Buying property in Belize is not as simple a task as you might initially expect!

First of all, real estate agents as we know them don’t exist! The real estate brokers out there are likely unlicensed, unregulated, and certainly untrained and uninsured.

Second, most (and I mean most) properties for sale are not advertised!

But with property prices remaining affordable, the quality of available properties attractive, the weather beautiful, the people welcoming, the quality of life incredible, and the opportunities in Belize abundant, more and more people need know HOW they can achieve their dream. house in Belize

This article should cover the tips, tricks and important points for your consideration, and go some way towards helping you locate and purchase your ideal Belize real estate!

First part: search for a house.

As mentioned, many properties that are for sale are often not advertised.

Sure, there are occasional ads in the San Pedro Sun or Belize City newspapers and there are some real estate agents who keep up-to-date listings, either available by request or through their websites, but seriously, most properties that are for sale are not advertised – and I’m talking about at least three quarters.

The only way to find out what is really available is to travel to Belize and spend time there among the local people and expats.

You see, the properties that are for sale are usually offered by their owners, and they often choose to skip the middleman: the real estate broker. So, without middlemen or signs, the only way you’ll learn about what’s on the market is to meet locals and expats in the particular areas you’re interested in, and by word of mouth you can start hearing about it. what is actually available.

As soon as word gets out that it’s on the market, chances are you’ll be inundated and have more properties and offers to choose from than you can handle! Get ready and don’t jump at the first opportunity that comes your way!

Second Part: Real Estate Brokers.

Because anyone in Belize can be a real estate broker, the quality you come across will vary greatly!

So be warned: you don’t need a license, insurance, experience or training to become a real estate agent: so what you’ll usually find are expats, hoteliers, shop owners and taxi drivers acting as real estate agents. .

Yes, there ARE some professional agents who are honest and knowledgeable and whose agency businesses are legitimate, but there are also those who make a quick kill selling anything and everything to unsuspecting tourists.

Listen to the experiences of others and if a trusted adviser recommends someone, all the better.

If buying through an agent, commissions in Belize are typically 7% on residential properties and around 10% on land transactions, paid by the seller: and in some cases, as a buyer, you may be charged to view the property if remote. and requires the disbursement of travel expenses. Make sure you are aware of the charges you may be responsible for up front.

Third Part: Property Prices.

Despite a 20-year steady appreciation in Belize real estate prices, property remains attractively priced, especially when comparing prices of similar real estate for sale in the United States or Western Europe.

There are still many offers available in this beautiful Central American country. But it’s not so much what you know as who you know when it comes to getting the best deal for your money.

There is a common sentiment among the expat community in Belize – something along the lines of “the second house you buy or rent is twice the size of the first one and costs half as much” – so don’t part with your money until you are fully satisfied! sure you know what you’re doing!

Prepare to spend time in Belize and be prepared to invest time in meeting and befriending the local people, any influential lawyers and business people and also the local expatriate community. It is through these people that you will find the best real estate at the best prices.

Another point worth considering is that Belize is a country where there are two prices: the local price and the foreign price. Yes, from an expat point of view this is unfair. But from the point of view of a local, the ‘rich’ foreigner who is paid much more for his work in his country than a Belizean in Belize for the same work, may simply pay the higher price.

One way around this is to ask a Belizean friend to ask the price and negotiate for you! Simple!

And yes, bargaining is key: property prices vary wildly from region to region, city to city, and provider to provider. There really is no set valuation structure that someone can base the price of a property or land on.

This means that it is difficult to say exactly how much real estate is worth and how much property prices have actually risen in recent years. It is even more difficult to say what a real estate investor in Belize could expect year after year in terms of the appreciation of any real estate asset. So much so that the saying “you almost always make your money when you buy, not when you sell” applies doubly in Belize.

As a very general guide to property prices, they are highest in Belize City, Ambergris Caye and Placencia, and lowest in the more remote rural areas.

House prices range from USD 15,000 for a basic traditional house in a small undeveloped town to USD 500,000 and more for luxury beachfront villas in, say, San Pedro.

Any agent or vendor you talk to is likely to talk about the potential returns on an investment in property or land in Belize, this is only natural! But what you need to keep in mind is that:-

a) the economy of this country is linked to the US economy and

b) the time it takes to sell a property in Belize can be very long and drawn out (I mean years, not weeks or months), which is something to keep in mind when considering buying a property that you may one day want/need to resell

This shouldn’t necessarily discourage you; After all, you can still buy a lot more for your dollar, pound, or euro in Belize than you can in the US, UK, the Mediterranean region, or Western Europe, but it’s important to take a realistic view. of the property market in whatever country you are considering investing in or relocating to. That way you walk in with your eyes wide open…it’s always better to be a smart shopper!

Part Four: Foreign Property.

The Belizean authorities are open to, and indeed accept, foreign investment, which means they place very few restrictions on foreign ownership of real estate in their country.

In Belize, it is even possible for non-nationals to freely purchase prime beachfront property. There used to be a license requirement for a foreigner to purchase land larger than 10 acres or 1/2 acre in a major town or city, but this requirement has been repealed.

The only rules and restrictions are:-

The foreign purchase of any island must have the approval of the Government through the Ministry of Natural Resources.

In certain coastal and cay protected areas, the purchase of land and property by non-locals must be approved by the local village council.

Part Five: Legal and Financial Considerations.

I always suggest that people seek qualified legal advice when dealing with an undertaking as large and far-reaching as buying real estate!

Belize is no exception!

In fact, in Belize, lawyers are generally considered to be trusted and well-connected pillars of the community with real power. And their fees are typically around 2% of the purchase price…this should cover title searches and drafting of transfer documents.

In terms of enabling you to fulfill your real estate dreams, the onus is going to fall on you! It is extremely difficult for non-residents to obtain mortgages from banks in Belize, therefore most buyers are able to pay cash for their purchase or have financing from a financial source outside of Belize.

However, some new developments with mortgages attached by the developer are emerging; real estate developers are often the first to notice a potentially untapped market.

Basically, the terms that are currently available to buyers of such properties are:

The developer retains title to the property until the buyer has paid in full for the property.

The buyer makes a 10% down payment and the remainder is paid back over 10 years at 10% simple interest per year.

Terms of course will vary from this to say 50% up front and the remainder payable over three to five years at 12 to 15% interest.

However, keep in mind that the best prices will be for cash offers.

You will need to factor in an additional 12 – 15% on top of the purchase price for fees and costs.

You have the title transfer fee which is also known as “stamp tax”. This is a mandatory 5% for every buyer, regardless of their nationality, with an additional 5% payable by non-Belizean citizens, making a total of 10%.

This will apparently increase to 12% in the near future.

If you have become a resident of Belize through the Retiree Incentive Program, you are exempt from the 5% second stamp duty for non-citizens.

Then you should have your lawyer’s fees, which will be around 2% of the purchase price.

Finally, you will have property taxes that actually vary from area to area based on the type of land or property purchased. In general, expect to pay about 1% per year of the value of undeveloped land…but talk to your attorney for more exact figures related to the property or land you are interested in purchasing.

These days, most experts will advise you to create a business plan before you decide to take the risks associated with starting a business. A laundromat is often a bit more complicated than other small business models, making the need for research, planning, and clear direction even more essential for entrepreneurs entering the coin-operated laundromat industry.

A laundry business plan will help you prove to yourself that your ideas are viable. With a plan in place, you’ll be able to set clear goals and chart a path to achieve them in an organized way. A solid business plan can become essential if you have to show it to financiers or investors before you get the start-up funds you need. Lastly, it will help you be more realistic and ask yourself some tough questions about your ideas.

In this article, we have laid out a sample laundry business plan layout. We have set out some examples of titles and content that you might consider using. Feel free to use it as a template as you proceed to put together your own plan.

presentation letter

Your plan should be laid out neatly in a folder with a cover page that describes what the report is about and who contributed to it. Your plan is likely to be read by many different parties, so you may consider attaching a cover letter to each one that specifically addresses the reader, outlining the concerns they will have.

content page

If the plan is longer than a couple of pages, it should include a table of contents. This includes a list of all headings and subheadings along with a reference page so the reader can quickly locate the information.

Executive Summary

An executive summary is a simple introduction to the report. Give the reader a brief introduction to your business plan and summarize each section of the plan.

mission status

While not essential, some companies like to establish a mission statement that describes their purpose or business philosophy. It usually covers non-financial reasons. For a laundromat, it could say that you strive to provide the best service to your customers, or that you want to provide them with a clean, safe, and efficient way to do laundry. Your mission should be to do what’s best for the customer and be better than your competitors.

Background

Provide readers with some background on yourself and anyone else involved with the proposed laundromat. Readers may want to know what your qualifications are and if you have had any experience in business or in the coin laundering industry.

Provide background on the local coin laundering industry so that readers better understand the opportunities available.

If your planning has been in progress for a while, you may want to update the reader on the stage you are at. If you are considering purchasing an existing laundromat, you will also want to describe the history of the business in this section.

business description

Give readers a basic overview of the proposed coin laundering business. When will your new unit open to the public? Where will it be found? Will you have a laundry attendant all day or just part time?

Objectives and goals

Set a list of realistic goals that you want to accomplish with the business in the first year or two. Such goals could be financial and relate to monthly gross or net profit. They could also be related to other metrics, such as number of members or customer satisfaction rates. Thinking longer term, you can also set goals to expand into new locations.

startup requirements

Before you can launch your new laundry business, you need to know exactly what you’re going to need and how much it will cost. Costs will include everything from equipment purchases, renovations, and marketing, along with professional fees and compliance costs.

Once you’ve listed everything, you can calculate your total startup cost. From here you can mention some of the options you have to finance the laundry. Mention how much you will be able to contribute yourself and how much external financing you will need.

Products and services

Review the services you plan to offer to customers. In addition to a basic machine washing service with washers and dryers, you can also offer more exclusive services such as ironing or dry cleaning. Take note of the products that will be sold on the site. Obviously, you’ll be selling laundry-related products like soap powder and fabric softener, but you can also offer unrelated products like coffee and soft drinks.

Market analysis

As a prerequisite for writing a plan, you should have done at least a little market research in the area where you propose to open your self-service laundry. You can present your findings in this section of the plan.

In your research, you should try to find out if there is enough demand for a laundromat in the area in question, and if so, exactly what kind of services people within this target market want.

You should also consider the competition you have in the local area. Create a map showing the catchment area of your customers keeping in mind that customers will generally go to the laundromat that is most convenient for them to get to. Look at the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors. Will it be possible to get customers out of the catchment area of competing laundromats? Can you make your service much more attractive than theirs?

Marketing plan

Set up a plan to attract new customers to your laundromat and convert them into repeat customers. The marketing component of your plan should cover everything from developing your brand, pricing, advertising, other marketing methods, and customer service.

Remember that in the laundry business you will depend on building long-term relationships with repeat customers. Not only do you need to focus on attracting new customers, but you also need to focus on satisfying and ‘over-delivering’ your existing customer base. If you retain your customers and please them, you’ll also benefit from referrals and word of mouth.

business operations

Establish a plan for the daily operation of your laundry. Take note of the equipment you will have installed and how the demands for water and power will be met. Mention how you plan to maintain the machines.

Discuss your daily staffing needs. What role will you, as the owner, take on in the day-to-day operation of the laundry? How many employees will you need and what will their responsibilities be?

What other systems will you have in place to ensure the laundry runs smoothly every day and that you can control and manage the business efficiently? Will you have a computer system to keep track of stocks and cash flows? What about a security system?

Financial analysis

Last, but most important, a solid business plan will include detailed financial forecasts over a period of two to three years. This data is best displayed in spreadsheets so you can set up a column for each month. Some companies include more than one spreadsheet to allow for different situations. You might consider including one as a best-case scenario and others that show revenue growth at a slower-than-expected rate.

Try to identify a break-even point where the business would basically be running without making a profit, but not losing money at the same time. Then you will have an idea of the volume of clients that you will have to aim for. To calculate the break-even point, you need to assume an average customer spend per visit, and then calculate the number of customer visits needed on a monthly basis.

If you are borrowing money to start the business, you should also include a repayment schedule to show how quickly the loan will be paid off.

appendix

Many assumptions are made in business plans, so it is important to be able to give reasons for why you made those assumptions. Instead of guessing, you should try to include data that supports his theories. Include an addendum at the end of your plan that lists any supporting materials that do not fit neatly on the report pages. These could include maps, images, spreadsheets, tables, and lists of references and sources, to name just a few examples.

In Part 1 we identified a physical component and a mental component as two key factors to consider in any strategy designed to take control of our health. In Part 2, we looked specifically at the mental factor and what kind of strategy we could use to reprogram the subconscious mind.

So first let’s reset the position…

# While the barriers to taking control of our health may seem primarily related to the physical state of the body, they are also psychological in nature. In fact, it seems likely that we have somehow turned off our ‘good health button’.

# We do not pay enough attention to the power of the subconscious mind to influence the state of our health.

# Without realizing it, we have been deeply conditioned to accept poor health and aging as an inevitable and normal part of life.

Let’s explore this last point a bit more…
Marketers discovered long ago that the best way to sell health products was to promote the symptoms of poor health and aging. Then there are the health authorities who routinely release shocking statistics telling us how likely we are to get cancer, diabetes, heart attack, etc., no wonder we believe we can’t escape. Add to that our friends and relatives who keep showing up because of one thing or another and the ‘well meaning’ who tell us it’s not our fault we’re sick; in other words, it is out of our control.

Then there’s us! Arguably we are the biggest culprits of all. Most of us practice what can best be described as “health madness.” Whether it was Benjamin Franklin or Albert Einstein or both, they defined insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” I like to use the term “health madness” to characterize the attitude of most of us towards our health.

We do the same old things, we treat our bodies the same way, we have the same old thoughts, and yet we hope that our health will improve or at least stay the same. What we need is a strategy that can help us escape the ‘health madness’ trap by ‘automatically’ changing our thinking and the way we do things, so that we can take control of our health.

As you can no doubt imagine, the conditioning we receive can be an extremely powerful block to achieving lifelong health. No matter what we consciously try to do for our health, buried in our subconscious is the ‘fact’ (as far as our mind is concerned) that sooner or later aging and declining health will catch up with us.

The obvious solution is to reprogram the subconscious mind. However, that is not so easy to do because the subconscious mind is quick to identify any hint of doubt that we may harbor. What that means is that in any course of action unless we believe:

# We absolutely want the result;

# We are able to achieve the desired result;

# The desired result will be achieved,

then it won’t happen. This may explain, at least to some degree, why approaches such as the use of positive thinking, affirmations and, for that matter, taking pills, don’t seem particularly successful in restoring and maintaining long-term health.

So the bottom line is that to improve our health we have to satisfy the subconscious mind. We need to know without a doubt that we are in total control of our health, to know with certainty that we can create any level of health and sexual satisfaction. We wish.

Arguably the most powerful way this can be accomplished is through action and reward. This means that if we really want to take control, all the techniques we use must be things to do and not things to just contemplate. Equally important is the fact that the techniques must produce rewards that are so powerful that they reinforce and develop the belief that you are in control of your health.

In short, the preferred strategy is to put you directly in charge of your health by reprogramming your subconscious mind through action and removing uncertainty through strongly positive outcomes. That said, there are few if any approaches that can compare in power to the experience of taking control of your health, the thrill of incredible potential, and the exquisite sensual pleasure gained through the informed and active exploration of her body.

The success of the strategy lies in the fact that the techniques used can produce such gratifying and notorious results that the user cannot help but be convinced of the control they have over their health. Once they experience that fact, any messages about the inevitability of ill health and aging that may be stored in their subconscious mind will be erased.

Many managers are looking for ways to improve their business communications and reduce wasted time inside and outside their companies. Are the more common business communication tools of meetings and emails the real problem? According to recent studies, the number of meetings and their duration has increased, but meetings are often less than 50% productive. Are we using meetings when another communication tool like email could be more effective? Email usage is on the rise and this too is getting a bad reputation as being overused or poorly built. Emails are used for internal communications and external marketing, so they need to be effective. Many managers are looking for ways to reduce both meetings and emails in their companies. Is reduction the answer or is the answer to use the tools correctly and more effectively?

I’ve written a book on meeting management and articles on what goes wrong in meetings, so I know where most people need help. I wanted to confirm that others may be concerned about what can go wrong in meetings and that meetings need to improve. Since I recently wrote an article online titled Taking care of manners in meetings, so I thought it might be helpful to use a popular Internet search engine to gauge the importance of the topic of “meeting etiquette” or “meeting manners.” Using these as keywords in my search, the combined total was over 41,900 results. Just to see if there was agreement with some of my meeting improvement ideas in my articles and books, I read some of the results that had descriptions indicating that they would provide solutions. Much of the text I read included some of the thirteen elements from my article or some of the suggestions from my book. However, they often listed other problem areas that were specific to the job. While the article I reviewed didn’t deliver all of the same things that I felt were essential, they did reinforce my belief that meetings are important and that everyone should know how to leverage this method of group communication for business purposes.

After searching for meetings, I decided to check out “email etiquette” and got over 348,000 results. I scanned the list of options on the first few pages and checked the ones that said to include tips in their descriptions. Some that I read I agreed with as being relevant to professional emails and others I disagreed with because they might work for personal email but were not the correct use for business communications. However, I found that much of the text matched many of the thirteen I listed in the online article I wrote last month titled “Encouraging Email Etiquette”. Some justified their belief in what they claimed with an explanation, but most did not. In order for people to display proper email etiquette, they not only need to know what is acceptable, but also why it should be the norm. Email is a great communication tool, but only if the receiver understands what the sender is trying to say. While you may not agree with all of the email etiquette items I reviewed, the number of results clearly indicates that this is a valid communication concern for business professionals.

He wanted to know if the two most popular business communication tools needed to be scaled down or if they should be used effectively. Turning to the Internet as a research tool, I’m not sure if the resulting numbers can indicate which tool people really need help with the most or which one is being used the most. Either way, I’m sure the results indicate that all professionals need to improve their communication skills for both meetings and email for business purposes. Improvement and proper utilization is more realistically the answer to business communication problems than trying to reduce the necessary use of meetings or email.

How to boost your digital security for peace of mind

From the recent Facebook data breach to compromised customer data at big companies like FedEx and Delta, personal security is more relevant than ever.

In fact, it might even look like our data is under attack!

While you can’t always avoid data security issues, here are 12 ways to help protect yourself in this fast-moving digital age:

1. Stop sending sensitive information digitally.

This may seem like a no-brainer, but many people email tax documents to their accountant or text a password to a family member in a pinch.

2. Beware of public Wi-Fi networks.

Anything you send to a coffee shop or airport can be intercepted by someone on the same network. Consider using a VPN (virtual private network) when you are away from home.

3. Secure your texts.

Whether you use a free app like WhatsApp or a paid Android or iOS solution, there are many options for end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only you and the recipient see the messages.

4. Stay up to date.

If you don’t, you could be at risk of attacks from malware, viruses, and cybercrime. Make sure your operating system and software are up to date; many devices do this automatically.

5. Worry less about wireless.

Secure your wireless network with a password so that no one can access your Wi-Fi network and steal information.

6. Beware of sneaky email scammers.

Today’s phishing emails can contain links that lead to realistic-looking websites. Never provide passwords or other sensitive information via email, text, or phone unless you’re sure you’re talking to the real organization.

7. Lock your laptop.

Make sure your laptop requires a password when it starts up. That way, if it’s stolen or praying eyes try to access your device, they’ll stop before they start.

8. Clear data.

If it’s time for a new laptop or smartphone, make sure your data isn’t hanging around. Once you’ve backed up the data you need, use a software program to permanently erase your hard drive.

9. Choose security questions wisely.

Avoid using common words in your passwords. Period. Google estimated that someone would have a 19.7% success rate when answering “pizza” to “What is your favorite food?” Customize the questions or choose the hardest to guess.

10. Avoid non-https sites.

Https stands for “Secure Sockets Layer Hypertext Transfer Protocol” (also known as having an SSL certificate). Sites without an “s” at the end are not safe if you are asked to make a purchase or send private or sensitive data that could be intercepted.

11. Pay attention to privacy settings.

Choose who can see the content you post on sites like Facebook and Instagram, and who can see your profile.

Opt for the highest level of privacy possible, but keep in mind that some settings will prevent potential customers from seeing your posts, so strike a happy balance that doesn’t sacrifice your social media marketing efforts!

12. Back up your data.

If your device is stolen or compromised, what happens to that work report or your niece’s baby photos? Schedule automatic backups through your operating system or a cloud service.

While even the biggest and brightest companies can be hacked or otherwise attacked, these online security tips can help you reduce some of the risks.

Also, if you’re hiring a professional web developer to help you with your business, make sure they’re aware of current security issues. We build websites with our customers’ security in mind and perform regular security updates for your ongoing peace of mind.

A frequently asked question when it comes to personnel management is: “We always hear about following the law in terms of ‘pay and conditions’, but what exactly are ‘pay and conditions’ and where does the law fit in? “

The following is a helpful summary of the main payment areas and terms covered, as well as key points to keep in mind.

PAY – Paying employees covers the following areas:

* Payment of ordinary wages and salaries, as required by the minimum legislative standards, awards, agreements and provisions of individual contracts

* Overtime pay

* Shift loads and assignments

* Other assignments, such as first aid, travel, entertainment

* Salary package: provide other benefits as components of the overall remuneration package

* Income tax deduction from employee pay

* Other pay deductions authorized by employees

* Bonuses, commissions and other incentive payments

* Enforcement of Garnishment Orders: When a court orders deductions from an employee’s wages to the party who obtained the court order

* Provide pay stubs to employees setting out full details of pay and deductions (including taxes)

* Maintenance of payroll records in compliance with the legislation.

CONDITIONS – ‘Conditions’ refers to the conditions of employment and the rights of employees. The extensive areas covered include the following:

* Hours of work: Covers full-time versus part-time employment, casual employment, regular work hours, overtime, non-standard hours (such as weekend or night work or work on holidays), shift work, fixed-term work/fixed project contracts, flexible work hours, scheduled days off, meal breaks, break times, waiting/call-back provisions, travel time to /from jobs.

*Leave: Includes annual leave, personal/caregiver leave, caregiver unpaid leave, compassionate leave, unpaid parental leave (includes maternity, paternity, and adoption leave), long-service leave, and military leave defense, all of which are basic rights that are available to all employees who qualify for them. Other forms of leave that employers often provide to employees include study leave, emergency services leave, cultural/ceremonial leave, and unpaid leave.

* Holidays: employees are entitled to official holidays. If the employer requires them to work those days, they may be entitled to fines and/or other benefits (such as time off instead of a later date).

Key points to remember about payment and conditions

Be proactive: Compliance with the obligations in terms of remuneration, working conditions, conduct and work performance of employees implies, first of all, complying with all applicable legal requirements in these matters. However, it also means being proactive: providing a supportive workplace and work culture, attracting workers to your company in the first place, encouraging good employees to stay with your organization and acting promptly if problems arise, order to prevent or minimize adverse consequences. .

Be aware of legal obligations: The first step is to be fully aware of all the legal obligations that you must comply with. These cover the following areas: employee pay, working hours, leave entitlements, vacations, working hours, etc. Study the documents that affect these areas (legislation, awards and agreements, individual employment contracts, and organizational policies/procedures) and establish a compliance system that ensures you continue to comply and can be aware of any changes that occur, such as new legislation and jurisprudence.

Policies and procedures: Many aspects of employee conduct and performance are covered by workplace policies and procedures, such as the days off list policy, work-life balance policy, and company vehicle policy. the company. Prepare policies that cover the various topics of your business, back them up with procedures (which are steps to implement the policies practically), and make sure they are widely publicized, explained to employees, and clearly understood by employees. Many employers refer to these policies and procedures in employment contracts. However, to reduce the risk of a breach of contract claim, you should avoid including them in the terms of the contract. Very small businesses may find putting together a bunch of policies burdensome and unnecessary. However, court cases have held that even the smallest businesses should have policies in place. If you are not sure which policies are appropriate for your business, you should seek advice.

Get Market Rates In Payment: To ensure you remain competitive as an employer, research pay rates and other terms offered by rival companies in your industry or locality. Surveys are commercially available from sources such as employers’ organizations and recruitment agencies/consultants, or you can make informal ‘information sharing’ arrangements with other employers. In return, you must be willing to participate in surveys and provide data on your own organization’s rates and payment terms.

Subprime credit these days can be obtained very easily and through no fault of your own. Sure, there are cases of financial mismanagement and job loss, but the world is also suffering from an epidemic of identity theft. What used to be unusual is now something that has happened to you, a friend, or a family member at least once. Stealing a credit card number to make purchases is one thing, but the trail left by someone who successfully used your Social Security number can be quite long and difficult to remove. However, there has to be a proven solution to not only fix those errors but also prevent them from happening.

So, assuming either scenario occurred to you, you don’t really find out until it’s too late. This is when you apply for some type of credit and they deny it. Many of you may already know the status of your credit. Either way, let’s assume you’re really looking to fix it. There are many reasons for better credit, including a new or reliable car, moving to a better place to live (buying a new house or renting a nice place), maybe a credit card because it’s so much cheaper than payday loans. payment, and other things. . Oh yes, there are also employment issues.

Most of us search the web for everything, including credit repair. In addition to the credit repair signs you see all over town, there are other ways credit repair companies or individuals get your attention. Once they have it, it’s usually like this… “we’re glad you’re looking to repair your credit… in order to repair your credit, we’ll need a copy of your most recent credit report and our service fee.” Remember, no one works free these days, and your fee can be free up front, usually in the hundreds or it can be on a monthly down payment, like a popular law firm that starts with an L. Regardless of how you settle with them, they tell you that they are providing a service and depending on the items on your credit report, this process will take some time. So if you’re paying a monthly fee, this might be for… who knows…

One more thing, are you going to give someone the tools they need to steal your identity? (Your credit report that has your social, date of birth, addresses, employment information, and such).

Here’s the worst part, let’s say you paid your monthly installment or down payment and it’s been 11 months since you started your credit repair. You go to apply for a loan somewhere and they deny it to you. So you contact your company or so called law firm and ask them why it wasn’t approved? Your automated response is similar to “well sir/ma’am, we do offer credit repair, but we can’t guarantee that your credit applications will be approved because we don’t know which companies you’ve applied to and what they’re looking for. Mainly, focus on bad credit and try to repair it”. So after getting the feeling that someone is scamming you, you try to get a refund because why the hell would you fix your credit if your credit applications are going to be denied… right? again, your automated response is like this… “We can’t give you refunds for a service because we have to pay our staff, this is not a product but a service, therefore no refund for services…”

Unfortunately, it is not illegal in the United States to offer services, receive money, and not provide what you offer. It just becomes a civil matter if you have the money to go that far, and usually the judge goes to the service provider. Not only is this a massive waste of money, but if you value time more than money (like I do), it’s a double loss.

Lucky for you, there’s actually a way to really achieve your credit goals. Before we dive into that, let’s define accomplished. If you want to get your loan applications approved, get UNSECURED credit cards, upgrade your vehicle, and buy a home, then this is for you. Also, if you want to fix your credit without sharing your personal information, like your credit report, with anyone, then this is for you too.

There is a way to properly repair your credit, whatever it contains, and turn it into a primary credit file that banks and financial institutions pay to enter into your book of business. You ask how this is done? well, very simple actually. Banks and financial institutions have tactics they use with their own customers to increase their book of business. You don’t need a crystal ball to know that all credit applicants are not approved. Do you wonder what banks do with non-approved customers? Well, depending on the type of business they’re trying to bring in and if you’re a current customer of theirs, they can take you by the hand and take you from denial to approval. This only works if the customer follows your instructions, step by step. And most of them do it because they are looking for the financial product in the first place.

Not all banks will do this for their customers. Examples are, let’s say the credit file will take longer than average to repair, let’s say the customers’ loan application is not substantial for their time, let’s say they are too busy… the bottom line is that not everyone receives the help they need. they want, and are usually turned down because it’s not illegal not to help someone with bad credit.

The same tactics these institutions use are now available to you in a video course that takes less than a day to complete. These are not new tactics or procedures, but instructions that have been behind your walls for decades, with proven results. Here’s the real catch, not all credit files are bad, in fact, there are many applicants who don’t get their credit applications approved who don’t have collections or other negatives on their credit report. Most are simply missing the other ingredients that banks look for before issuing credit approval. The procedures are designed to generate credit approvals on many levels, but your credit is repaired by default, but that is not the main goal of the program.

Bottom line, don’t be fooled by these companies who say they will fix your credit only to find out the hard way that nothing ever got done. This credit course comes directly from the only source of qualified information to adequately achieve your credit objective, which are the banks.

When you talk to someone face to face, it’s easy to understand what they’re saying. After all, we don’t just speak with our mouths; in fact, we also communicate using our bodies. When face to face, you can read someone’s hand gestures, body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions. All this makes it very easy to understand what the person is saying.

Online is a whole different ball game. When you communicate with someone via email, forums, or even webcasts, it’s not always that easy. After all, you can’t read any of the expressions mentioned above.

However, by following a few simple rules, you can make network communication much easier.

  • Write clearly. It is often difficult to write what is actually quite easy to say. But writing neatly can be confusing for the reader. Instead, think about what you want to say and write short, clear sentences. Sentences peppered with punctuation can be read in a variety of ways and can confuse the reader; again, stick to short, clear sentences.

It also helps to close your message with a bit of humor or other “niceness.” This will help prevent your overall message from appearing dry. It is very easy for people to confuse blunt and blunt with sassy when reading.

  • Learn netiquette. Online there are different rules of courtesy. Did you know that writing in capital letters means shouting? This is an easy mistake for a newbie to make and one you’ll want to avoid.

Also, using too many exclamation points can make your message seem unreasonable or a bit over the top. And on the other hand, too direct sentences without the use of humor can come across as harsh or unemotional. Try to find the balance between using expressive punctuation marks like exclamation marks and not using them at all.

You can also use emoticons online to express how you feel: a smiley face at the end of a direct message can make a big difference in the reader’s overall impression. However, if you are writing in a more professional manner or want your message to be taken seriously, too many emoticons, such as happy faces, can make you seem unprofessional or someone not to be taken seriously. Again, it’s all about striking the right balance.

  • Explain yourself. Particularly when it comes to colleagues and subcontractors, it’s important that they know from the outset that when you’re writing a business message, you can do it in a very direct way. Ask them not to take it as something other than what is written in the message.

This is a particularly effective strategy when dealing with virtual helpers like writers or virtual assistants. You just may not have the time to include a chatty message with each and every email. Explain that your DMs don’t mean you’re upset or anything, you’re just communicating about the job at hand.

Hopefully these three rules will help you avoid many pitfalls of online communication. It’s also helpful to note that sometimes you can read a message differently than the writer intended. It is always best to approach these situations with caution by simply asking the writer to explain what they mean. The worst thing to do would be to go all guns blazing and then realize you didn’t really get their message: oops!

Do you have a new business and are you looking for ways to establish your brand in the market? Perhaps you already have an established business and are just looking for ways to promote your brand and expand your marketing efforts? A fun and creative way to get the word out is by using promotional products with your company logo.

Brand recognition through promotional products

Harness the power of brand recognition. The best marketers know that brand recognition is the secret ingredient to a company’s long-term success. That success is not based on the latest fashion, but on the careful cultivation of a brand that its customers know and trust. The sky is the limit for the types of products you can promote with our company logo or brand. Examples include frisbees, t-shirts, pens, mugs, golf balls, calculators, umbrellas, USB sticks, and more!

Company online store

Chances are, you already have a website for your business with details about your products, services, mission statement, etc. Many companies set up a separate online store site just to sell and promote their logo promotional products, mainly to their employees, but also to the public. This separate company online store will provide a solution to successfully manage your brand. You can then consolidate all of your marketing materials (brochures, flyers, organizers, etc.) so that they are a consistent representation of your brand.

Most business owners are too busy to worry about purchasing logo products and all the order processing involved. Go with a company that offers a turnkey solution and it will take all the headache out of product selection, processing your orders, fulfillment, tracking and reporting information.

Employee recognition and incentive programs

Another benefit of having an online store to promote your brand is employee recognition, employee incentives, and employee rewards programs. Many companies reward their employees by giving them points or a budget to spend in the company’s online store. Employees feel appreciated when they get high-quality logo promotional products, and getting those products out to the public strengthens the company’s overall brand. So this marketing approach is a win-win!

Think outside the box when finding ways to promote your brand and show employee appreciation. You can set up a site and allow employees to spend a certain amount based on the number of years of service. You can let them earn points based on meeting company goals that can be spent in-store or just let them order promotional products as needed for company events, trade shows, etc.

In short, establishing a company online store with high-quality logo promotional products and a turnkey operation to deliver those products will help your company drive overall brand recognition and ultimate success.
