Although we all want others to judge us based on our personality, opinions, moral fiber and thoughts, the truth is that the clothes we wear play a fundamental role in determining how our friends, family, relatives, colleagues, clients, customers and everyone else sees us.

If you’re not sure what type of clothing helps people convey a positive and successful image of themselves, try picturing a rich broker, president, or any successful person in your head for a second. Do you see? Most of you are probably visualizing fancy suits, pencil skirts, high heels, golf clubs, and expensive jewelry. Now try to visualize an unfortunate person who hates his job and lives a mediocre life. You are probably picturing a sad person wearing puny clothes that reflect their mental and social state.

Do you want to be successful? Start paying more attention to what you wear and leave a positive impression on those who can help you change your life and achieve your ambitious goals. First of all, make sure that everything you use is neat and clean. Second, try to keep the following steps in mind.

Women

Women should avoid wearing too much makeup, as this is not usually associated with sophisticated and successful women. If you are going to a job interview, it is important that you appear confident, serious and professional. Navy and gray suits are an excellent choice for both men and women. White, light blue, striped, and plaid shirts go well with the above colors, as long as they are classic and well-designed. Beige, white, black, and blue pants are also great options that can be easily paired with a wide range of solid-colored and patterned blazers. When it comes to accessories, classic leather totes and briefcases are your best bet if you can’t afford an expensive designer bag.

Your jewelry should express strength, confidence and experience. Tiny heart-shaped earrings paired with an almost invisible necklace with a silver key attached to it can be associated with sweetness, inexperience, and even weakness. If you want to be seen as a strong woman, opt for some tasteful, “strong” pieces of jewelry. Extra large necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings are fantastic options, especially if they are adorned with colorful gemstones. Remember, however, that a sophisticated and classy woman would wear no more than two visible pieces of jewelry, otherwise others might think you’re trying too hard and/or not classy. When it comes to casual contexts, knee-length dresses, pencil skirts in neutral colors, patterned tops, blazers, cardigans, trench coats, and classic coats can definitely help you look powerful and successful.

If you ever get tired of looking your best every day and would rather wear something comfortable than slim-fit business skirts, tops and pants, neutral-colored polo shirts and chinos are practical alternatives that represent a great combination of comfort and elegance.

How to get all of the aforementioned things if you’re on a tight budget

The answer is simple. Take advantage of special offers, buy in physical or online stores that sell discounted and/or used brand clothing. When it comes to suits, blazers, and pencil skirts, high street retailers like H&M and Zara sell stylish, on-trend, and affordable clothing for women in executive jobs. Jewelry and watches can be purchased on auction websites for 1/10 of their retail price.

When it comes to yeast infections, many women make the same old mistakes that can actually make their infections worse. While there are some old wives’ tales to take note of, others should be avoided at all costs. Read on to learn more about the do’s and don’ts of thrush yeast infections, and how you can successfully treat thrush for good…

Thrush… For many women, thrush can be very uncomfortable and painful. Women often experience discomfort, and most symptoms occur in and around the vaginal area. These common and embarrassing effects can leave many women in great pain and desperate for a cure.

For short-term relief, head to your local grocery store and pick up some yogurt. When choosing, be sure to choose a brand that is free of artificial colors and sweaters, and is free of fruit. Plain live yogurt is the best, and organic is even better.

Eating a lot of yogurt every day will do wonders for your infection, but applying it directly to your vagina can give you instant relief from symptoms. There are a few ways to do this, but one of the least messy and most effective is to dip a tampon in yogurt, which is then inserted into the vagina. Be sure to change your tampon regularly and use it until you are symptom free.

Thrush No… When women start experiencing vaginal discomfort and symptoms caused by yeast infection, they automatically head to the bathroom for a long, warm, relaxing soak. But, this is the last thing you should do. In fact, soaking in hot water for a long period of time will worsen your symptoms and may worsen your infection.

Hot water gives yeast cells the perfect conditions they need to grow and propagate. Most women only realize this when it’s too late, and their symptoms worsen within a few hours of bathing.

Thrush… In the modern world, we often put our health and well-being last. Work, social commitments, children, etc. they all consume our time and often we have very little time left to take care of ourselves. Taking good care of yourself, rest, relaxation and a good diet are essential and can help you stay healthier for longer. It is those who do not take good care of themselves who often suffer from thrush.

Thrush No… You’d think your choice of underwear would have little to do with your thrush, but it could very well be the cause of your infection. Choosing tight, synthetic underwear makes it much more difficult for air to circulate around your genitals, creating a hot and sweaty environment. Sometimes this is all it takes for yeast to grow, and you could end up with a nasty infection just because your underwear was too sexy!

Some reasons for vaginal itching include:

synthetic clothing

Clothing made of synthetic (man-made) fibers such as polyester, rayon, and nylon do not allow the skin to “breathe.” Breathing in this context means air moving around the vaginal areas. These synthetic materials, especially when made into tight-fitting panties, can cause moisture to accumulate on the surface of the skin they cover. This moist skin that rubs against itself or clothing can cause itchiness and redness. Wearing underwear made from natural fibers like cotton can help keep vaginal areas drier.

Chafing caused during sex

Many women find it itchy in and around the vagina after intercourse, mainly due to chafing caused during intercourse. Chafing often occurs during sexual intercourse when pubic hair rubs against sensitive genital skin. Waxing can help prevent this from happening.

Fungal infections of the vagina

Fungal infections, also known as yeast infections, Candida (candidiasis), or thrush, are a common cause of severe vaginal itching, redness, and pain. Signs of Candida include a white or yellowish discharge similar to “cottage cheese” and a “cheese-like” odor. There are many products on the market, both natural pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter (OTC) that can help reduce or eliminate this naturally occurring overgrowth of the fungal microbe. Candida albicans. If you are in doubt as to whether you have a yeast infection in the vagina or not, see your doctor for a diagnosis.

Bacterial and other infections of the vagina

Bacterial infections such as bacterial vaginosis and protozoal infections caused by a small parasite called Vaginal trichonomas It can cause itching, as well as foul-smelling discharge (fishy or like rotting meat) and pain. If you suspect you may have a bacterial or protozoal infection or don’t know what the problem might be, see your doctor; antibiotic treatment may be necessary.

sexually transmitted infections

STIs (sexually transmitted infections) can cause itching. Some examples of STIs include chlamydia, gonorrhea, and genital herpes. If you suspect you may have an STI, see a doctor so they can properly diagnose and treat it.

How to relieve vaginal itching

There are a number of different types of vaginal itch relief products on the market, including:

Local anesthetic type creams

Local anesthetic creams numb the nerve endings around the vagina. These products have a chemical anesthetic such as benzocaine as the active ingredient. They are recommended for external vaginal use. When the local anesthetic wears off, itching often returns because the creams do not contain any ingredients that help resolve the cause of vaginal itching.

Antifungal Pills, Creams, and Pessaries

Antifungal products work well if you know you have a fungal infection. Oral pills usually contain the antifungal chemical, fluconazole. However, fluconazole taken by mouth can affect the whole body and not just the vagina. Indiscriminate ‘whole body’ antifungal action can cause other microbes, such as bacteria, to proliferate in other parts of the body, as bacteria are generally kept in a state of natural balance by healthy competition from other microbes.

Antifungal creams and pessaries contain other “-azole” medications such as clotrimazole, miconazole, thiocinazole, and butoconazole. These pharmaceutical antifungal treatments can be effective for vaginal itching if the itching is caused by Candida microbes. These drugs are ineffective for vaginal itching that is not the result of fungal infections. There can also be problems with antifungal drug treatments when Candida fungus microbes develop resistance to them. Antifungal medications are becoming ineffective for many women who frequently suffer from Candida infections.

Natural options to relieve vaginal itching

shower with tea tree oil

Tea tree essential oil has been widely used in herbal medicine for the treatment of vaginal itching. Tea tree oil is naturally antifungal and antibacterial, helping to address the causes of vaginal itching as well as relieving the itch itself. If you plan to use tea tree oil as a douche, you should be careful to dilute the oil with water to avoid burning the delicate skin around and inside the vagina. Always test a small area of skin on the outside of the vagina first before spraying the mixture inside the vaginal opening.

Yoghurt

Always use the plain, unsweetened, unflavored type of yogurt. Yogurt contains beneficial “lactobacillus” bacteria, “good bacteria” that can effectively compete with any “bad” microbes that may be causing your discomfort. Yogurt can be applied directly to the vagina with clean fingers. Eating yogurt, while beneficial, is not going to be directly effective!

Vinegar

Douching with diluted, unfiltered apple cider vinegar can help restore the correct acidity in the vagina. However, be careful to notice if the itching increases or decreases. A vagina that is too acidic is an environment where the Candida fungus thrives.

epsom salts

Soaking in a sitz bath that contains Epsom salts can help reduce acidity in the vagina. Take care again to notice if the itchiness increases or decreases – bacteria love vaginas that aren’t acidic enough!

As easy as this task may seem, a few highlights should be mentioned. Piano sheet music it is easily available today from a myriad of sources on the internet. Go to http://www.Google.com and type “piano sheet music online” or “piano sheet music” or “virtual sheet music” and finally “sheet music by (artist name)”. You will find countless sites that offer immediate access to sheet music online or available to be shipped to a physical address. As for “old-fashioned mail order,” Amazon.com has an incredible selection of sheet music by artist, as well as instructional music folders and music books, so be sure to research what they have to offer. The most popular site for sheet music online is probably http://www.sheetmusicplus.com. Many classical piano pieces that have achieved public domain status can often be downloaded for free, such as folders of Chopin works or Beethtoven pieces, etc.

Contemporary artist books and single song sheet music tend to disappear after a short lifespan and sometimes it becomes a quiz to find your selection. Tips for getting out of print music would be to visit ebay.com and see if your item is currently available there in new or used form. As with most eBay items, availability can change by the minute, hour, or day, so don’t give up if your item doesn’t show up on your first try. There are a number of music retail stores that also specialize in hard-to-find music, so Google “out-of-print sheet music” (or “hard-to-find music”) and contact those particular stores.

“Virtual Sheet Music”The sites allow you to get immediate access to a single song, and then print piano sheet music right from your computer to download that song. The rates are generally comparable to what a retail store would charge, say $3.95-$6.95. Again, just “Google” “virtual sheet music” or “download sheet music” to find a good site for this. The great thing about this feature is that 1) songs are only available in songbooks or 2) hard-to-find or out-of-print songs are now accessible at your fingertips with just a few button presses!

Last but not least, if a song seems to be impossible to find, what I’ve done is look up the lyrics online and then look up the “tab or guitar tabs” gold piano tabsfor that song and then put the two together to create a lead sheets. Often the “tabs” for a song list both the melody and the chords. Now, with this method, you’ll have to transcribe the melody line on your own, which is pretty easy to do: just whistle or hum the melody while sitting at the piano. Sites that say “guitar tabs” that include guitar tabs are mostly where you’ll find charts for your songs, but sometimes you’ll see a site that says “piano tabs.” However, what you are really doing as a pianist is noting the chords and where they are placed with the lyrics. Ignore the guitar tablature. However, its big limitation, of course, is that many of the tab lists for a song are created by “well-meaning, if inexperienced” hobbyist players. In this sense, you will need to consider the chords as “a possibility” and you may need to change one or more chords to make the song sound “right”. The other issue is making sure your “viral control” software works, as these sites tend to be vulnerable to them.

About “songbooks for piano or artist”Quite often, a song is not available as a single sheet, but can only be found within a songbook with many songs, all by a certain artist or composer, or perhaps a book with songs by multiple artists. The other scenario you’ll see is theme music books like “Classic Movie Songs” or “90s Songs” or “My Favorite Broadway Show Tunes” anything like that.

To discover the “professional way” to play piano songs without having to read note-for-note sheet music arrangements, be sure to visit http://www.instantpropiano.com

What household items can we take to our studio?

Cleaning, hygiene and makeup things

Scotch Pads – These are great for texture, you can use them in all sorts of shapes, sizes, thicknesses and they are wonderful. One tip I learned from the great Nan Roche is to hold the sandpaper on a sticky pad, this way the sandpaper is held by the soft pad and your hand and fingers get much more comfortable support.

Baby wipes: cleaning and more cleaning! clean your mud, your hands, your floor, your pasta machine, these wipes are very useful.

Floor Wax – Although I don’t use floor wax as a finish on my work, “Future” Floor Wax is a great example of this. Some people like to dip their beads in finishing liquids, or you can use a brush and apply a few coats until you get the effect you want. This material is an alternative to glitter and lacquer.

Toothbrush – Another tool for texturing (and cleaning too!)

Makeup Brushes – I have a store nearby that sells cheap makeup brushes that are nice and smooth, suitable for applying paint, lacquer, glitter, or resin.

Powders: These are great as metallic/matte effects on stamped clay, I used to be a makeup artist and have tons of these powders, they are perfect for clay and can be a wonderful substitute for mica powders (see photo).

Lotion – A good material we can use with very dry clay, just add a small amount of lotion to your dry clay and keep conditioning it, it helps soften the material.

Manicure Sponges: Manicure sponges have 2 main purposes: the first is medium-coarse sanding and the second is texturing.

Manicure stickers: nail stickers are a great decoration for cured polymer clay designs: flowers, butterflies, dots, etc. Do not season them, the plastic in them will not survive the heat of the oven. Same with plastic rhinestones.

Stylus – This tool is amazing, it makes these nice dots on your clay, whether it’s cured or raw, I love to “stipple” my clay, you can also use acrylic paints to add dots after curing.

Vaseline or other Vaseline: Same use as lotion.

Talc: very useful mold release agent, brush your stamps, texture sheets to make demolding easier. you can also use cornflower for the same purpose. Be careful not to inhale talc, it is unhealthy.

dental clinic

Syringe – While this tool isn’t something you want to encounter in real life, it’s great for measuring material, especially when working with resin, which needs to be weighed carefully. I know some people use them as extruders, but I haven’t tried it 🙂

Dental Sculpting Tools: These tools are perfect for sculpting and miniature making. If you like those themes, it’s a must.

Molding materials: I haven’t tried these either, but I heard from one of my students, who is a dentist, that dental mold works great for polymer clay, too.

Carpentry, Construction

Sandpaper – Sandpaper in all types of grits is welcome in our studio, coarse? use it for texture. good? Use it to sand. They’re fun to wear, inexpensive, and make a beautiful finish on back pieces.

Lathe Machines – Never used them, but saw the magic Grant Difendaffer did with them.

Toolboxes: work tools for your DH? no, they can be a great storage box for us! I have tons of boxes from the hardware store that are used to store my poles, tools, cutters, etc.!

Ceramic Tiles: Take all the scraps from your home renovation (or ask the neighbor for some tiles) and use them as a work surface. They clean up easily and can be cured in the oven.

Mesh – This is one of my favourites! Metal Mail can be cured so it can be used as an addition to our clay designs, as armor, and many other uses.

Screws, nails, etc., steam punk style? These ovenproof tools and materials are a cool decoration for your work. They are also useful for texturing, drilling, and just for fun.

Pliers – It was supposed to be the other way around, but I always find MY pliers in my DH toolbox! These tools are a must have for wire work, jewelry making, and any studio needs a pair of them.

Glue Gun – Mainly used as a helper to older polymer clay extruders (scroll down this page).

Enjoy!

The other day I was talking with a friend about how to get ahead at work and in life.

And we were discussing the very real and very frustrating situation that he found himself in.

He was making a lot of moves, but he didn’t have a lot of concrete progress to show for it.

And let me tell you (like I told him), I understand how frustrating this can be.

We have all been there.

It has definitely happened to me many times.

Like when I spent a year abroad realizing the many ways my thesis project (as I thought of it at the time) didn’t quite work.

But when this happens, it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL not to despair.

Because when despair takes control, we fall and STAY down.

You see, it is absolutely essential to keep moving. To get back up and move on.

As long as we keep moving forward and trying new things, we’ll find a better way forward.

(As I did with my dissertation, I’m done and incredibly happy with it in its final form!)

And to do so, we must remain optimistic.

We need to have hope.

Even in the darkest moments.

Which, admittedly, can be difficult when we don’t see concrete progress before our eyes.

But, as I told my friend, it’s empowering to remember that in times like these, we are indeed making progress (despite appearances).

As you can see, in cases like these, we are often making unseen progress.

Like negative progress in learning what doesn’t work. Learning which parts of the possibility space do not lead to where you want to go.

This was actually Socrates’ favorite type of progress.

Know what doesn’t work. What we are not doing well.

And it’s not something to scoff at.

In addition to this progress, there are other types of invisible progress.

Progress you make that doesn’t take the form of concrete results you can see right before your eyes (such as more pages, minutes of content, or products).

The kind of progress you get by doing the legwork.

Making a lot of moves.

When turning an idea over months in your head

Like understanding which knife and method work best for quickly slicing an onion,

Like honing the mastery of the fine details of how to cook an egg,

Or like stumbling upon that perfect way to make a point.

You’ll find that to make that real long-term progress, it pays to STOP focusing on results and KEEP GOING OUT AND PLAYING!

Getting his hands dirty.

Seeing what doesn’t work.

Learning to navigate all that could be to see what should be.

One incredibly powerful way to do this is to adopt the mindset that by continuing to try things even when nothing seems to work, you can rack up all sorts of invisible progress.

Especially negative progress.

So whenever you find yourself struggling and not having much to show for it, remember:

It’s not that you’re stuck in one place.

It’s that you’re making invisible progress.

Progress that will ultimately pay off in all sorts of amazing ways.

As long as you keep it up!

Hope this helps when you’re trying hard but nothing seems to work!

Many men have problems when it comes to pleasing a woman, so you don’t have to feel alone in this matter. In fact, more men have problems than those who don’t have any problems.

You will no longer want to fumble around in the bedroom. You want to be able to satisfy your woman and make her feel something that you know she is dying to feel. You want to be able to give her something great and set her body on fire. It’s time you learned how to make this happen.

You want to make a woman feel good in bed and to make this a reality you need to learn some sex tips for men to give your woman multiple orgasms tonight. Finally, you can give your woman the pleasure she’s been craving.

The first sexual advice for men is to make one of your deepest fantasies come true. Even if you think you don’t know what this fantasy is, it will be revealed to you right now. Every woman wants to be taken by a man in the bedroom. Every woman wants to feel so desirable that a man can’t help but rape her. Your wife wants you to show her passion. She wants you to rip her clothes off and push her against the wall. She wants you to be a man and show her what you’re made of. This is easily one of the sexiest and best ways to please your woman and give her what she wants.

Another sexual tip for men is to tease her. Women love a challenge in the bedroom just as much as men. If you give her a small taste of what’s to come, but not all of it, you’ll have her begging for more. When you do this, you automatically build anticipation in her body and drive her crazy. This will turn her on more and more and will help you tremendously. The more she craves something, the more inclined she is to have more orgasms. Her pleasure receptors will go crazy and when you finally give her what she wants, her body will unleash and she will feel one of the best pleasures of her life.

Making a woman orgasm once can be difficult, but by learning and using these tips, you will not only have pleasure once, but many times and over and over again.

The feasibility of combating pressure points

I’m not an expert in pressure point fighting at least not on the same plane as George Dillman or Erle Montague or others who may be out there that I haven’t found yet. I first learned the concept of pressure points when I was just beginning my martial arts journey in 1967. However, there was never a discussion of pressure points or how they related to meridians. They told us to use our ki in our techniques, but they never taught us how to harness that energy source. In 1985 I took a massage class as part of my jujitsu training. I learned the Okazaki Long Life massage and the accompanying elements included ki flow, meridians and specific points. They taught us that we could use the same points to hurt or heal and it depended on our intention what the effect was: hurt or heal.

After a pretty good basic understanding of the “tables”, I went back to practicing karate but with a better understanding of the techniques. The more I learned about jujitsu, the more I learned about karate. In 1994 I started training with a Hwa Rang Do teacher who happened to be blind. I learned many interesting concepts about ki, ki flow, and healing techniques known as Kiatsu. I also learned that if he combined jujitsu and karate it was very similar to Hwa Rang Do.

In the years that followed, I conducted an exhaustive search for more information on the use of pressure points. I also conducted a study of the use of pressure points in relation to the use of joint locks and constrictions. I studied all the good texts I could find on fighting pressure points. Trust me, there aren’t many good martial arts books available. Either they are really good or they are marginal in the concepts they present or in the application of the techniques.

From some of the (marginal in my opinion) material I learned that the use of pressure points and ki flow was irrelevant and probably didn’t exist because it couldn’t be measured. However, the knowledge of pressure points and meridians was good, because they followed the nerves, blood vessels, and other sensitive and vital parts of the human anatomy. If ki flow and meridians were not relevant or not working, why has it remained viable in acupuncture, acupressure, shiatsu, Kiatsu and other Eastern healing arts and techniques for over 5000 years? If there wasn’t something in there that worked, it would have gone, just like many “styles” of martial arts that didn’t work.

Right now my martial arts training consists of the three arts mentioned above: Jujitsu (Dan Zan Ryu), Karate (Shotokan), Hwa Rang Do plus Haganah (Israeli). All the hard techniques (karate and Hwa Rang Do) are done to support and prepare the soft techniques (Jujitsu). The Haganah (like Krav Maga on steroids!) adds a unique mindset to the mix. That mentality is one of survival and victory.

How is this concept used? With each entry into a jujitsu technique there are 1 to 5 strikes including punches, elbows, knee strikes, and kicks. Also includes headbutts, body shots, and eye gouges. Each blow is aimed at a vital part of the anatomy, that is, pressure points. Included in the training is an elementary knowledge of the crossed meridians, the theory of the elements, the yin/yang and, to a lesser extent, the diurnal cycle. If I get attacked at 10:00 PM, I’m not going to wait until 1:00 AM to chill my attacker!

With each joint lock there is a previous strike to configure the joint lock so that it can be used with little or no resistance. Catching a fist flying towards my nose and doing a joint lock is possible but not very likely. If I dodge the attack first and hit my attacker in Triple Warmer 17, for example, I can do the joint lock with no stamina. For every joint block there is a throw or two. Then after the release there is a constriction: say arm bar or choke/choke. [Note: I did not blast Adam when he tried to punch me in the nose. I did a light slap on the tip of his nose and got excellent results.]

Another relevant topic: traditional katas teach you where these points are and the angle from which they should be thrown. Is it really a block what you are doing or is it a map showing where to hit? Or are they both?

Let’s get more specific and look at a technique, take a look at it and see if the concept actually works.

The Technique: Figure 4 Takedown (Tekubi Shigarami)

Pressure points used: triple heater 23, gallbladder 1, heart 6, lung 8, lung 5

How to do the technique: I will use information taken directly from my kata manual for Second Level Techniques (Jokyu Yarawa).

A note to purists: we don’t use Japanese names or terms for various reasons. One is that we have a tendency to butcher pronunciation and that makes us look like idiots and, in my opinion, disrespectful. Secondly we are in the United States. This is now our art and our culture. We greatly honor and respect our elders who have brought us art, but now it is ours and we will do it in English (American in general, Utahnese specifically).

9. Elimination of figure 4

The attacker throws a right punch or right cross to the face or at the level of the upper midsection. The defender does the following:

1. Advance to the 11 o’clock position [Note: your opponent is always at the 12 o’clock position] with the left foot to the attacker’s right side while performing a sweep block. Grasp the attacker’s right wrist as close to the hand-forearm junction as possible with your right hand and squeeze Heart 6 and Lung 8. With your left palm strike TW 23/ Gallbladder 1. [Located at the corner of the eye. Use caution and restraint in practice]. Strike upwards at a 45′ angle to the opponent’s head. This should be as close to concurrency as possible.

2. Wrap your left arm around the attacker’s right arm. As you initiate the technique, strike the inside of the opponent’s right elbow with your left forearm (Lung 5). Take your right wrist with your left hand to make a figure four.

3. Swing your left foot in a wide arc behind you and to your right side. This will force the attacker to the ground. Keep him positioned on his left side.

4. Hold a figure four while tucking your toes under the attacker’s head and shoulder. The left knee is placed on the attacker’s jaw line. The right knee goes into the ribs. Place the attacker’s elbow directly into his stomach and pull back. If the attacker’s wrist is not bent, use both hands to bend it. If this doesn’t work, punch him in the face, then flex his wrist. You can use both hands to pull the wrist toward your stomach.

5. When submitting, turn your opponent onto his face and move into a defensive position.

TECHNICAL APPLICATION PRINCIPLES

1. Generate momentum with the movement of the hips.

2. Use distractions to cover your intent and short circuit your opponent.

3. Put boards in opposition. [This creates complex torque.]

4. Immobilized joints create pain by stretching and tightening the ligaments and tendons.

5. Control your opponent.

6. Use pressure point punches as part of your distractions.

7. Always create a base.

We have listed above a very basic jujitsu technique. It works very fast, as I have done it with someone who was trying to hit me in the nose. The young man who made the punch became my student for a couple of years before he fled to California to make movies. Be aware of the use of pressure point strikes when entering the technique. The hit on TW 23/ GB 1, if done long enough, will cause a knockout blow and nothing more needs to be done. A lighter hit will cause a momentary “short circuit” where you have ½ to ¾ of a second to do what you want. The sweep block (ne gashi uke) deflects the attack and allows you to grab the wrist at H 6 and L 8. These points will weaken the wrist and act as an energy drain allowing you to bend the wrist, which in turn, it will encourage your partner to lie down vigorously. The forearm strike at Lung 5 on the forearm will allow you to bend the opponent’s arm. Swinging your left foot in a large arc will move it in such a way as to create a void that your partner will happily fill. Note that at the end of the description there is a list of applicable principles. Learn the principles and how to apply them. Your techniques will be better for it.

One of my favorite childhood memories was spending time with my grandparents and today I feel very grateful to God for that. Not only did I get to play with them, but I also heard new bedtime stories every night.

Only when little ones spend time with their grandmother and grandfather will they know that they act as referees, stress buffers, advocates, guardians, and roots of the family. The bond grandparents have with their grandchildren is a special emotional bond, one of a kind. The support our parents receive from grandparents sometimes goes unnoticed and sometimes goes unappreciated.

So if you live away from your parents due to work or other reasons and your children somehow don’t have time to bond with their grandparents. Then, the following are the tips on how you can help your children maintain a healthy long-distance relationship with their grandfather and grandmother.

Let’s get to them one by one.

1) Make your visits frequent

If you live in the same city, make sure you take your children to visit their grandmother and grandfather more often, and in case you live in another city or country, plan to visit them during summer vacations or long weekends. . Apart from this, you can also encourage your grandparents to plan visits or an extended stay at your home.

2) Technology makes staying in touch easier

With the advancement of technology keeping in touch has become very easy. You can have your kids make FaceTime, Skype, or video calls with their grandma and grandpa by setting particular days and times in a week so the kids have something to look forward to. In addition to these, children can exchange emails, pictures, voice notes (including bedtime stories and rhymes), or text messages with their grandmother and grandfather.

3) Surprise them when they least expect it

Grandparents love to pamper their grandchildren. Every time they go to visit them, they make sure to surprise them with gifts. What you can do differently is instead of gifting them on the usual occasion, surprise them by sending them gifts in the mail from time to time. The best gift options are to send cookies, your favorite device, a collage of images, or it can simply be a letter. In this way they will feel more connected and loved.

4) More one-on-one communication

When grandchildren or grandparents visit, encourage your child to spend time alone with Grandma in the kitchen helping her prepare a family recipe, as this will help the conversation flow more freely.

Also, asking Grandpa to read stories will lead to a meaningful, sometimes even enlightening conversation.

5) Friendly relationship

Grandparents act as a bridge between parents and children. Parents have a lot of pressure to do everything and make sure that the children learn everything perfectly. The pressure to be the best parents comes from making your children learn to talk, walk, behave, etc. As grandparents, they can teach their grandchildren without the burden of being perfect in parenting. In this way, you can act as their friend and guide them on the right path at every right step, for example, in your hobbies, you teach them how to face competition and how to be positive.

last word:

Grandma and Grandpa have their experiences to tell in the form of stories. In addition, they are the storehouse of beautiful inspiring life stories that no child should deny. So nostalgic, I feel right now! What is your strongest childhood memory of your grandparents?
