The emperor angelfish, Pomacanthus imperator, is a member of the Pomacanthidae family. The Pomacanthidae family includes all marine angelfish. There are seven listed genera and 86 species collectively called angelfish. None of these species are freshwater fish. Angelfish populate shallow-water reef formations in tropical ocean regions. The emperor is indigenous to the Indian and Pacific oceans. Its habitat ranges from the Red Sea to the coast of Hawaii and from southern Japan to the Great Barrier Reef.

The Emperor gets its name from its majestic color palette consisting of electric blue, royal blue and bright yellow. The coloration of this species is clearly different between adults and juveniles. When young, this species has a deep blue color on the body and tail fin. Contrasting dramatically against the dark body are concentric circles of black and white rings that expand much like ripples in still water when disturbed by a falling object. These circles start in the tail region and work their way to the head of the fish. At approximately four years of age, the fish will undergo a morphological color change as part of its transition to adulthood. Adults have blue and yellow horizontal stripes along their body, a black mask, bordered with blue around the eyes, and tail fins that are yellow instead of dark blue. Captive-bred juveniles are generally not as vividly colored as their native counterparts. This may be due to a nutritional deficiency in captivity that has yet to be determined.

These are one of the most expensive saltwater species. You can expect to pay anywhere from $80 to over $300 for one of these fish, depending on their size and level of maturity. These fish are also traded as Imperator (commander of the Roman legions) or Imperial Angelfish.

This species is not recommended for the hobby aquarist. They are intolerant of anything but pristine water conditions. They grow to an adult length of 15 inches. They require a minimum tank size of 100 gallons. They are also prone to parasite infestation. If you have a quarantine tank it is advisable to isolate them for a minimum of two weeks before introducing them to your other fish. If you buy one from a local retailer, they may agree to quarantine it as part of the purchase agreement.

These are moderately aggressive animals. They tend to intimidate smaller fish and may well eat them. They should only be housed with larger species of a similar nature. Emperor fish are extremely territorial with members of their own species in the far reaches of captivity. You should not try to add more than one to your aquarium.

Although native to tropical reefs, this species is not a suitable candidate for a marine reef aquarium. These fish will become very large omnivores. They will readily devour the smallest crustaceans in your reef tank. And they will see both your collection of soft and stony corals as a delicacy to savor.

Remember that this species is known to have an as yet unidentified nutritional deficiency when bred in captivity. They should be fed a diverse diet that mimics their dietary habits in the wild as closely as possible. They will eat frozen seafood, vitamin-enriched brine shrimp, and seaweed. Your diet should be supplemented with fresh, chopped seafood from your grocery store on a regular basis. Shrimp, molluscs, squid and octopus are recommended entrees. You can buy marine foods specially developed for angelfish. They will include a percentage of sponge cake in the ingredients. The sponge is a primary source of nutrients for these fish in the wild. It is strongly recommended that you thoroughly research the dietary requirements of this species before deciding to go to such a large expense.

What is boutique clothing for girls? Boutique brands are ‘dream’ clothing lines by independent designers, produced in limited quantities and sold in small independent shops, also known as boutiques. Sometimes boutique clothing is made and sold directly by the designer or by trunks. Often these cute outfits are made to order and sometimes the design is absolutely unique. However, there are a number of independent girls’ clothing brands that are factory-made, mass-produced, sold in stores across the country, and have a worldwide following.

In the world of faceless conglomerates, boutique clothing offers a great alternative to big name brands. Persnickety Clothing, Mustard Pie Clothing, Matilda Jane, Giggle Moon, and Joyfolie shoes are just a few of those brands.

In the following paragraphs I will talk about the benefits of buying boutique for your girl.

  1. Boutique clothing for girls is unique and exclusive. Because these cute outfits for girls are made in limited quantities (and are sometimes one-of-a-kind), it’s highly unlikely that you’ll find a child wearing the same outfit as your daughter or granddaughter. Boutique girl outfits often attract attention with their distinctive designs and win praise with their cuteness. Another reason for exclusivity is the way these garments are sold. Some designers only make their clothing to order, and while custom order “locations” are in high demand, the number of these locations (in other words, the number of custom orders the designer is able and willing to fulfill) is limited. . Other brands sell their products through trunks. A trunk shows clothing samples to a small group of people, takes orders, and then ships them to the main office. Due to limited quantities, not all orders are filled. The time, effort, and sheer luck it takes to shop for boutique girls’ clothing add to its exclusivity.
  2. Girls boutique clothing supports local communities and small businesses. These cute outfits are designed by small, often family-owned, businesses. They are made in relatively small factories primarily in the United States and are sold in independent stores. Anything related to children’s boutique clothing supports small businesses and, at the end of the day, gives back to local communities. When you shop at a store, you shop locally. Even when you shop online, you typically shop with small, family-owned e-commerce businesses in the United States.
  3. Boutique clothing for girls is quality before quantity. Freelance designers keep in close contact with retailers and the end consumer of their products. They take feedback and suggestions seriously and make quality and comfort an important part of their designs. There is a good reason to do that. Without the huge marketing budgets of big brands, boutique brands rely on word of mouth as their primary marketing tool. In the world of social media, positive feedback is crucial to the survival and growth of independent children’s clothing brands.
  4. Girls boutique clothing holds its value. Due to their high quality, uniqueness and exclusivity, indie children’s clothing holds its value and can be easily passed down from generation to generation or cooled down after your little girl is done wearing it. Some clothes even go up in price! There are many girls’ boutique clothing reselling communities. If you’re thinking of selling your little girl’s clothes, a good place to start is eBay, various Facebook groups and resale pages, and forums like Moms In Style or GymboFriends.
  5. Boutique clothing for girls is just cute! These beautiful designs are inspired by the love of children, not the love of profit. Independent children’s clothing designers express love for their own children and children in general through each and every one of their designs. This cute girl’s clothing reflects the essence of childhood and brings out the charm and kindness of the child who wears it.

I hope I’ve convinced some of my readers to give boutique girls’ clothing a try! Maybe you can dress your little girl in Mustard Pie Clothing for her birthday girl outfit. Or get a dress from Persnickety Clothing to wear at Easter. Dollcake Clothing will be perfect for flower girl dresses and Ooh La La Couture has long been a customer favorite for pageants. Special occasions and family photos are a perfect ‘excuse’ to get your girl a boutique outfit or two.

soul mates love poem

I just woke up and my first thoughts are for you,

how did this happen and has it happened to you.

At the end of the day, my last thoughts are for you,

I’m not sure where I’ve gone, somewhere looking for you.

One day I’m fine, I continue with life avoiding conflicts,

The next day I am confused and lost, because I am not with you.

When your present, time moves away, when you have to go, I

start to miss you, even though time has not passed.

How did this happen and has it happened to you?

Suddenly my world is full of you.

My life stopped and everything started in a moment,

the moment i met you

The ticking and flickering I felt then is only louder now,

The more I know you, the more I fall.

There’s a memory of us, buried deep inside of me,

of ages and past lives.

A spiritual connection, a reflection of the soulmate.

I feel your presence from a distance, a ghost

how to feel that you are here

A love unleashed a rare double fire,

it proclaims itself to be found.

When I close my eyes all I see is you

how did this happen and has it happened to you.

This is no ordinary love

It started a long time ago from above.

A Spiritual Poem Twin Flames

you are not alone in this world

I am here with you

never far, always near

Together we can walk this journey

in each other’s comfort

your lessons are me

and my lessons are you

In the same telepathic consciousness

Current we ride as one

Each one an oar working to move us

forward on the river of life

I know you before, I know you now

Love is strong and balanced like a tree.

When twin flames meet

It is a Phoenix of spiritual flight

Two flames become fire

a fire that burns

the darkest Knight

you are not alone in this world

I am here with you

Remember, we said, see you on Earth

You are beautiful Turn on the light

I am the light and I look for you, it’s okay to look for something new. Don’t let things get you down, find a way to get past the frown.

You are beautiful, for some grim reasons yet unknown, you can’t see that for yourself. Among this crazy world with all its greed, hatred and dishonesty, there is someone who is beautiful, honest and loving.

Somehow, having lived with evil for so long, I think you may have thought that the only way is its way, lying, cheating and being fraudulent, the way we’ve all been accused, the darkness we call home.

In your heart you know that this is not the way, knowing that this is not true, hence the struggle to think and feel for yourself. Because this is scary, it’s new to you. I know you are beautiful, if you reside in the light, where all is well, your fire will rekindle.

In the mysterious folds of your mind, I think you’ve gotten a little used to the walls you’ve built around yourself, nowhere else seems safe. You are beautiful, but when I knock on that door, you never feel your beauty, so you don’t answer.

Upon reaching you, it causes you to move further away. My only hope is that one day you will know that you are beautiful. I am the light and I look for you, it’s okay to look for something new.

Pimples and acne are not only frequent but also annoying. Many have been in situations where ugly red spots appear a day before a long-awaited date or event. The big question is, can you do something about it without taking expensive drugs? The answer is yes. There are many ways to get rid of acne. Just try some of these natural and simple home remedies.

  • tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is one of the most effective ways to get rid of acne. In addition, it also contains antifungal and antibacterial properties, which makes it more beneficial in clearing acne. Apply the oil to the affected area or pimple with a cotton swab or ball.

  • Aspirin

Aspirin can be an inexpensive and effective way to help you get rid of acne because it is an anti-inflammatory. The other advantage is that most people always have aspirin at home. The easiest way to use aspirin is to make a paste of three parts water and one part aspirin. After you get a thick mixture, take a Q tip and then apply it to that area that is aggravated. This paste, which takes about an hour to harden and begin to peel off, will be your signal to wipe the paste off with a face cloth or tissue.

  • aloe vera

Aloe vera is recommended in many guides on how to get rid of acne. Aloe vera not only refreshes the skin, making you feel good, it reduces the redness and inflammation of pimples, and also removes oil from the skin.

  • Sweetie

In addition to being delicious, honey is an antibiotic that makes it ideal for clearing up acne. Another advantage is its stickiness, which helps to remove excess impurities and dirt from the skin. Honey can be used simply by making a simple mask. Before rinsing it off with warm water, let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.

  • use of garlic

If you’re that person who grows their own garlic, you don’t need to make the excuse of not using it even more than usual.

  • go swimming

For those of you who have a pool, try taking a swim once in a while. Chlorine is well known for drying out the skin, which is good when you want to get rid of acne. Always make sure to properly moisturize the rest of your skin and also condition your hair to prevent damage.

  • Garlic

Garlic is effective because it helps get rid of acne and because of its high levels of antioxidants and its antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. Garlic can be used in two ways when it comes to getting rid of acne. The first method is a preventive measure that simply involves adding more garlic to the diet. This helps overall health and purifies the blood, which can go a long way in stopping future breakouts. For quick results, take a peeled clove of garlic and rub it on the affected areas several times a day. For those with sensitive skin, try crushing garlic and mixing it with a little water.

  • steamed

Steam can be used to treat acne because it helps open the pores and clear acne by preventing them from becoming clogged. The steam also detoxifies and moisturizes the skin.

  • Cucumber

This works as an anti-inflammatory and that is why many people use cucumber slices to combat puffy eyes. They can also help get rid of acne and will help reduce redness from acne. Simply make a paste by combining finely grated cucumber with 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice and apply it to your skin. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes before washing off.

  • Toothpaste

If you have that big pimple that you want to take care of as quickly as possible, then toothpaste is the best option for you. Toothpaste is more effective at getting rid of acne because it contains silica. It is better to use it after ice. For this reason, toothpaste is known to be an effective acne remedy. Simply apply a little to the affected area before you go to sleep and then wash it off when you wake up.

  • stop popping

As rewarding and tempting as it might be at the time, it is the worst thing one could do. At first, it inflames the area, which means it can leave scars. Second, popping causes bacteria to enter the skin and cause an infection. Popping can result in more pimples.

The resurgence of personalized jewelry has led to some new and creative ways to make truly personalized name necklaces. In your choice of 14k or 10k gold plated or sterling silver, necklaces come in chain length and style options.

Always a popular choice, single initials in a variety of scripts can come with diamond or birthstone accents. Initial necklaces can also have more than one letter, or “he” and “she” initials with a heart in the middle. How about a Valentine’s gift?

You can also get chain-focused full names, available in a wide variety of font styles, designs, and embellishments, such as engravings and stones. These are beautiful necklaces that look great when worn low on the throat or over a turtleneck sweater.

Your name or initial in a circle on a hoop looks great as a pair of earrings. Ankle bracelets are also very popular, especially if you have a name attached to the chain.

Engraved dog tags or military-style plates or discs are beautiful when personalized in a variety of fonts. Many are available with an added diamond or birthstone, which can be embedded in the tag. Tags or discs can be held on the chain with a single hole and hung vertically like a military dog tag, or with two holes and held horizontally. Again, 14 karat gold, 10 karat gold, or sterling silver looks classy.

ID tag necklaces and bracelets are not only fashionable, but also important when it comes to carrying a medical alert. Medical alerts don’t have to be ugly, but they can be part of a person’s fashion sense when they are created to be both stylish and functional. Some bracelets may have the information cleverly hidden under a flip-up nameplate and are made with an expanding band like a watch. A woman whose husband has Alzheimer’s disease had her contact information engraved on an identification bracelet for him. Identification bracelets can also mean more security for children.

Personalized jewelry does not always have to bear a person’s name. Other interests or slogans can be engraved on discs, tags, or pendants, which can be worn as necklaces or as charms on bracelets. Various horses, dog breeds, airplanes, or sports could be used as blank forms that are engraved with a name or date or other significant notation. Use your imagination, but remember that you are creating a memory.

How about personalized pet jewelry? Bowser’s name and contact information can be engraved on a disc or plaque and can be hung or riveted to a necklace. Many horse lovers have engraved discs or plaques affixed to their horse’s tack, preventing them from mixing with another horse’s gear.

Personalized jewelry can be beautiful, elegant and practical. With so many items to choose from, name jewelry can range from ears to feet, it can be a fashion accessory or even a medical necessity. For many reasons, name jewelry makes a perfect gift for someone or even yourself.

A friend of mine I met in Chicago, who is visiting New York, reiterated that same statement to me today. He said that he had fallen in love with New York and that he saw it as impossible to get bored here. “There is a LOT to do. Chicago is fun, but compact.” New York City stretches before a person for miles, and within each mile there is more than enough to do in a week, even without visiting all the iconic places known to tourists and New Yorkers alike.

Think of all the different places and things that can be done just for exercise, outdoors. Get ready for a half marathon or a full marathon: go to Central Park or Riverside Park or even walk the length of Manhattan. Walking the length of Manhattan may sound daunting, but when I was training for a marathon, my walking coach had me walk at least half of the marathon within a week of the walk. Choose a favorite avenue or one of the famous avenues to walk or combine them and walk a little more than the 13-mile length of Manhattan. My favorites to walk around are Broadway and the Avenue of the Americas (commonly known as Sixth Avenue) and Fifth Avenue. If you’re a morning person and it’s spring, start at the bottom of the island on Broadway, before the rush of all the people going to their various jobs on Wall St. Passing by on your left will be the famous Bull, for the bull market . Continue north through Wall St. and its various commercial amenities, City Hall, along with its beautiful park, will appear on your right, how many times have you told your guests to visit City Hall? Looking east is the Brooklyn Bridge, which could be a sidewalk experience in itself. Imagine stepping out into the middle on a beautiful day to see three of the five boroughs within easy reach. It’s amazing, in addition to all the other bridges. Its beautiful.

Continue up Broadway through Greenwich Village, the perfect spot for a mid-morning snack, although most often on 6th Avenue, the intriguing food spots along the way on Broadway will keep you salivating. At 14th Street there is a fork in the road and your choice is to go up Park Avenue, but I’ll take Broadway. It depends if you want to see shops or big houses. Continuing down Broadway, you’ll come across the sometimes wild Union Square. There are always vendors, sometimes protesters or dancers or musicians. Whatever you can sometimes see in Union Square. Depending on the day you go for a walk, you might be at the famous Union Square Green Market and then have an easy lunch. Fresh state foods abound to entice you to shop and eat or both. However, don’t buy anything you can’t eat while walking, no matter how tempting it may be, because it will weigh you down. You can always come back; vendors are there until almost dark. Continuing down Broadway will take you to the eastern edges of the Garment District, mainly the accessories part, luggage, handbags, some scarves and necklaces, as well as hair accessories and wigs. If it’s a hot day, you may also be able to find a sun hat along this route. Keep walking and you’re in Herald Square, near Macy’s and the super discount store with the pink bags. You know which one. If you’re walking around for Easter, you can enjoy the Macy’s Flower Show in your windows, if not, then your windows anyway.

Keep walking down Broadway and you’ll be in Times Square in no time, where all the tourists or people who don’t live here full time hang out going from west to east checking out the iconic spots and the ones you won’t be visiting today. Between Times Square and Columbus Circle there are more sightseeing or window shopping adventures on your journey. At Columbus Circle is the third fork in the path of your travels. If you want a quiet break as you walk north without too much foot traffic and the refreshing view of Central Park to your right, then take the 59th Street exit and follow Central Park West (CPW) for 51 blocks or continue on North Broadway. If you continue on CPW, you will be greeted by several doormen as you traverse the west side of the street. On 96th Street you will be able to get up close to Columbus and see the new buildings they have and are building as new residences, that adjoin or are across the street from the mall which includes WholeFoods, a great place to stop for lunch and bathroom, if you need it. Also, in this same complex is Michaels, the craft store. We (craftsmen) knew what we were missing at Michaels before and it’s finally here.

If you’ve walked down Broadway to this point, you’ve passed the Time-Warner building with several stores including Borders & WholeFoods, Lincoln Center, several magazine stores, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, mom and pot cafes (they still exist.), the American Folk Art Museum, various bookstores, boutiques, Fairway, Zabar’s and Westside Market along with other museums on inner streets, other music venues including Symphony Space. Past 96th on Broadway, you’re at the various restaurants around the world, along with six high schools. (Columbia University, Barnard College, Teachers’ College, Union Theological Seminary, Jewish Theological Seminary, and Manhattan School of Music) When my husband and I first started dating, I lived in this neighborhood and he drove from Queens where there was easy parking, but when school was in session I would sometimes be an hour late driving around trying to find a parking space, but I digress. At 125th Street you are officially in Harlem, albeit on the western side. Before reaching this place, other iconic places are located both to the west and to the east. To your right (west) are Grant’s Tomb and Riverside Church on Riverside Drive. To your left (east) is the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in Amsterdam and 110th St., the upper part of Central Park and Morning Side Park begins, along with the division of Harlem’s Heights and the Harlem Valley, all on 110th Street.

Between 125 and 190 there are several smaller parks, restaurants, shops, and even to the east in Amsterdam, City College and (part of CUNY) which host various music events and award shows throughout the year. On 190th Street in Fort Washington, which extends to Broadway, is Fort Tryon Park, which includes the Cloisters. This is a great spot for a picnic as it is one of the highest points in Manhattan and overlooks the Hudson River and of course New Jersey. The Cloisters Museum is the closest to Dyckman (or 200th St.). Keep walking 20 more blocks and you will have reached the island. To the west is another green space, several actually, Isham Park, Inwood Hill Park, Inwood Hill Nature Center, an apartment complex, and Columbia’s Baker’s Field.

If you’re old school you could walk across the Broadway Bridge and into the Spuyten Dyvel which used to be part of Manhattan until the Harlem River ran through it and just 5 or 6 years ago the Bronx legislature won and has claimed as part of the Bronx. Also, it would give you the opportunity to stand on a bridge.

You are right, my friend, about not having enough time to see New York or getting bored here. It may take you all day or as little as 3.5 hours to walk from one end of Manhattan to the other without stopping, but how can you resist not stopping to visit one of the many places mentioned above? I completely agree with her and with a walking tour. end to end is one of the best ways to see it and living here gives you the time to do it.

Did you know that you could be poisoning your body with high levels of toxins produced by too much soy in your diet? Research has shown that a soy-based diet at any age can lead to a weakened thyroid, which commonly leads to heart problems and excess fat. Could this explain the dramatic rise in obesity today?

Are you suffering from obesity or excess weight? If you’re following a diet rich in soy, you could be taking a serious toll on your health, not to mention sabotaging your weight-loss goals.

Most people are unaware of the many powerful chemical toxins that soy contains. One of them is phytic acid, also called phytates. These acids prevent the body from absorbing essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, iron, and especially zinc. Unfortunately, soybeans are very resistant to phytate reduction techniques, such as prolonged slow cooking, so removing this toxin is nearly impossible.

Soy also contains powerful enzyme inhibitors. These inhibitors block the absorption of trypsin and other enzymes needed by the body for protein digestion, causing severe gastric upset, reduced protein digestion, and can lead to chronic deficiencies in amino acid absorption.

Because of the way soy is manufactured and processed today (quickly and cheaply), it doesn’t matter what kind of products you buy, organic or not. They all carry high levels of toxins and should not be eaten, or eaten only in moderation, as is done in Asian cultures. Contrary to popular belief, soy products have never been a staple food in Asian countries. Historically, soybeans were used by the poor in times of extreme food scarcity, and only then were soybeans carefully prepared through prolonged fermentation to destroy soybean toxins.

The average US vegetarian diet today includes soy in extreme excess of what Asians typically consume; they generally use small servings of soy to supplement their meals. The standard Asian diet consists of more natural products, much less fatty meat, more vegetables and more fish. Their diets are also lower in chemicals and toxins, as they eat far fewer processed foods (canned, jarred, pickled, frozen).

So if you think that will keep you and your kids from getting fat, think again. These claims come directly from the soy industry, which has led us all to believe in its “health food” qualities. It really doesn’t make sense, especially when we know that farmers feed soybeans to animals to fatten them up and slaughter them as quickly as possible.

Soy also contains an abundance of isoflavones (phytoestrogens), which actually interfere with the thyroid gland’s ability to make thyroid hormones, and that means weight gain, tiredness, and depression. A diet rich in soy is also rich in isoflavones, and you don’t need much. Just one glass of soy milk a day, said to contain between 30 and 45 milligrams, is enough to suppress thyroid function. And with a weakened thyroid, you will find it increasingly difficult to lose weight.

It is the isoflavones in soy that are supposed to protect us from heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis and the discomfort of menopause. not so

But the most alarming and extremely sad effect comes from feeding our babies soy. While everyone knows, breastfeeding is the best; mothers today think they are doing their newborns a service by giving them soy-based formula instead of traditional milk-based formula. In fact, it is causing devastating harm to our children.

Babies fed exclusively soy-based formula have 13,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than babies fed milk-based formula, the estrogenic equivalent of at least five birth control pills per day. Premature development in girls has been linked to the use of soy formula, as has underdevelopment in men.

Moms who eat soy during pregnancy also put their babies at risk because isoflavones cross the placenta. This can upset hormonal balance, especially during the first three months, when male fetuses are at a crucial stage of development and adequate testosterone is absolutely necessary. Other problems associated with both sexes fed soy formula for babies include extreme emotional behavior, depression, asthma, immune system problems, pituitary insufficiency, thyroid disorders, and irritable bowel syndrome.

In general, there are an overwhelming number of other health problems that can be associated with soy foods, including: bladder, prostate, colorectal, thyroid, and breast cancer; precancerous lesions; heart disease; type 2 diabetes; malnutrition; stunted growth; flatulence; pancreatic problems; low libido: early puberty; anemia; zinc deficiency; osteoporosis; intestinal damage; malabsorption and leaky gut syndrome; kidney stones; allergies; infant death; disruption of the immune system; thyroid disease – and the list goes on.

The soybean industry is a mighty multi-billion dollar industry. And the public relations and funding of its advertising as a “health food” is actually causing a “health crisis.” Soy is dangerous, for you and especially for your children. Don’t get caught up in their marketing tricks.

You can stay fresh and beautiful with a good skincare routine. Make sure that any product you buy to help with your skincare concerns is right for your own skin type and needs. Check the labels and online information regarding the treatments and products you see available, and see what they do and how they do it through their active ingredients to make sure they will work for you.

By maintaining a good skin care routine, you will be able to keep your fresh look much better. Be sure to cleanse your makeup every night and apply a moisturizer.

In the morning, before applying more products to your skin, make sure any residue from the night before is removed and your skin is clean and clear. Unless you’re going out, avoid heavy makeup that will clog pores and lead to more skin problems. Artificial tanning can be very bad for your skin condition, as well as making you look like some kind of overgrown fruit, so better avoid that too!

Try to keep your makeup and skincare routines simple and natural. Going overboard with skin products can put you at risk for adverse effects, and similarly, going overboard with beauty products may invalidate your skincare routine.

There are simple things to remember: check the ingredients in any product you choose so you know you won’t have an allergic reaction, and choose products that are gentle rather than abrasive. The key to beautiful skin is the same now as it has been for a long time: stay clean of dirt and makeup buildup, stay hydrated, and generally keep up with good skincare tips. Stay natural and beautiful, the right way.

Water is a simple chemical compound, but with complex properties due to its bias. The chemical formula of water is H2O. That is, each water molecule consists of an oxygen atom between two hydrogen atoms. Water is essential for human health and well-being; there can be no life on Earth without water. In fact, the human body is made up of 70% water. However, that same water can do harm to your body if it is not purified. Unfiltered water contains chlorine, fluoride, dioxins, parasites, etc. these could be dangerous to your health.

Why is water treatment so important?

Water is found almost everywhere on Earth. Water resources such as rivers, lakes, which provide water contain a lot of pollution, garbage not suitable for consumption. To be clean, the water must undergo a series of necessary treatments to make it drinkable. Water purifiers designed to eliminate or reduce certain contaminants (nitrates, pesticides, heavy metals, organic matter…), as well as improve the taste quality of the water (eliminating chlorine).

If you’re like most people, you can say “I’ve been drinking unfiltered water for years, I’m never sick.” Some diseases take time to present visible signs, but it does not mean that they are inactive in your body. The WHO lists a list of WATERBORNE DISEASES that kill people worldwide: diarrheal disease, hepatitis A, cholera, botulism, typhoid fever, dysentery, cryptosporidiosis, polio, etc. those diseases can be caused by protozoa, viruses, bacteria and intestinal parasites

Below are three main water treatment techniques used in the United States:

Distillation – Distillation is the process of heating water to a boil, capturing and cooling the resulting hot vapors, and collecting condensed vapors. The impurities will “accompany” the steam and end up in the distillate. This method is not new; mankind has been applying distillation for thousands of years. Not all modern distillation equipment is the same. If you are interested in treating your water by distillation, you should choose good or advanced water purifiers for best results. The problem with distillation method is a bit slow compared to reverse osmosis and UV water treatment method.

Reverse Osmosis: Tap water passes through a semi-permeable membrane that contains between 90 and 99% of the components originally present. This practice originally designed for industrial uses is becoming very popular today in domestic water purification. In practice, part of the water allows the rejection of impurities initially selected by the membrane, TFC polyamide. Very powerful, however it is sensitive to chlorine and must be protected with active carbon filters. Its life is about 5 to 8 years under normal conditions of use. This principle is also quite slow and requires substantial pressure.

UV Water Purification – UV water purification technology is probably the most cost effective and efficient on the market today. It allows home and business owners to remove a variety of biological contaminants from their water supply. UV water treatment offers many advantages over other forms of water treatment for microbiological contaminants. Most importantly, it leaves no chemicals in the water, produces no by-products, and does not change the taste, pH, or other properties of the water. Consequently, in addition to producing safe drinking water, it is not harmful to your plumbing and septic system.

UV treatment is an excellent option for removing biological contamination from most waters. If your home or business requires additional filtration or if you have a private untreated water source (rainwater, lake water, wells, etc.). The sole purpose of the UV water treatment system is to remove harmful biological contaminants.

In any method (reverse osmosis, UV water treatment, distillation), it is essential to change the filters periodically. Poorly maintained activated carbon filters can be ineffective. Worse yet, they can suddenly reject impurities previously removed from the water.

The birth of bitcoin in 2009 opened the doors to investment opportunities in an entirely new type of asset class: cryptocurrencies. Many entered space very early.

Intrigued by the immense potential of these fledgling but promising assets, they bought crypto at cheap prices. Consequently, the 2017 bull run saw them become millionaires/billionaires. Even those who didn’t bet much made decent profits.

Three years later, cryptocurrencies are still profitable and the market is here to stay. You may already be an investor/trader or maybe you are contemplating trying your luck. In both cases, it makes sense to know the benefits of investing in cryptocurrencies.

Cryptocurrency has a bright future

Cryptocurrencies will no longer be seen as pariahs but as alternatives to existing monetary systems. Its benefits such as security, speed, minimal transaction fees, ease of storage, and relevance in the digital age will be recognized.

Concrete regulatory guidelines would popularize cryptocurrencies and boost their adoption. The report forecasts that there will be 200 million cryptocurrency wallet users by 2030 and nearly 350 million by 2035.

Opportunity to be part of a growing community

While investing in bitcoin has returned 26% year-to-date, gold has returned 16%. Many other cryptocurrencies have posted triple-digit ROI. Stock markets, as we all know, have performed dismally. Crude oil prices plunged sharply below 0 in April.

Including bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency in your portfolio would protect the value of your fund in such uncertain global market situations. This fact was also impressed by billionaire macro hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones when he announced plans to invest in Bitcoin a month ago.

Cryptocurrency markets are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

Unlike the usual markets, the cryptocurrency markets operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year without fatigue. This is because digital currency systems are essentially designed using pieces of software code that are protected by cryptography.

The operational plan does not involve human interference. Therefore, you can trade crypto or invest in digital assets whenever you want. That is a great benefit! Cryptocurrency markets are very efficient that way.

For example, Bitcoin has successfully processed transactions with 99.98% uptime since its inception in 2009.
