In this second and final part of our review, we discuss the design and performance aspects of the Samsung Galaxy S3, one of the most successful smartphones ever released.

S3 design

The Galaxy S3 is surprisingly light and thin considering the size of the screen. It’s just 8.6mm thick (the Galaxy S2 was 8.9mm thick) and weighs 133g. By comparison, the HTC One X measures 8.9mm and weighs 130g, while the iPhone 5 is 7.6mm thick and weighs just 112g. The new Galaxy S4 with its Sony Xperia Z rivaling 5-inch display is 7.9mm thick and weighs 130g.

A softer, more rounded appearance debuts on the S3 taking over from the more rectangular appearance of its predecessor, the S2. The pebble-like casing reminds us of the Galaxy Nexus smartphone, and while it doesn’t look as modern, the smooth curves allow the hand to mold to the device. It’s good to see that the camera is now almost flush with the main body of the phone, as opposed to the slightly ugly and awkward raised-lens housing that the S2 sports.

As is now standard Android smartphone fare, the three back, home, and menu buttons are at the bottom of the screen, with only the physical home button, the other two being touch-sensitive. The other keys are the power or lock key and the volume rocker switch, both located on the top right of the case.

For a top-of-the-range device, the S3 feels a bit cheap. Too much plastic is definitely the culprit and while it’s good quality, without nicer materials like aluminium, titanium or Kevlar (as found in the Motorola Razr i XT890), it really struggles to feel premium. We’d rather have a little extra weight if it means we can lose a little plastic.

The acres of smooth plastic don’t help with handling the device either, as it’s often too shiny and slippery to hold firmly. For those looking for a more luxurious feel, the HTC One, iPhone 5 and Sony Xperia T are three smartphones that offer more premium materials.

The S3 is available in blue or white, but as with most of Samsung’s popular phones, look out for special edition colors like red, pink, or silver in future.

S3 performance

The S3 packs a 1.4GHz quad-core processor inside its slim casing, and while the phone has since been superseded by the S4 (though not replaced, it’s now considered a “budget” model), it still packs more punch than sufficient, both in terms of data processing and graph rendering. HD video handles extremely well, and overall performance in use feels very slick, without the sluggishness often seen on lower-end phones like the Nokia Lumia 520 or Sony Xperia J. It also manages to beat the Motorola Razr i similarly priced, largely because the Razr relies on a fast but single-core CPU.

The S3 even compares well to newer phones like the iPhone 5 and Sony Xperia Z, and the S3 has enough power to tackle most games on the Google Play store.

Large HD screens, multi-core processors, and the desire for slimmer phones are all enemies of decent battery life. To combat this, Samsung has given the S3 a power saving mode to squeeze the most out of the battery by limiting CPU usage, wireless activity, screen brightness, altering background colors, and limiting vibrations and sound feedback. This, coupled with the user-removable 2100 mAh battery, allows Samsung to achieve more than acceptable battery performance.

It’s worth noting that Samsung sells a larger 3000mAh replacement battery for around £45. Those who might be interested in this product should note that the battery is slightly larger than the standard so which comes with a slightly thicker back cover.

conclusion

The Galaxy S3 can be seen as an evolution of its predecessor, with notable improvements such as a larger screen, more CPU power, and a slimmer design.

The fact that the new Galaxy S4 and Xperia Z haven’t really made the S3 look dated is testament to the specs packed into this phone. With a powerful processor and a 4.8″ screen, the S3 will be a relevant phone for years to come. It also begs the question whether top-tier smartphones like the Google Nexus 4, HTC One or Sony Xperia Z are really worth the money. . additional cost.

Have you ever wondered why rich and famous people are rich and famous? Is it luck? Talent? Hard work? connections? The truth may seem unbelievable, incomprehensible, unacceptable. The fact is, unequivocally, that those individuals who are rich and famous were destined to be rich and famous from the beginning of their lives. The plan of their destinies was created before they left their mother’s womb.

This may seem strange but it is reality. Each of our lives is dedicated to breathing. As the 20th century saint Jagat Singh states, our present life it is already determined before we are born. What fate has planned for you will happen without any planning on your part. Your destiny will make you act and strive according to its plan. Old age, health, poverty, wealth, sickness, wealth, learning, honor, dishonor, and the time of death are all predetermined while a man is in his mother’s womb, so a wise man never worries, frets or regrets. anything.

Each of our destinies, whether we are rich and famous or not, is contained within the numbers and letters of our full name at birth and our date of birth. These letters and numbers serve as labels for the energy fields that not only comprise who we are as individuals, but also our second-by-second path through life. These destinations can be known with a little study through the ancient science and art of King Numerology.

For example, as is commonly known, Bill Gates is one of the richest men in the world. His immense wealth is clearly defined in his numerology chart through a numerical pattern 1 / 22-4 that represents the individual and the entrepreneur, the “1” manifests in the field of 22-4, a pattern of great wealth. And power. Every second of Gates’ life from birth to death is concentrated in this 1/22-4 number pattern.

Oprah Winfrey’s chart reveals her great business success through a 1/8 number pattern which, like Bill Gates’s numerology chart, is also present throughout her life from cradle to grave. Winfrey also has master communicator number 33-6 dominating her chart, as well as master lover/crafter number 66-3. Her unique and iconic personality is revealed through the Crown Pinnacle of a 55-1 that is generated from the number 3, the numerical code that governs all media, communication and her self-image.

The tragic lives of Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana are also revealed through their “numbers.” In fact, their numerology charts are quite similar, as one would expect them to be based on the similarity of their lives.

Therefore, when we think of success, especially those extremely wealthy and world famous people, it would be wise to remember that their lives, like ours, are destined. This fact should not only give us pause, but an opportunity to delve deeper into the mysteries and realities of life.

Hindsight is often described as 20/20, while foresight is at best a dim picture of the future. Before watching the movie “Aid” but after reading the reviews for this movie, I was struck by the parallels of the characters in the movies and my own mother’s experiences.

My mother’s experiences are seen through the eyes of a five year old to her early twenties and reflect my observations now as an experienced adult.

Aid

my mother was “Aid”, a domestic worker who did the day job so I can speak with authority and credibility. Though she didn’t have to wear the trappings, a starched uniform, of a maid; her busyness and that of countless other women was evident in the faces and expressions of the women who left for work very early in the morning and returned home late at night tired.

Some of you aren’t old enough or just have the footage from the movies to put this in context, but as the oldest son, I remember that the servants were paid eight dollars a day plus passage. This day’s wages symbolically represented and demonstrated the courage, sacrifice, love, and quiet dignity required to keep a family together.

Eight dollars a day plus car fare added up to the total salary paid to housecleaning maids in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and it’s the amount of money I remember my mother making. Surprisingly, this was not the starting wage, in fact the starting wage was $5.00 per day plus travel during the 1950s through the early 1960s. This daily wage was pay to clean suburban homes in Mt. Lebanon, Sewickley, North Hills and other similar communities. This daily wage also included the responsibility of assisting and I use this word loosely with the “rearing” or raising of the young children in those homes, as well as doing the laundry and any other assigned chores.

Love

Although my mother may have been away from our home eight to ten hours a day, I never felt alone or abandoned. She had to spend most of her waking hours with the children in the houses she cleaned simply because she couldn’t be in two places at the same time. Maybe she was too young to feel anger or resentment, but I always felt loved and whole as an important part of our family. Those children don’t know how hurt they were to have my mother as part of their lives. Knowing mom, she helped shape and establish values that they did not know but have brought to their lives.

Unlike today, this day’s salary did not come with a defined benefits package; without medical, disability, life or pension insurance. Nevertheless; this day’s salary came with public transportation because few of us had cars and public transportation was the main mode of transportation. If you got sick, you weren’t paid (unless you had a kind employer), if you were injured or wanted to attend a school activity for your child, you weren’t paid, which probably explains why parents were absent from important events in those days. days. However, despite her absence, Mom, I would commend your contributions or achievements because her love knew no boundaries. Mom’s love and spiritual presence continues to grow stronger even today.

Courage

Pittsburgh was a heavy industrial city known as the Steel City in its heyday and my mother was strong as the steel that came out of the hot furnaces of J&L on the south side of Pittsburgh. Steel mills, when steel was a major industry in the United States, worked three shifts 24 hours a day, employing thousands of men, and the red glow of the furnaces could be seen lighting up the sky at night. My mother’s sense of purpose and resolve was her strength because she knew she had to make it happen that day. We live our life day by day! I couldn’t be sick or hurt, you had to get over the pain. You can’t plan much beyond the next day because you get paid day by day and the next day wasn’t guaranteed.

Pittsburgh was a diverse community that on the surface didn’t seem to show racial animosity or discrimination, but if you peeled back the layers of society, the racial discrimination was there. It was disguised and evidenced by the neighborhoods where one could live. The discrimination was disguised by the types of employment available to people during this era. Typical jobs were preaching, teaching, working at the post office, or collecting garbage. A few were able to join the police force but ironically I never met or saw anyone who worked for the public transport system, particularly as a tram driver.

The fare to ride the streetcar costs about twenty-five cents ($0.25) for a one-way fare that may or may not have taken you somewhere near the house you had to clean that day. So can you imagine that on top of the $8.00 a day you also got an extra $0.50 for the hassle of walking many blocks or several miles for the privilege of cleaning someone else’s house? More importantly, you walked through the heat of summer, through the storms and cold snows of winter with your head bowed praying for the strength to get through another day.

Before going to work early in the morning, he made sure we were awake and left breakfast on the stove for us to eat. As I remember him, hot oatmeal was always left in a bain-marie for breakfast. Lunch, because we got home at noon, consisted of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich topped off with a can of tomato soup that I heated up. I ate this lunch so often that it was several decades before I was back to eating peanut butter, jelly, and tomato soup. Today it has become a comfort food, a resting place for my warm memories.

When mom came home at night, she always had time to smile and chat while she cooked a hot meal for our dinner and only scolded us when we made her nervous. She continued to work around the house at night with other household chores until it was time to rest. In retrospect, her day never seemed to end, rivaling J & L Steel’s manufacturing schedule.

I have moments of reflection as I drive to work and see the black and brown faces getting off the bus in the suburbs or walking down the sidewalk to work. In my mind I can see my mother on her way to work or at the end of a long day at work late at night standing proudly and waiting for the trolley to take her home. Not many years ago, my mother was doing the same thing trying to support her family and these thoughts stir deep emotions inside that could rock a battleship at sea.

Sacrifice

Eight dollars a day plus fare is a true story of a family that, despite economic circumstances, overcame the reflux based on sacrifice, love and quiet dignity. I can’t begin to describe the sacrifice and love without getting emotional. After I graduated from high school and went to college, Mom would, without fail, send me a $5.00 letter once a week with words of encouragement. This was not just for freshman year, but she sent $5.00 a week for four years while I was in college. That $5.00 was a full day’s work for her that she voluntarily sent even though my younger brother and sister were home. Mom never complained, but she shared her love and encouragement through her strong sense of purpose in earning a degree and becoming someone.

This is just one of the many tangible and intangible sacrifices he made during my life that has served to keep me humble and aware of my responsibility to help someone.

quiet dignity

It may not have been easy to endure the indignities of 30 years of housecleaning, but she endured it with a quiet dignity and grace that I find remarkable and have tried to emulate. We never had everything we wanted, but we had everything we needed from a parenting and spiritual perspective. She couldn’t buy new clothes for herself, but we always had what we needed to go back to school in the fall; new jeans, shoes and a winter coat.

Mom always walked fast and when I was a little girl, when we would go shopping in downtown Pittsburgh, she would walk so fast that I almost had to run to keep up with her. Even walking fast, she kept her head high and talked to everyone as she passed as if she were a major celebrity. I guess in her own way she was a celebrity, but only those close to her knew of her celebrity.

The aid salary of eight dollars a day plus transportation is more than a story to me, it is a life lesson that I have embraced and cherished. It has sustained me through some of my most difficult times and has helped me chart a life course based on sacrifice, love, and quiet dignity. I hope that you will adopt these same concepts and “Aid” in you will share your symbolic eight dollars a day and your ticket with someone you know with love, quiet dignity and grace.

Agent B. Jones had been captured by the notorious terrorist named “Colonel Z” after he was caught rummaging through Z’s office, seeking information that would send the criminal to jail without parole. Two of the Colonel’s cronies entered and drew knives. Jones fought off the man’s two thugs, but fifteen minutes into the karate action, he was tied hand and foot and forced to sit on an uncomfortable old wooden chair.

“Colonel” or “Z” entered the room to question Agent Jones. After Jones declared the Fifth Amendment on all terrorist questions, Z looked at his thugs and said, “You know where to take it: to the ‘basement’.” Tie it to the ‘bomb’!”

The two men looked at each other simultaneously with wide eyes. Agent Jones was only slightly startled. One of them said excitedly, “But boss, do you know what that could mean?”

“Actually, I know what that could mean, but that outcome is up to Mr. Jones here. Untie him and drag him into the next room, so he can meet the ‘Destroyer Engine’ and handcuff him.”

Even Jones had heard of Colonel Z’s “Destroyer Engine.” Z said to Jones, “I want you to see how the ‘Engine’ works.” Jones just smiled and looked at Z, who backhanded him, knocking him down. “Don’t make that face again.”

The Colonel told his goons to open the hatch that covered the three foot tall cylindrical gun. Once opened, Z turned on many devices that made the machine work. He told Jones that once it was turned on, he couldn’t be turned off. Then he put his hands on the big timer and set it to “30 minutes”.

“You have exactly 30 minutes to make a decision. Once I press the timer, your decision is to cut a series of 4 strings that release all the criminals in prisons across the country, or if you don’t cut all four strings, a Gas lethal will come out of the vents on you and you will die. Personally, I would rather see you live and cut the ropes so that we can see many old friends and renew our acquaintances. But the choice is up to you, SR Jones.”

The Colonel took out a device and pushed the timer. He then hands Jones a pair of scissors, which he places in his left hand. The Colonel evoked an evil laugh as he and his cronies emerged from the basement.

“Make the right decision, Mr. Jones!” The Colonel said as he laughed with his thugs.

As they were leaving, Jones began examining the machine, searching the gun for something that might disable it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t make heads or tails out of the complex machinery. He sweated a lot because a decision had to be made: cut the ropes that freed all the inmates from jails across the country or keep their hands to themselves and let the gas end his life.

At 3:00, he heard a door close upstairs and footsteps heading toward the basement door. Feeling a great deal of hope, Jones yelled, “Hey! I’m down here!” He then heard a pair of heavy shoes walking toward the basement, and Jones told him not to go in because he had decided that gasoline would be his choice.

The man looked at Jones with a confused look and said, “I’m from the power company. This ‘Colonel Z’ hasn’t paid his power bill for over 6 months. So, I’ll turn it off right now.” I’m starting with this machine that you’re tied to.”

Within 10 seconds, the lifting man tried the heavy weapon, found an electrical wire and pulled it out.

The timer stopped at 1 second.

If you’re in the market for a new car, and by new, we mean new to you, which in most cases means a new used car, now you have so many options these days. You can go to TradeMe, you can go online where there are a lot of great deals, but where you have no warranty if something goes wrong with the car, and you can also go to the big online or on-site auctions. However, there are many reasons why No to do any of the above, and go through a ‘tried and true’ car dealer when looking to buy your new car.

One of the main reasons to choose a respected and well-known car dealer is for exactly those reasons, that they are recognized in their field by setting standards and services that others seek to follow. This means that when you visit your car dealership, you’ll benefit from the collective expertise of their management team. This type of experience is invaluable and cannot be “bought” as it is usually hard-earned.

When you’re in the market for a new used car, take the time to go to your chosen car dealership and meet the truly great people who are there to provide you with friendly service and a welcoming approach. Keep in mind that a reputable car dealer will have over 600 vehicles in stock at any one time and will have quick access to newly imported cars.

Another great advantage of dealing with your chosen car dealer is that all of your vehicles will be serviced, serviced and odometer certified and all of your cars will have a new fitness warranty and be registered. They will also offer competitive auto insurance and financing, all under one roof, and have a full range of financing options available. When buying a car or borrowing money, it’s always important to make sure you’re as protected as possible against the worst, and a reputable car dealer will recommend a full protection package that would include a four-year warranty, a Guaranteed Asset Protection and Payment Protection Insurance.

There are even more advantages to dealing with a local company that will offer excellent customer service with timely fitness warranty reminders, auto serviced warranty and insurance renewals and much more. So before you commit to buying your new used car, do your research and choose a reputable car dealer.

Corporate ERP Applications for Small and Medium Businesses: SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics GP are serving a similar market for ERP, MRP, and accounting systems. We assume that your organization is facing the dilemma of replacing your small business accounting application (QuickBooks, Peach Tree or similar) with something more scalable for current and future growth, or you are simply trying to recover, redeploy or upgrade the previous version of SB1 (such as 2005 or 2007 to SAP Business One 8.8) or Great Plains (GPA for DOS, Great Plains Dynamics 6.0, 7.5, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 to the new version 11.0). Let’s try to briefly review and compare these two corporate ERP packages, following the short article genre format:

1.Technical information. Both systems are available on the Microsoft SQL Server DB platform and the Windows Server operating system. Both platforms are open for customization and integrations through software development kits (SAP Business One SDK and Dynamics GP eConnect respectively). Both are open for initial data conversion via integration tools: SAP Business One Data Transfer Workbench (usually for initial data migration, however could be implemented in automated and semi-automated ongoing integration scenarios – see our previous posts ). Dynamics GP also has a friendly integration manager module for the end user (and even for the VBA developer if any modification is desired), where you can design and run (or program) integrations. For both SB1 and GP, you can embed text files (separated by commas or tabs) or connect to your source log database via an ODBC connection. Data repair: In Dynamics GP you can perform very precise data corrections through SQL update statements; however in SAP B1 this is not recommended and SB1 has Early Watch Service to report any direct intervention in the data layer

2. Comparison of main functionality. SAP Business One does not have batch posting (often also known as batch processing), which means that when you add, say Sales Invoice, it is automatically posted all the way to General Ledger. We saw feedback that batch processing functionality adds flexibility (approval cycles, hold processing) and scalability to the corporate ERP system. On the other hand, we did not hear any serious complaints about the automatic posting of SB1 and even companies with more than fifty SAP BO users are working smoothly. Both GP and SB1 should be a good choice for inventory management, light (discrete) manufacturing, or often BOM. SB1 has its own CRM module (Opportunity Management – thick client application, not web based at this time), where Great Plains should guide you through how to buy and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM (web based). The SAP Business One Professional User or Distribution user license should probably give you more features and functionality in warehouse management, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, MRP planning, light manufacturing, and service contract management. Great Plains has comparable features, however they are not typically included with the purchase of the Business Ready Business Essential user license

3. SB1 and GP plugins and third party extensions. Both corporate ERP apps for small businesses have ISV partner channels, where you can look for add-ons. Dynamics GP, being a more mature ERP solution, offers richer business logic options, directly supported by Microsoft Business Solutions. SAP Business One is younger compared to Great Plains Dynamics. For example, SAP Business One does not have the core functionality of the US Payroll module, while Dynamics GP does. If you have unique and specific business requirements for your future corporate ERP application, they may need to be analyzed separately.

4. Internationalization. Here, SAP Business One has additional advantages as it supports Unicode (16-bit characters: Chinese, Japanese, Korean), plus it is localized in mega-countries like Brazil, Russia, India, China, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain. . Microsoft Dynamics GP, in turn, does not support Unicode (current and likely future restriction from Microsoft Dexterity). Dynamics GP is available compared to SB1 in Arabic speaking countries (mostly localized: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, OAE). From the point of view of the internationalization of Corporate ERP, both systems compete in English-speaking countries and in Latin America. If you are a (possibly small) multinational corporation and are implementing SAP Business One in the US headquarters, then SB1 should be the natural choice for you if you are moving to countries like Brazil, China, Germany, Russia, Korea, Japan . If you have Dynamics GP in the US HQ, SB1 should help you expand internationally, especially considering the version 8.8 merger

You may have heard of the 3 day tuna diet and how it can make you lose 10 to 15 pounds fast. You may be so desperate to lose weight, but before you jump on this diet, there are some important things you really need to know.

The Three Day Tuna Diet is one of today’s favorite crash diets. Many people assume that there is no health risk with short diets like this. However, low-calorie diets often have adverse effects on your body’s metabolism. By using this type of diet, you may gain weight later and probably gain back more weight than you actually lost.

This is not a healthy diet as it stars your body. You only get about 978 calories per day. Low calorie diets will starve you for the first day. You’ll know after starting the three-day tuna diet. You will feel sluggish, you will feel cold no matter how many blankets you have, and some people even dream of food dancing right in front of them when they wake up. These symptoms are indications that your body is in starvation mode.

The 3 Day Tuna Diet is almost similar to a very low calorie diet or VLCD for short. The duration of three days is just an illusion. The truth is that you will be on and off this diet for a month.

This type of crash diet consists of eating foods that are not balanced and will not help you lose weight permanently. This diet only allows you small amounts of fish and chicken, some peanut butter, some vegetables, and an apple for dinner. If you follow all that, then you can also eat ice cream, which is not really a healthy diet.

A large portion of the three-day tuna diet is made up of refined carbohydrates that have little or no nutritional value. When you eat very low calorie foods that contain some bread and sugars, your food cravings essentially increase because there is more insulin production when we eat these carbohydrates.

Low calorie diets will only give you food cravings. After dieting for three days, you will most likely end up eating unhealthy foods for the rest of the week, as you are free to eat whatever you want. Studies done in the 1970s have shown that, on average, the 3-day tuna dieter will eventually gain as much as eight pounds within a few weeks of ending the diet. It may help him lose a few pounds at first, but in the end he will most likely gain back the weight he lost or gain back even more.

These foods can help you regulate your mood naturally.

Sadness and grievance: Look for cauliflower, turnip greens, and asparagus. These foods resonate with the immune system, lungs, and large intestine organs that in the Chinese medicine system are associated with the processing of emotional grievances.

Asparagus naturally supports healthy bronchial tissues to open up your lungs when pain makes you feel like you just can’t take a deep breath. Turnips and cauliflower help support your immune system so that the process of grieving and healing doesn’t leave you vulnerable to developing colds, flu, and bacterial infections. It can be challenging enough to deal with the emotional impact of the complaint without the added stress of becoming physically ill. So try these foods to help protect your health during the grieving process.

Affirm while eating these foods: I am breathing deeply and strong in immunity.

Anxiety: Look for yellow or orange foods like pineapple, cantaloupe, and sweet potatoes (great for curbing carb cravings, and yes, you can microwave the potato for a quick snack, though I don’t generally recommend it). Also, cinnamon and ginger teas will help calm anxiety.

Similarly, a cup of butternut squash soup can also calm anxiety. Look for varieties that are low in sugar.

In Chinese medicine, foods that affect anxiety resonate with the energies of the stomach and spleen, or “earth” energies. Therefore, they help a person come back to center when feelings are strong, which can also help process other feelings such as hurt, sadness, disappointment, anger, and fears.

Affirm while eating these foods: I am centered and strong.

Fear: Look for deep-sea fish like salmon or tuna. If you’re vegan, look for seaweeds like nori, wakame, and kombu.

These foods resonate with the kidneys and bladder in the Chinese medicine system that we associate with the element “water”, which governs courage or fears.

Sometimes fear can exist in response to situations on its own, or it can be a secondary emotional reaction to other emotional states. You may feel deeply sad, then fear may arise around thoughts like, “I’m so afraid I’ll never feel joy again.”

Seafood can help overcome fear and rewire us to states of courage by supporting our adrenal glands which can go into overdrive with the fight or flight response when feeling strong feelings.

While eating these foods affirm: I am brave and strong.

Anger: Look for any green leafy vegetables like spinach, mustard or collard greens, romaine lettuce or collard greens. Choose spirulina, cucumber, green vegetable juices with small amounts of carbohydrates.

Anger in the Chinese medicine system resides in the “wooden” organs of the liver and gallbladder. When we support the health of these organs with the foods listed, we empower ourselves to access our sense of peace and calm even when things happen that are naturally frustrating or irritable. These foods will allow you to access your natural patience and compassion even when you feel angry. Drink a bottle of a juice like Suja uber greens, which is low in calories (and no, I don’t get paid to endorse that product; in fact, I drink that juice) when you’re mad. Or juice of cucumbers, kale with cilantro, lemon, green apple and mint.

It’s amazing how calm you’ll feel when you take a moment to detoxify your liver and gallbladder with healing foods.

Affirm as you eat these foods: Compassion and patience are overcoming anger and frustration.

Nervous stress/excitement: Look for almonds, sesame oil or seeds, and spinach.

These foods specifically help calm the energies of the heart associated with fast-moving energy and that exaggerated feeling that keeps you from sleeping, resting, or concentrating on your thoughts. Think of a flame going in many directions.

Affirm this as you eat these foods: I am calming the flame of my arousal.

If you have been given the terrible job of organizing the boys or girls golf tour in Ireland or anywhere else for 2015/2016! You must read my following points, because I would like to share with you some of my thoughts that will help you plan a great golf trip for everyone to enjoy. I’m going to outline a couple of crucial aspects that will ensure you don’t make a complete mess of the task at hand. In this article I will focus on helping you build a great Irish Golf Tour.

Create a checklist… If you do nothing else, just create a checklist. Detail; golf courses, transportation, accommodation, great places to eat at each stop, great shopping, what places to visit, researching Irish sporting events, and anything else you think the group would like to do.

Should you get consensus from the groups which golf courses they would like to play? But be realistic and trust me; the idea of playing Waterville and Royal Portrush on the same trip sounds great, but there is a lot of travel between those courses and you will waste too much time traveling, when you could be playing golf.

Before deciding where you would like to play golf; We typically segment Ireland into four golf destinations, however the areas may overlap depending on the courses you would like to play.

Southwest Golf Courses: Ballybunion GC, Doonbeg GC, Dooks GC, Lahinch GC, Old Head Golf Links, Tralee GC, and Waterville Golf Links.

Southwest Parkland Golf Courses: Cork Golf Club, Adare Golf Club (at the Manor House) and Killeen at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club.

Dublin golf courses (Baltray, European Club, The Island, Portmarnock GC, Portmarnock Links and Royal Dublin)
North & West Golf Links – both courses at Ballyliffin, Carne, Donegal, Enniscrone, Narin and Portnoo, Northwest, Portsalon, both courses at Rossapenna, Rosses Point. (Note that there is a lot of traveling to get from one place to another in the west and north-west of Ireland.)

Northern Ireland golf courses: Ardglass, both courses at Royal County Down, both courses at Royal Portrush, Castlerock and Port Stewart.

If you like a taster of a couple of segments of the Irish golf tour I suggest you try mixing the South West and Dublin and/or North West and North courses. But keep in mind; keep traveling from one place to another until the minimum. There is nothing worse than trying to fit too much into a 4, 5 or 7 day Irish Golf Tour.

The trick here is to make sure you spend as little time traveling in a bus or rental car (by the way, don’t drive, Irish roads can be challenging) and spend as much time playing golf. Or spend time exploring the area you are in. I’m sure you’ll meet more people socializing in the local pubs and maybe you might decide to pack up the clubs for the day and go fishing! I can assure you that you will find all the interesting places to enjoy nice dinners with good entertainment; maybe even enjoy a few pints with the caddies and listen to some great traditional Irish music.

Before you book anything, make sure you are satisfied with the financial commitment of all group members. For example, if you use your credit details to insure 12 golfers at Ballybunion, you’ll be charged up front for the entire bill and you don’t want to be left with an additional fee brother Tom says “oh no I forgot, it’s my sons birthday that week and I can’t go!”

Arrange for comfortable chauffeured transportation and I suggest that, when possible, you avoid driving cars or vans. I usually advise my clients to avoid the hassle with cheap rentals, because there can be a lack of good customer services and it’s only chaos if you’re unlucky enough that the car or van breaks down somewhere in the middle of nowhere. I have seen many disasters and I can always hear an echo of those famous last words “ooooh, I should have listened”.

If this is your first Irish Golf Tour; book guest houses and bed and breakfasts. This is the best way to see Ireland. You will meet and talk to people like never before in your life, spending time with people is fun! Give it a try and I promise you’ll thank me later. Or at least spend a night in a B&B.

If you think the workload is too much for you, give me a call and I’ll create a great golf trip for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of fun things to do in Ireland besides golf and I can take care of that plan for you ladies and gentlemen who don’t play golf. You can leave that job to your average golf tour operator, but I’ll suggest a wider range of things to do and places to see.

If you have any questions about golf trips to Ireland, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I wish you the best of luck and enjoy Ireland!

Are you having trouble getting your wife to orgasm? Can’t do it during intercourse, orally or with your fingers? Even if she looks at you and tells you that she likes to be intimate with you, lie. She really wants you to please her until she can’t take it anymore. She wants to be overwhelmed with sexual satisfaction, but you have no idea about all of this.

Usually you would have someone to talk to about a problem in your life. However, you can’t talk to anyone about this. Your friends always brag about how good they are in bed and how many times they can get their girl to orgasm. They would laugh at you if you asked them a question about the female orgasm. They would tell you that you should be a man and just know these things. What are you supposed to do when you feel alone and helpless?

There are some tips that you can use that will help you and your girl achieve female orgasm tonight. You can make her scream with pleasure until she can’t take it anymore. The best way to achieve female orgasm is to take your time with her. It takes a woman much longer to become fully aroused. It is said that a woman needs 30 minutes to get aroused, while a man only needs 30 seconds. This is a big difference. Stimulate her clitoris, change the speed and pressure, and above all, take your time. Things will start to happen for you.
