, for example, can set off a chain reaction that affects the US in many areas. Most people believe that global US intervention is also because they care. They are concerned with establishing and maintaining democracies and allowing freedom for all in all possible places. Obviously there are other reasons and interests; So what are they?

China is becoming a major player on the world stage. They are the second largest consumers of oil. The oil route to China is secured and enabled by the US Navy. China’s long term goal might be to catch up with the US and they can achieve it.

Without the US, Taiwan would cease to exist as a democracy and could be annexed by mainland China. Without the US, Japan would have to obtain nuclear capabilities if it wanted to remain independent. They have had an ongoing dispute with China since 1937, and the Chinese will never forget the Japanese invasion. The United States indirectly helped Iran by removing Saddam Hussein, who had fought Iran over a border dispute for eight years. Saddam Hussein was interested in making Iraq an influential power in the Persian Gulf region. He invaded Iran not only because of the long history of border disputes, but also to increase Iraq’s oil reserves. Europe wants and needs oil, but it is not willing to pay the full price to get it. They hate the American presence and will not recognize that without the United States they would not get the oil they need.

Europe’s attitude towards Israel is extremely hypocritical. They have a short memory; however, what unites Europe against Israel or the Jews is anti-Semitism.

Since March 2003, when Recep Tayyip Erdogan became Prime Minister of Turkey, his policy towards Israel has changed. Erdogan was not happy with Israel’s reaction to Hezbollah’s 2006 kidnapping of soldiers; he was critical when Israel conducted the Gaza War; he asked to inspect Israel’s nuclear facilities under IAEA inspection; and has criticized Israel for its many defensive actions.

Tension between the countries has intensified following the flotilla attack on Gaza.

The question is what his motives are and whether he has a hidden agenda that might explain his excessive attention to Israel. His reactions have won Turkey’s influence and sympathy among its Arab neighbors. In particular, it may have obtained certain advantages among its national political parties. His collaborative focus and meetings with Syria and Iran should worry the West and particularly Israel.

The Kurdistan Workers’ Party or PKK, founded in 1978, is a Kurdish organization fighting against Turkey. Their goal is to establish an independent Kurdish state.

Germany claims that the Turkish army has used chemical weapons against members of the PKK.

Lebanon is a puppet country controlled by Syria and Iran. Hezbollah or “The Party of God” is a Shiite Islamic organization involved in Lebanese politics, supported by Syria and Iran. In reality, they are viewed by most of the world as a terrorist organization.

Its forces are trained and organized by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. Its main objective is to eliminate the colonial entity in Lebanon and establish an Islamic regime.

To achieve that, the Iranians with their supporters are all united under their hatred of Israel and their desire to eliminate the Zionist entity from the region.

A top-secret CIA document released in April 2004 lists possible suspects in the assassination of Elie Hobeika, a former commander of the Lebanese forces.

Potential culprits include fellow Christians, other members of the Lebanese elite, Palestinians, and Israelis.

According to a Western news agency, a previously unknown anti-Syrian group, “Lebanese for a free and independent Lebanon.” responsibility has been claimed. The claim may be associated with right-wing Maronite Christians, who held a grudge against Hobeika because he betrayed the Lebanese forces and the Israelis by switching allegiance to the Syrians in the mid-1980s. Hobeika was also active in Christian infighting during the Lebanese civil war.

Palestinians despise Hobeika because he allegedly led the massacre of approximately 1,000 Palestinians in the Sabra and Shatilla refugee camps in 1992.

In 1983, an Israeli commission accused Hobeika of carrying out the massacre and held the then Defense Minister Ariel Sharon indirectly responsible for the attack.

Many Lebanese are suspicious of Israeli involvement because Hobeika had said he would testify against Sharon if the Belgians proceeded with a trial charging Sharon with genocide and crimes against humanity for his role in Sabra and Shatilla.

A Belgian court will decide next month whether a judicial inquiry into Sharon’s role can proceed.

President Lahud claims Hobeika was assassinated to prevent him from testifying, according to press reports, a sentiment shared by other government officials.

There is no direct evidence of Israeli involvement in the assassination, but highlighting an Israeli connection could help the Lebanese avoid the internal friction that would arise if a Lebanese group was blamed.

Anyone who thinks that the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is over territory is totally wrong.

The Israelis are willing to return certain territories and make peace in exchange for a piece of paper… Unfortunately, according to history, those signed agreements have a very short lifespan. In the volatile Middle East region, Israel will face many difficulties without US support. In the 1980s, the Soviet military forces in Afghanistan faced a different type of warfare than they had experienced in the past. The resistance forces fighting against them were the mujahideen.

Makhtab Al-Khidamat (MAK) was founded by Osama Bin Laden and Abdullah Azzam, which led to the establishment of Al-Qaeda in 1988. At the end of the Soviet occupation they wanted to extend and justify their operations, so they tried to include other causes islamic It is quite obvious that Al-Qaeda benefited from the US funding and training given to the Afghan mujahideen fighting the Soviet invasion.

There are many Al-Qaeda cells that are operating around the world. Without united cooperation, they will continue their terrorist operations, including their attempt to obtain nuclear-related weapons.

Getting health insurance quotes without giving out your phone number is easy and something you should do right now. Whenever you’re online, do you stop when asked for your phone number and the best time to call? Yes… I can’t stand being interrupted at home… especially a salesperson.

Asking for your phone number is an intrusion that most people avoid. The bad news is that they are unaware of market conditions in personal health insurance. Health insurance is an expensive and necessary evil, but you should never overpay. Asking for a phone number is a turn off. But there is good news…

You can get up to one hundred health insurance quotes without giving out your phone number. You are required to do the following, and only the following, for each person you are trying to insure:

Postal Code

Gender

Date of Birth

smoker or not

student or not

That’s it… no phone number… no medical questions.

My wife and I have used this free, no-obligation service for 8 years. I hate spending a dime on insurance of any kind. But I am sure that I am paying the minimum amount for my policy.

I completed this the other day…took less than a minute…I received 112 different policy quotes to choose from…the quotes had the monthly premium, company name, deductibles, co-pays and an actual value. more… I could find out if my current doctor accepted this policy.

You should know what type of policy you are looking for. Since we are healthy, exercise and eat well, we look for high deductible catastrophic coverage. These have the lowest premiums.

But prices vary a lot… I have identified a savings of $684 per year over what I am paying now. Therefore, you should use this free service every few months. It’s easy, fast… and no one will call.

Once you narrow down the policy that meets your needs, fill out one application, and one application only. Isn’t this better and much faster than talking to several dozen salesmen or women? That’s what you’d have to do to get the same amount of information with any other service on the web.

Wouldn’t you rather get health insurance quotes without giving out your phone number?

That is how…

Here is an interesting question for iPhone owners. Especially those of you who download tons and tons of apps. How do you get more than 11 pages of iPhone apps available on the device?

Apple’s iPhone limits the user to a total of 11 visible home screen pages. In this article, we will look at a technical secret circulating on the internet that will allow app addicts to squeeze their apps into more than 11 viewable pages.

1. What about folders?
Some of you might wonder, why not use the “folder” concept available in the iOS 4 operating system? That way you can bury some of your apps inside those folders and save screen space.

That’s very good; however, you are still limited to 11 app pages, even with the folder concept. Also, some users I know don’t really like the concept of folders. Then what do you do? Read on and find out more…

2. Consolidate all your applications
So let’s move on. The first thing we want to do is assume that you, the app addict, have already consolidated 11 pages of iPhone apps. If you have more, they will not be displayed on the iPhone screen. They’re hiding in iPhone limbo somewhere.

3. Move default apps to the last page
The next thing to do is to identify a set of default apps that you don’t use, such as “Weather”, “Shares”, “YouTube”, “Audio Memo”, etc. Move them to the last page (ie page 11). And yes, it’s true: I know that many users do not use “Weather” or “Actions”, which are provided by default on the first page of the home screen.

4. Drag an icon from page 10 to page 11
The next step is to take an icon from page 10 and drag it to page 11. What this does is the last icon on page 11 is ripped off the page and into iPhone limbo!

Now you can just download another app and replace that empty space on page 11 that you just created. What this does is magically create a 12 page for you. All your “hidden” apps will now be seen on page 12. You will also find that if you repeated the same steps above, you can make a page 13.

conclusion
I hope the above advice has been helpful to many of you. Certainly this tip won’t be relevant to those iPhone users who don’t really download more than a few screens of apps. But for those of you who are crazy about apps, this tip will go a long way in keeping all your apps visible to you on your home screen pages. So good luck and keep visiting the site. I will post more hacks in the future!

Most companies with a web presence do not make a lot of money online. Instead, they make their money through word of mouth or print or television advertising. Many companies do not spend time and effort on search engine optimization. There are many reasons for this. One reason is because they don’t have the time and money to spend on SEO work. The second reason, in many cases, is because they have paid a search engine optimization company only to get little or no results.

I will teach you just a few of the steps to a successful search engine optimization strategy. One thing to always remember, organic SEO takes time. Google can rank you in a week for an easy keyword phrase or many months for a more difficult keyword, but once you’re ranked #1, it should be easy to navigate and all you really need to worry about is maintaining your position.

Ok, so where exactly should you start? Let’s say you own a car wash business in Houston, Texas. What some SEO companies will do is target the keyword phrase “car wash”. That’s the wrong way to do keyword research because the term is too broad. Even if you somehow ranked on page one for the term “car wash,” you’re still competing with 49 other states searching for that term. Once they click on your site and see that you are in Houston, they will click and go. Regardless, the term is so competitive that you may never rank for that keyword phrase to begin with.

Instead, it would be to your advantage to try to rank for a local keyword phrase. An example would be “Houston car wash”. Keyword research should take up most of your time when it comes to SEO. Take a look at the competition and see what they are doing. Check who is linking to your sites and see if you can request that those sites link to you. The reason you want sites to link to you is because Google also looks at backlinks to determine how important your site is. Every link to your site is considered a vote in the eyes of Google, especially backlinks from trusted websites.

One of the main things to work on is the actual content of your page. Try to use text and not images for your navigation. Also, try not to use too much javascript. While your page should look attractive, also try to keep your source code as clean as possible. That’s why I recommend CSS tables. Tabless CSS is much cleaner than if you had your site built with tables. The most important thing when optimizing your website is to have a lot of relevant content and to update your site from time to time, maybe once a month or once every two months.

There are many other factors that will help you rank higher on Google. These are just some of the most important and basic factors. Once you get the hang of them, you can do some more research and progress further.
