What is the premature ejaculation?

Premature Ejaculation is simply the occurrence of the male orgasm before it is desired, there is no absolute time limit, it totally depends on the couple. Ejaculation could be considered premature if it occurs after less than 20 minutes of intercourse; on the other hand, three minutes might be fine. On average, men last about three minutes from penetration to ejaculation.

What are the main causes of premature ejaculation?

it is not strange Premature ejaculation is quite common in men, about a third of men suffer from it and most men experience it at least once in their life.

Masturbation Men generally do their best to reach orgasm as quickly as possible when they masturbate, this can condition you not to last as long when you’re having real sex.

Anxiety and Stress Anxiety can be a huge psychological factor when it comes to premature ejaculation. Some men may feel anxious about their performance in the bag, especially if they lack experience. Any nervousness will make it more difficult to focus on prolonging the orgasm and performing well.

13 things you can do about it

thicker condoms Using thicker condoms is a good solution as it reduces sensation and provides better protection against STDs. Never “double bag” (use two condoms at the same time), this can increase the chance of condom failure.

condoms to enhance performance Condoms are available with a performance-enhancing chemical in the lubricant called benzocaine. Benzocaine increases sexual performance by numbing the penis, reducing sensation, and ultimately allowing it to last longer.

masturbation practice Practice makes perfect! When you get close to orgasm during masturbation, stop and squeeze the base of the penis or just below the head of the penis (the freanulum), continue again once you are ready. Each time, try to last longer than before. You can also try incorporating some of the other tips mentioned in this article. Over time, you should be able to last almost indefinitely, however, you should keep in mind that sex is generally much more exciting than masturbation, so you probably won’t be able to perform as well as you would in your practice sessions.

imagining something mundane This may help, however it is not the best solution, it will reduce the intensity and possibly lead to temporary impotence.

remove it Anticipate when you are about to reach orgasm and take it out early. After a few moments, when the penis softens a bit, you can continue.

Breathe / Relax If you’re approaching climax too quickly, breathe in and out slowly and try to relax your body as much as you can. The body tenses up as you approach orgasm, relaxing can help slow your progress as long as you haven’t passed the point of no return.

stop start The stop start method is quite simple, remove regularly and wait a moment before continuing, you will be able to last much longer without constant stimulation.

Communication By communicating to your partner how close you are to climaxing, you will be able to slow down or stop until you are ready to continue.

Second round! Men usually last longer the second time. If you ejaculate too soon and have lost your erection, you can always engage in other types of sexual activity, such as oral sex, to keep your partner stimulated while you recover.

Experiment with the position You’ll find that some positions are more stimulating than others, so it’s a good idea to experiment with them to find one that doesn’t bring you to orgasm too quickly.

Perform Kegels (pelvic floor exercises) Although the Kegel is an exercise that is practiced more frequently by women, men can also benefit from it. Kegel exercises recruit various muscles in the pelvic diaphragm, including the pubococcygeus muscle. Studies have shown that greater control over the pelvic muscles will not only help with premature ejaculation problems, but can also promote stronger erections and restore erectile function in those suffering from erectile dysfunction.

The scrotal sweater As a man approaches orgasm, the scrotum rises toward the body and semen moves toward the penis. It has been found that gently pulling the scrotum down and away from the body for a few seconds can relieve overstimulation and prevent premature ejaculation.

pre-masturbation Masturbating a bit before sex can help some people perform better, and as noted above, men can usually last longer the second time around. Only try this if you’re fairly young; Otherwise, you may not be able to have an orgasm again or maintain an erection when you have sex.

My story is a mix of here and there. Before one can understand the history of an individual, it is important to have a history of the events that contributed to the creation of that history. I am a twenty-six year old Liberian male living in St. Cloud, MN. I am from Bong County, Liberia and Kpelle by tribe. I was born in Kakata, Margibi County. I have lived most of my life in Liberia, Ghana, and the United States.

Growing up knowing nothing but the sounds of different guns, it all begins in 1989 when former President Charles Taylor launched a military revolution against the government of former President Samuel Doe. I was only five years old then. Many people believe that President Doe was not treating all tribes fairly in his government. He was accused of corruption, of killing innocent people, of having more people from his (Krahn) tribe in the government and therefore the other tribes were underrepresented. Therefore, some saw Charles Taylor as a liberator while others saw him as a problem. Many people believe that Taylor was supported by many international leaders. One such leader was Muammar Gaddafi of Libya (Pham, John-Peter. Liberia Portrait of a Failed State, 2004). There are different perspectives on the cause of the civil war.

The theological perspective believes that war is God’s punishment for all the sins Liberians have committed against him. The political perspective believes that the war is the result of the Liberian government’s failure to meet the legitimate demands of the Liberian people. Others believe that the war was an end product of power struggles (Adedeji, Adebayo, ed. Understanding and Mastering African Conflicts, 1999). For some reason, the war has had a great effect on me personally.

When the war started, I lived with my grandparents in Kakata. Both my father and mother were in the capital city of Monrovia, attending university. My parents and I split up because there was no way they could get back to Kakata. My grandparents and the rest of the family fled from Kakata to a town in Margibi County, deep in Gibi Mountain. We walked more than three hundred miles. I walked alone and when I was tired, my grandfather carried me on his shoulders. My cousins and I took turns being carried on our grandfather’s shoulders. When night came, we slept in the forest with other displaced people fleeing their homes. We ate roots and leaves of different plants, some of which we did not know.

Arriving in a strange town, my grandfather, my older cousins and my uncles went to the mountains to cut some branches from the trees to build a mud house to live in. They built a four-bedroom mud house for the family. Our family was over forty, so we had to manage what little space we had to live. We didn’t stay in the house during the day for fear of being harassed by the rebels. If you were a male captured by the rebels, they make you their worker; on the other hand, women/girls. Therefore, we hid in the bushes during the day and came to sleep in the mud house at night. Families living in the village took turns watching the rebels at night. We were very scared at night and couldn’t sleep well because of it. When we were alarmed that the rebels were coming, everyone had to run and hide in the bushes.

There was not enough food to feed us and the water we drank was not safe to drink. No clothes, no shoes, no toys, no storybooks, nothing a child my age would need was available to me when I grew up. We lived in the bush/village until my cousin’s father fell ill and passed away in 1993. During all this time, we did not know the whereabouts of my parents. In early 1994, one of my uncles finally located us after searching for us for over a year. He informed us that he and my mother escaped to Ghana on a boat that came to take Ghanaians back to their country when the war started in 1989. He said that our uncle who lived in New York gave him some money so that come looking for us.

We left shortly after his arrival in town. Again we start another long walk from the village to (Ivory Coast) a country bordering with Liberia; which is more than five hundred miles away. It took us weeks to get to the border, but we finally got there. My grandfather was sick and had to be carried on my uncle’s shoulder. I was only ten years old at the time. I did not have studies; nothing at all since the war broke out. We got on a bus from the Ivory Coast border to Ghana, where I met my mother for the first time in five years. A month after we arrived in Ghana, my grandfather passed away after a long illness. He was buried in the cemetery of the Buduburam refugee camp in Ghana in 1994.

Starting my life as a refugee in Ghana was another great chapter in my life. I can admit that life in the Buduburam refugee camp was much better than what I had known in the bushes. There was safe drinking water, and food was sometimes provided by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). I remember being very excited to see the white UN trucks loaded with rice, beans, oil, energy cookies, powdered milk and other high-protein foods. Our uncle in New York also constantly sent money for the family to buy food and supplies.

When the refugee arrived, I first started school in 1994 at the age of ten. I was the oldest in my class because it is not common to see a ten-year-old in kindergarten. Although sometimes some of the children made fun of me, I was determined to graduate from kindergarten by any means necessary. Once I settled into school and made new friends, I began to live a normal life. Of course, there were also challenges in the refugee camp. He could not understand the native language of Ghana. My cousins and I had to sell goods to raise money and do other things to help the family, and we had to learn the native language to make a profit.

The story of little Handfull Saydee told by her aunt Jarteh tells some of the tragic things that happened in the refugee camp. Handfull’s mother fled the civil war in Liberia while pregnant with her. Her mother and her father became separated while escaping. Her mother died shortly after giving birth due to complications and the lack of good sanitation facilities in the refugee camp. Handfull now lives in New York with his aunt, who is his legal guardian, in the United States (Heydarpour, Roja. “From the Ravages of War in West Africa, 5-Year-Old Orphan Starts Over With Aunt’s Help.” LexisNexis. com January 10, 2006.) Like little Handfull, I also lived in the refugee camp until 1998, when my mother and I were lucky enough to return to Liberia.

I guess life in Liberia had improved a bit. There were peacekeepers from other countries and they had just had a presidential election that chose Charles Taylor as Head of State. I finally got a chance to meet my father and started to build a relationship with him. When I returned to Liberia, I was in sixth grade. I started school in Monrovia and after a year, I asked my father to send me to a boarding school in the outskirts of Monrovia. My friend and I had planned to attend boarding school together the following school year in September 1999. My father worked for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as a project manager for Phelps Stores. He agreed to pay the school fees so that I could go to boarding school. Life was going well until 2000, when Liberia United for Reconciliation and Democracy unleashed another bloody civil war against the reign of Charles Taylor; a rebel group that accused Taylor of being a dictator.

That war left Liberians thinking they had nowhere to go, once again. When the war was near Monrovia, I came home from school. In 2003, the war came to Monrovia and we had no choice but to flee back to Ghana. Arriving in Ghana in 2003, my father rented a house for our family and went to the United States to resettle there and then send us to look for my brothers and me. I was able to complete my high school in Ghana and joined our parents in the United States in 2004. Since my arrival in the United States, life is getting a little better as time goes by. I lived in Philadelphia for a year and moved to St. Cloud to continue my education.

Although I was unable to have a normal childhood due to the civil war in my country, I think the war has helped me see life from outside the box. I, like many young Liberians in the United States, have come to realize that war is not the answer to any problem. It only destroys things that took years of hard work to build. Sometimes people wonder why I’m twenty-six years old and still in college. I don’t blame anyone for what I’ve been through and all I can say is, “It’s part of my story.” Although I was forced to flee my country, I had the opportunity to learn about cultures from other countries; that alone is a great learning experience. I also made many good friends while living in Ghana. Some of these friends have had a huge impact on my life and we will be friends for life. I have met people from almost all over the world. Moving to the United States has been a life changing experience for me.

I try not to focus only on the negative aspects of the war because it will make me blame others for my situation. I believe that I am still young and have the potential to reach my peak in life. Whatever that peak is, I don’t know, but God knows. I would love to go back to Liberia to help those less fortunate. Liberia now is not like it used to be before the war, but if we, the young people of Liberia, can try to get some education while living here, we can make a big difference in the lives of many Liberians back home. It’s my story and it’s my turn to make an impact.

Tenerife has a very wide range of beaches for visitors to the island to choose from and of course beaches are what most tourists want when on holiday. There are black sand beaches, made from natural volcanic sand, and there are yellow sand beaches, made with sand transported from Western Sahara, or made with sand collected from the bottom of the sea. There are very large and small sheltered beaches, there are seaside resort beaches that are very easy to get to, and there are remote beaches that can only be accessed by footpaths or even by boat, in some cases. Masca beach is like this because it can only be accessed by boat or by making a long and difficult descent down a ravine. There are rocky beaches and mixed beaches where there are rocks, pebbles and sand. With all the different types of beaches available, you’re sure to find the type of beach you like best somewhere on the island. So let’s take a look at some of the best beaches in Tenerife.

Many people think that Playa de las Teresitas in the town of San Andrés, just off the coast of Santa Cruz, the capital of Tenerife, is the best beach on the island. It is made of golden yellow sand from the Sahara and is a very long beach. There is a breakwater that makes Las Teresitas safe for swimmers. It has palm trees on top of the beach that give it a very tropical and exotic appearance, it has parking and it is very easy to get there by road.

In the south of the island are the main tourist centers of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, and it is not for nothing that these places have yellow sand beaches. Playa de las Vistas is one of the most popular of the old resort beaches, while Playa de Troya is the main beach in Las Americas. It offers water sports, hammocks, restaurants and other facilities. Further up the coast are the beaches of Fanabe and Torviscas.

Also, in the south are the beaches of El Médano. Playa la Tejita is a huge sandy beach that is very popular. The only problem with El Médano is that it is very windy, but this has made it ideal for windsurfers.

Most of the black sand beaches are found in the north of Tenerife, and one of the best is known as Playa Jardín in the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz. Awarded the European Blue Flag, this long beach has attractive gardens at the top, hence its name. It is also right next to Loro Parque (“Parrot Park”), a very popular place among tourists on vacation in the Canary Islands.

Further down the northwest coast, right next to the town of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its thousand-year-old dragon tree, we find the black sand beach of San Marcos. Sheltered by cliffs and with a promenade lined with bars and restaurants, this is a true hidden gem, and a beach much frequented by those who have discovered it.

The first three weeks of this year, I had a brief and cursory, but more intimate than usual, look at the National Football League’s hiring process and practices. I concluded that the owners were two-faced slugs with no character; head coaches stabbing in the back; the self-absorbed and egocentric players; and fans thought they knew the game better than the entire NFL organization.

According to Michael MacCambridge, I am right! The book he meticulously researched, America’s Game: The Epic Story of How Professional Soccer Captured a Nation is a close look at the history of football from the end of World War II to the present. Like Anya Seton, another author who uses extensive research for her stories, MacCambridge begins slowly, almost painstakingly, in the first two-thirds of the book, stating facts, figures, and events in somewhat chronological order until about 1970, some 25 years. . She tends to go back, jump forward, and then back again within chapters. The pace picks up considerably towards the end of the book, covering more than 30 years in the last third.

I understand the need to build a foundation for the book, but it seems that MacCambridge skipped important football events and information from the post-1970 era. Of all the great managerial achievements, Tom Landry is only mentioned a few times. But he fared better than other greats like Mike Ditka, whose name appears only once as a possessive; or Bill Cowher, mentioned twice in the context of an unwritten rule not to sleep in the office. Instead, MacCambridge favors numerous quotes from lesser coaches like Brian Billick.

Deion Sanders (portrayed as the beginning of a new era in the NFL, which is the era of the self-absorbed, self-absorbed player) got almost as much publicity as Roger Staubach, which is very annoying to me. Staubach has always been one of my heroes, on and off the pitch. neon deion will NEVER be it the legend or the man that Staubach is.

america game it is not written for the casual football fan. MacCambridge assumes that the reader has much more than a basic education in the sport. I’m not one of those readers, and I’m not familiar with terms like: “pass down and inside”, “1-2 pass attack”, “shallow drag routes”, or hit the receiver “in an outlet pattern “. “.

I don’t have the name of every owner, head coach and general manager memorized. MacCambridge’s tendency to return to a person, identified only by the surname pages after he last addressed her, made rereading necessary and enjoyment of the book more difficult. Who is Thomas (p. 351)? I had to refer to index to find a person mentioned on the last page to find the last reference to him in the Foreword. He also chronicled the games using only the names of the players and not the teams. More reading to find out who won that one.

Another aspect of MacCambridge’s writing that makes this a difficult read is his flair for the dramatic. When Frank Borman, orbiting Gemini 7 in 1965, told Tommy Nobis to “sign with the Oilers,” MacCambridge called it an “interstellar” bidding war. Being in orbit above the earth hardly qualifies as interplanetary, let alone interstellar. He describes a Jets-Colts game as a “harmonic convergence of elements”; and a discussion of the Property Trust had a “Spanish Civil War” feel.

Some sentences just didn’t make sense at all. For example,

“On the field, the verification system allowed the quarterback to hear a different play at the line of scrimmage if the defensive formation threatened the one called in the group.” (p. 201)

Hey? Listen? I know what the award means, but it could have been worded much more clearly.

He described the midnight convoy of Irsay’s Colts defection from Baltimore as “outlined in radiating lights…” Baltimore radiated the Colts when they left?

Despite these obstacles, the book offers several funny moments in the form of very sincere quotes from players and coaches.

But there are so many cases of two-sided ownership: Rosenbloom moving the Rams from Los Angeles to Anaheim against NFL orders or Irsay trading Elway for Denver without consulting Coach Accorsi.

How about backstabbing trainers? Bill Walsh discovered that the reason he had been passed over for the top spot was that his own head coach, Bill Johnson, had been badmouthing him to numerous interested teams. Al Davis and Jerry Jones, ’nuff said.

Kudos to MacCambridge, though, because he addresses those fans, who think they know the game better than anyone else involved in the NFL, very diplomatically:

“So you had the great conundrum of pro football’s popularity: Fans, without access to the team’s playbook, scouting reports, game plans and game movies, don’t really have the tools to fully understand your team’s actions and responses. (p. 412)

Touch!

The best part of the book for a former cowboy fan like myself was the statement that I have known for decades that cowboy fans are good. MacCambridge has documented quotes from Staubach and facts related to Jones’s selfishness, among other statistics, to clearly illustrate this.

If you are a die-hard and know-it-all about football, you will still find this interesting reading. For the rest of us, it gives us a little better idea of the confusing world of football. But at least when we finish reading it, we are fully aware of the fact that we don’t know everything.

Security Scanner Benefits Your Business

Using a security scanner to check for vulnerabilities is a great way to protect your company and your customers. These automated tools are designed to scan and find unpatched or open ports. They also detect and report known vulnerabilities. The results can be customized and can provide critical insights for improving security posture. With this information, businesses can take action.

Another benefit of a vulnerability scanner is continuous monitoring. This gives a security team continuous insight into the status of their infrastructure. Without a security scanner, an IT team would have to spend valuable time manually scanning every device and laptop. However, automated scanners can save IT departments a great deal of time, which they can spend on other tasks.

Another benefit of a security scan is that it can identify systems that are vulnerable to attacks. These tools use threat intelligence and vulnerability databases to identify vulnerable systems. They also identify unknown devices and perimeter points on networks. These tools also help companies identify which systems are vulnerable and how to patch them. The security professional can then conceptualize a strategy to patch these vulnerabilities and limit access to high-risk subsystems.

Security scanners can detect vulnerabilities in operating systems and software. They can even detect new systems. They can even detect configuration errors and unauthorized changes. They are a powerful tool that can prevent problems before they happen. And if you’re a business owner or a manager who cares about the security of your company’s network, you’ll want to use a security scanner to make sure that it protects your systems.

How a Security Scanner Benefits Your Business

When choosing a security scanner, you need to determine what type of scanning is best for your needs. There are two main types of vulnerability scans: unauthenticated and authenticated scans. The former scans check for vulnerabilities in networks and software on a remote server. Unauthenticated scans use open ports to extract information about vulnerabilities. Once you’ve determined which vulnerability your company is most vulnerable to, you can choose to either conduct an internal vulnerability scan or outsource the scanning process to a third party.

In addition to detection of vulnerabilities, a security scanner can analyze libraries and open source packages, providing you with a customized breakdown of risks. Some scanners also integrate with CI/CD tools. They can also automatically scan dependencies, such as container images. This information can be useful for prioritizing remediation steps.

By automating web application security scans, businesses can free up their developers and employees from manual scanning tasks. Moreover, scanners can scan multiple web applications and websites at the same time, without human intervention. This helps them focus on their core activities. Furthermore, they help reduce the number of false positives. By using these tools, you’ll be able to plug any vulnerabilities before hackers can exploit them.

Another important aspect to consider when selecting a vulnerability scanner is how accurate it is. You should choose a scanner that provides the highest level of detail on known faults while minimizing false positives. You should also consider whether it can integrate with your existing vulnerability management program.

CEU For Nurses

What is CEU for nurses? This term refers to continuing education units that nurses earn. They should get these hours of education from a provider that is approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Commission on Accreditation. Nurses can earn CEUs at conferences, seminars, or even during their breaks. These activities are great for gaining new skills and networking with fellow nurses. In addition, nurses can receive CEUs for a wide variety of purposes, including maintaining licenses.

CEUs for nurses are also earned through workplace programs and nursing conferences. These programs usually focus on workplace policies and procedures. Attending professional meetings is also a great way to improve your knowledge of nursing. Although it doesn’t earn CEUs, these meetings often sponsor accredited seminars and other educational activities that fulfill CEU requirements. Nursing education is an essential part of being a professional in this profession. The American Nurses Credentialing Center has standards for Free CEUs for Nurses and is recognized by many state boards of nursing.

Continuing education for nurses is mandatory in 39 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. States vary in the number of CEUs they require, as well as the length of time between renewals. Some states require periodic refresher classes with specific content. Some employers require nurses to fulfill CEU requirements in order to maintain their license. While CEUs can help nurses stay up-to-date on their practice, it is important to check with your state’s board or professional associations to see if it has any requirements.

What Is CEU For Nurses?

The good news is that CEUs are not expensive. Some can be completed for free, while others can be obtained for as little as $50. Some providers even offer a flat fee for unlimited courses. Nevertheless, the most valuable CEU training is costly. The cost of CEUs is usually tax-deductible. Therefore, it is important to make sure you are up-to-date on the latest technologies and therapies. If you’re not sure whether to pursue this course, check with your state board.

What is CEU for nurses? It’s a requirement for RNs to continue their education, mainly because their knowledge of the profession is growing and changing. As such, CEUs for nurses must be relevant to their practice or else they will not count. Some nursing courses even count towards BSN CEU requirements. However, there are other ways to get CEUs for nurses. If you have a few bucks to spare, you can sign up for a free online nursing CEU course.

To keep your license, RNs must complete at least twenty hours of continuing education every two years. CEUs for nurses are required by the Texas Board of Nursing for renewal. For example, an emergency room nurse must complete two hours of forensic evidence training. Similarly, a licensed LPN must complete 30 hours of CEUs every six years. However, LPNs can complete two hours of CEs independently, if they choose.
